The bathroom left much to be desired, it looked like it needed renovation, the grout between the tiles was very unpleasant to look at, as was the glass separating the bathtub - for such a room price, I think one can expect cleanliness and aesthetics. Because of this, the shower was not a pleasant experience. I was also surprised by the soap and shower gel dispensers - you have to squeeze them very hard to get anything out - I think a regular pump or a sensor dispenser would be a more convenient solution.

Parking on site, for an additional fee. But well, it's the city center, so it's hard to park a car anywhere. From this hotel, everything is really close, you can explore, go to the theater, or shop in the nearby gallery.

The first hotel that offered a bathtub in the bathroom. Upon entering the room, there were two bottles of water waiting as well as cups, glasses, a kettle, a selection of teas, and coffee. The cleaning service works efficiently, quietly, and flawlessly. I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff themselves suggested changing the room from two single beds to a room with one king-size bed. Fantastic food, everyone will find something for themselves. I will gladly return there.

Everyone could choose something for themselves. We are impressed by the courtesy and perfectionism of the entire staff, from the receptionists to the maids, not excluding the restaurant crew. And the gentlemen from the bar - total "pro" haven't had such a good mojito in a long time! The Easter dinner was delicious and beautifully served. In addition, the great location of the hotel near the old town completed our sense of satisfaction.

The location of the HP Park Plaza hotel is perfect for me. Everything is very close by. The Tumski Bridge is nearby, while the Old Town is a bit of a walk for those who don't mind the distance. I took a taxi for 11 PLN. We wanted to have breakfast using a card, but it was only possible to choose the buffet option, which is a shame because not everyone wants to pay for everything that is offered, only for what they feel like having. Overall, the beds are comfortable, the room is clean, and the bathroom is nice, so I recommend it for a short stay. There is a limited choice on the menu if you want to have lunch. The view of the Oder River from the room at night is impressive.

Parking is paid and you need to add the cost per day to your stay. If the dining options were more flexible, it would be perfect.

Із мінусів - вікно не відкривається, в номері сильно душно, кондиціонер не працює, як повинен, сильно гудить, наче, взлітає літак. В номері все таке стареньке, вінтажненьке. Не змогли самі виїхати через шлагбаум, хоча, оплатили за добу .

I think that lady (from the staff) should take care of it. According to the required procedure, I ordered a sauna with a half-hour advance notice. Unfortunately, the promised bathrobe was not there. ....

Our choice fell on this property also because they accept pets. The hotel staff is excellent, they know their job well. They speak foreign languages - great. The rooms in this property are clean, nice, and spacious. It's worth taking advantage of.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt - wir mussten nur ein paar Minuten warten bis es einen freien Tisch gab, das Personal war sehr bemüht. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist top!
