The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. The food is fantastic and mega portions. You can eat to your heart's content. Very good price-performance ratio. Clean and tidy room. Air conditioning, TV, coffee bar in the room. Bathtub in the toilet. The location cannot be faulted, it is just perfect for everyone who wants to visit all the cool places in Wroclaw. I can only praise it, it was really clean and comfortable.

I am giving one star, bcz I was charged 500 zloty as fine without any reason.. there was no evidence but I had my flight in 3 hours and I was from India so had to accept.. the housekeeping doesn't even attend and the receptionist at the evening isn't even helpful

The hotel is fine. The rooms are large, spacious. Cleanliness as far as possible... Location Fantastyna close to the Market Square where it is beautiful. The room has a standard TV, desk, wardrobe, table, chairs, mirror - the same as in standard hotel rooms. The bathroom has the aforementioned shower-bathtub, hairdryer, huge mirror, hand and shower liquid. Very good conditions, large and clean rooms, in general everything is tidy. Wonderful location directly on the Oder with a view of the old town, which was quickly accessible via pedestrian bridges. The service was right, the room was perfect. Also very good connections to local transport. The car was able to remain in the adjacent underground car park.

Nice welcome, friendly service, high standard. There is enough space in the room and the cleanliness is impeccable. Ideally located in the center but not too noisy. In the evening, however, it is close to the beautiful Market Square and the views from the window are included in the price;-) Paid parking, you can easily leave your car.

Wir waren zu dritt zum Ultrace Event in Wroclaw und haben uns für diese Hotel entschieden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und war insgesamt echt gut auch mit Top Aussicht auf den Fluss ggf. Das Frühstück fanden wir auch sehr gut mit sehr viel Auswahl mit recht hoher Qualität. Insgesamt sehr gute Preis-Leistung. Das Hotel besitzt eine Tiefgarage, die auch für tiefere Karren geeignet ist. Sollte man jedoch doch noch ein wenig extra tief unterwegs sein (vor allem mit tiefer lippe) gibt es auch überirdische überwachte Parkplätze direkt darüber mit denen man auf jeden Fall zurecht kommt (Müsste man dann evtl. vorher mit dem Hotel genau absprechen)

This is a great hotel. A view from the windows of the Oder River and the old town. It may bother someone that the nearest island is all pubs. But the hotel has it soundproofed. The next island, on the other hand, is a playground for children.

The hotel has its glory years behind it, but it is neat and clean. Breakfasts are tasty.

Such a rather 4.5* hotel is not bad in general. Well-soundproofed rooms (by hotel standards), clean, comfortable beds, no problems with communication with the staff, great location. Basic features of the hotel fulfilled correctly. Breakfast was good, without miracles but also without tragedy. -0.5* for the price, it's just very expensive.

Alles in allen ist das Hotel gut, jedoch gibt es ein paar Punkte die man ansprechen muss.

Zimmer: Diese sind im Umbau, bis jetzt ist es so, dass anscheinend gewürfelt wird, ob man ein Zimmer auf heutigen oder dem Stand des kalten Krieges bekommt. Besserung scheint aber in Sicht, jedoch könnte die Minibar definitiv mehr Bier vertragen.

Frühstück: Umfangreich ist es alle mal, jedoch erwartet man für 20 Euro pro Tag etwas mehr. Rechnet man das in Döner um, macht man definitiv kein gutes Geschäft!

Service: Dieser ist wirklich gut, die Bar erfüllt einen auch den verrücktesten Wunsch wenn es um Bier und Tablets geht.

Standort: Dieser ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Kurze Wege in die Stadt, jedoch gibt es da eine mysteriöse Insel direkt neben dem Hotel. Ab Abends begehen die Bewohner dort seltsame Rituale in Form von Flash Mobs und Ringkämpfen, definitiv 10/10 !

Abschließend kann man sagen das es ein gutes Hotel mit Kompromissen ist, jedoch sind die Parkplätze mit 20 Euro pro Tag ganz schön teuer, rechnet man das wieder in Döner um, ist es erneut kein gutes Geschäft!

Mail sent and no reply. I call after 7:40 p.m., the lady says that the reservation department is already closed and tomorrow someone will write back to me ... I'm asking if this is a normal hotel??? This is how a hotel should function nowadays ? This is how you do business ? I think I rather ask too many questions, so I'm not going to discuss with the banana generation on the phone and ask for reservations in their hotel - I think they got something mixed 😞 up unfortunately and I warn you - the excuse like we have a lot of work doesn't work for me - everyone has a lot of work, and I value my time - if you don't respect mine, you don't respect me and I won't cooperate with such facilities! What's more, tomorrow I will file an official complaint to the hotel manager !! From a distance, because it hasn't happened yet, and there are already problems - let alone if anything was to happen ehhh

I was disappointed, the hotel, which has a good rating, turned out to be a cover from my point of view: professionalism on the part of the employees is very low, i.e. lack of kindness, better welcome, encouragement to take advantage of your offers, you just have the keys and go away. I bought breakfast, at first it seemed good, but until I wanted to put it on the plate and I didn't know what it was, i.e. the lack of the described food and the worst, on the second day breakfast lacked half of what the previous day was, it was like if the cook didn't come to work and the waiters took care of the cooks' duties, it was an unpleasant experience, so I went to the nearest café to eat something. You deserve a star because the location is very good.
