Very clean, well connected place. Literally opposite the Vistula metro station. The service is very nice and polite, but unwilling to compromise in any area. The lady from the reception also speaks English very well, which is still not an absolute standard. Horrendously expensive parking, at the level of PLN 110 / day. The rooms are very clean and pleasantly furnished in a modern way. To recommend, provided that the price does not exceed the limits of reason.

Great service, very nice and helpful. The room is beautiful, with a beautiful view of the river, the stadium and the Mermaid. The room is quiet, no noises from outside. A little worse with the service at breakfast, the waiter was distracted, but the breakfast was good.

To the concert at PGE - a 10-minute walk. You can adjust the temperature in the room to suit you 😉 Hygienically, cleanly and therefore very comfortably. The staff is doing a huge job.

My husband and I came to a concert in Warsaw, but it turned out that we had booked the date of our stay at the Sava Hotel incorrectly. From this place we would like to thank Mrs. Ada from the reception, not only was she very nice, she listened to us and helped us find a place in another hotel, which took her 10 minutes. You could see her care and commitment. Thank you again, the next time we look for a hotel, we will definitely book a room with you.

Delicious coffee available to guests around the clock (tastes best in the garden). While in Sava, you must also try the cuisine served by Baries - how they cook! Underground parking - parking requires a hint, but at the reception we got detailed instructions, so we got there without any problems. In addition, absolutely nice, cordial and helpful hotel staff, especially the lady who hosted us - gold :) - I would like to have such a thing in every place we visited! Nice small hotel in the city center. Perfectly located very close to metro station. Elektronica food hall, river front and city centre all at walking distance. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Only downside is that the hotel is located at busy street, you may here some noise from traffic and people going out in the weekend.

Unfortunately, the breakfast surprised me very negatively - due to my professional duties, I was forced to choose the lunchbox option, which turned out to be TRAGIC, which included two sandwiches with cheese and ham and a few cookies. This is by no means comparable to the standard that Sava represents for breakfast on site.

I liked the hotel very much. Just nice and nicely located. The room was clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. There was a kettle, various teas, a bathrobe, slippers - a lot of nice little things that make the stay more pleasant. The breakfast tasted good (large, filling) until 12.00. The ladies at the reception were nice and helpful. The conference part is nice, where you can sit down, drink tasty coffee or tea, go outside, sit in the open air, leaving the tiring hustle and bustle of the city behind you. I'm planning my next stay here. The food at Baires Restaurant is well worth the money. Breakfast is delicious, there are a lot of options to choose from.

Unfortunately, they are ordinary scammers. We booked the room through Booking, choosing the more expensive option with payment later. The hotel sends messages forcing an advance payment (of course, an amount higher than the one that requires prepayment) to the sent account number - outside of Booking, and not securely through the app. Then we receive messages with a link, and then another one - with information that the messages were not sent by the hotel and to ignore them. In addition, we are not sure when the messages are actually sent by the hotel that forces payment outside the contract, and when it is a virus with a suspicious link. Later, without any contact, the hotel canceled the reservation, and the room was immediately offered at a price 4 times higher (this is the time of the concert). In short, you are left out in the cold, because the hotel decides to let the room go at a much higher price during this period (our reservation is about 450 PLN, after cancellation our option is currently about 1770 PLN) and despite the availability, it claims that it is not able to complete the reservation (we do not get any information about technical problems, only about the lack of money transfer at their unfounded request). I would like to point out that in every chat there is information to watch out for unusual messages and links sent, and the hotel broke the contract without consequences, sent data for the transfer with forcing the guest to pay outside the website, and as a result - cancels the reservation on a whim. I don't recommend it - it's a bunch of scammers. We will verify the case from the legal point of view.

I think the hotel is too expensive for the services it offers. I visit the city and I always stay in different places and there are hotels that are just as expensive but with better services. The cleaning was fine, but the bathroom curtain was broken. It was a good experience, but I would not repeat my stay

great view of the Mermaid and the pylon bridge. The rooms are not too big, but nicely decorated. The bathroom is nice but not very functional (when taking a shower we flood the toilet area). Next to it, there is a great place - Elektrownia Powiśle with dozens of pubs and shops, and the bank of the Vistula River with attractions. A great place when we want to visit the Copernicus Science Centre. Breakfast is correct - not European but a selection of 3-4 courses, tasty but small. You can choose not to take and eat next door to the CSC or the Power Plant. Clean, nice, tidy, everything is relatively new. The service was nice and polite. I recommend it, although I'm not a fan of boutique hotels, this one is OK.
