Cons: expensive parking and only underground, horribly dirty air conditioning filters - a massacre, street noises heard all night in the room on the 3rd floor - poorly insulated windows, no running water in the bathroom just before checking out...

A great option here is the underground parking. You can comfortably leave your car and take the elevator. Great place, just a short walk to get to the Ferris wheel or the old town. The staff takes care of the cleanliness of the common areas. Everything is perfect. The hotel staff are very nice, warm, and helpful. We felt very comfortable. It's nice that the hotel has parking and a pool. It's really rare in the center of Gdańsk.

There is a wide selection of juices for breakfast. For those interested, there is also champagne 🥂 Everywhere, the cleanliness is of the highest standard. The hotel's SPA area is impressive - saunas, pools, massages, everything at hand! The staff creates a great, intimate, and pleasant atmosphere in this place. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, modern. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter at all when the staff is unfriendly. We came to relax with four teenagers. At check-in, we were informed that dinner is until 18:00 and the pool until 22:00, so we planned our time so that the kids could combine a walk, then dinner, and finally relax in the pool. So, we went to the pool just before 20:00, managed to enter and start having fun, when a lady from the relaxation zone came to ask us to leave the pool because it is open until 20:00 for children. She threatened to call security after I said that I received different information when paying for the hotel.

Breakfasts there are pure pleasure. Beautiful interior and delicious food.

Beautiful hotel, great location. And that's the only positive point... Room: quite small, nice little balcony, poor quality sheets, terrible pillows, soft and small. Pool: sauna way too hot for its size, 90° for 3 m3 The steam room, likewise very small. Pool quite warm though The fact of having to leave a card to be able to get a bathrobe and exchange it before leaving, otherwise the hotel charges for the bathrobe... what trust!! The breakfast, overpriced at 25 euros for the little on offer at the buffet, not worthy of a 4* The welcome... the bare minimum! In summary, I will not return, too expensive compared to the services.
