Good room, breakfast. Did not like the stuff behaviour at the reception upon arrival, unfriendly, without smile, maybe they have some problem between them two, but this is really not the way how you wellcome the guest first time at your hotel. Otherwise nice stay.

The hotel is very clean, friendly service, delicious breakfast, location in the very center. There is nothing to complain about. Recommend!!!

- Paid for a taxi service through the hotel at arrival and our flight was delayed and our bag was lost so when we came out they had left without telling us or calling and we had to wait for 20 minutes while the hotel figured out where the driver was just to find out we could have left when we arrived. No apology from the woman on the phone at all for this.

- There is a QR code that you provide at check in for information. This says how to access the internet and says to connect to Hotel Grano. However this internet barely works and I saw there was a WiFi for our room. I called reception to ask how to connect and find the password. She said “we will send up maintenance” and hung up on me. So they sent someone up who I waited for to show me how to find it on the tv (only through screen share is it able to be found). The maintenance guy was nice but clearly confused why he was sent up for this as was I. Also why not include that information in the QR code information?

- We tried to order room service and when we called all we heard was something in Polish and a beep. We called the front desk saying we weren’t sure what it was saying and the woman interrupted us and said she would transfer the call… to the same number. So we called back again and she said to leave a message after the beep with the order. So we did. 45 minutes later we go down to check as reception was literally useless and the guy at the bar said the phone never rang and they didn’t have an order for us. So after 1.5 hours we finally got our food due to incompetent staff at the front desk. There is one day guy at the front desk and he seems to be the only helpful person on staff.

- There are only two large towels and you cannot get more when we asked. The lack of conditioner is also surprising and had to go shop for conditioner before we could shower. When we asked the front desk if they had any we were told “of course not” which is unnecessarily rude. Also the shower has only a handheld so to not spray the entire room you have to stand against the wall to shower or flood the bathroom, which the latter is problematic given the lack of extra towels.

- When you enter the room all the lights automatically turn on, even if they were manually turned off. This lead to both myself and my friend waking each other up due to the lights suddenly turning on when we left the room separately as we sleep somewhat different schedules.

- The staff largely ignore you unless forced to interact. We would go out of our way not to talk to the staff as they made us feel so unwelcome. I think for the price of this hotel, I could find better hospitality elsewhere.

The two stars are for the large room, location, and spa.

Everything is clean and polished to the last button. It's nice that you can leave your luggage and go out even after check-out. Breakfasts in the restaurant in the form of a Swedish buffet are very rich and everyone will choose something for themselves. The location cannot be overestimated. Close to everything! It is a great hotel for those who want to explore. The service is great, I have very good memories of this place 😊 We were for the second time and another stay in Gdansk for sure in this hotel. Great hotel, very well located. In my opinion, the best choice for a weekend in Gdańsk. A super-prepared buffet at breakfast, they replenish shortages on an ongoing basis. A plus for champagne. The hotel has a lot of advantages, such as parking, swimming pool, saunas, spa, jacuzzi, bicycle rental, etc. The service is top-notch. Very nice and well-kept interiors. A great facility.

Delicious breakfasts. A huge plus is the underground parking. It could be difficult to find a place in the center of Gdańsk. The hotel is very close to the main attractions.

The service is really great. There is a beautiful swimming pool, very intimate and with a nice addition in the form of hours only for adults. The food is simply fantastic - everything delicious and original. In my opinion, it is one of the best located hotels in Gdańsk. The place is very neat. The only downside is the bad drop in the shower. The bathroom was flooded all the time.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean with good and silent air-conditioning. I slept very well every night. Breakfast was excellent ! The main walking streets were nearby, with lots of restaurants. Spa was nice and included in the price. There was a construction site next to the hotel making some noise and the parking lot next to the hotel was not a particularly aesthetic sight. There was a small playing area for children in the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for your stay in Gdansk.

Delicious rolls, great meals and a very rich breakfast buffet. The service is very diverse. From very nice ladies at the reception, nice and discreet room. Worse with the bar staff, little knowledge and average commitment. The Internet is fast, you can work from here without any problems. I was surprised by the large parking lot. The hotel is very close to the main attractions. The staff was very helpful. I did not use the restaurant, the stay was without breakfast because the price was high. Large and comfortable rooms where you can really relax. Very clean - every nook and cranny cleaned perfectly.

Very nice hotel near the old town - just 3 minutes away. Fantastic breakfast - extremely large selection. We had a large room which was located to the inner courtyard. very nice bathroom. only weak point - hardly any international channels in the TV program

A wonderful hotel a short distance from the center, even with its own swimming pool where entry is included in the price of the stay. Wellness things like massages are already for an extra charge. Large rooms and rich breakfast. The hotel is located near the Chmielna tram stop. I like to come back here when I have a trip to Gdańsk.

The place and the hotel are perfect. Delicious breakfasts, a very wide assortment. Unfortunately, there are still gaps in staff training. We highly recommend it, we will definitely stay here again.

The décor of the room and the type and quality of carpeting in the room gives a negative feeling (hard and unpleasant to the touch).

There are no bathrobes in the room you have to exchange the card for bathrobes and attention then take the bathrobes to the spa and receive the card!

When I used the pool once, I was told that there was a technical break that I knew nothing about (it consisted in the fact that the lady collected the excess water with a squeegee. In general, you can feel that the customer is a tool and you have to make money on him.

I do not recommend it!!! Hilton and sheraton are at a similar price

Well-equipped rooms, very quiet air conditioning - comfort at the highest level. The hotel is located in the very center of Gdańsk, it is impossible to get closer. The service is not intrusive. Everyone is smiling and helpful. A delicious breakfast, really rich and delicious. The selection is huge and excellent quality. The cleaning crew is doing their best - you can see it everywhere. 🙂

The only downside is that when making a reservation in the application, unfortunately, you cannot choose a reservation that has breakfast👍️
