I always wanted to and something was getting in the way. And now the opportunity has arisen, so the long weekend from April 30 to May 5, 2024 spent in this hotel. Room 407, as if it was made yesterday. Everything like new. The bathroom is quite small, but has everything you need. Plus, a huge rain shower with a large shower that can easily fit two people ;) in the room a large TV, large comfortable bed and a fold-out sofa, can serve as an extra bed. Large wardrobes, a small fridge. Bathrobes, towels, kettle with teas and bottled mineral water, replenished daily. Rooms cleaned every day. Very nice service. And most importantly in the hotel, the food! Delicious breakfasts and dinner-lunches. For spending free time we have plenty of attractions. Pools, jacuzzi, showers, saunas, game machines, ping pong table, room for small children, bicycle rental-20zł per hour. Pool towels, free at the pool entrance. Throughout the facility, we move through glass corridors, which gives a sense of walking on a pleasant carpet and in warmth :) Parking for cars additionally paid, 60zł per day. During the long weekend, performances by artists, organization of barbecues, bonfires, shows. Animations for children. Close to the sea, fabulous forest. Highly recommended for those undecided!

Stay very pleasant, wonderful place for family rest, close to the beach, food mega good, large selection, everyone will find something for themselves, great location, I recommend. Great approach to animals traveling with owners, beach clean.

A special guest request for the Hotel staff is no problem😍 for a birthday they prepared a DELICIOUS cake, according to the birthday person's preferences🙂 The service makes you feel special here, they take care of every detail with a smile and kindness.

It's worth coming and spending a nice time here. Especially since the hotel offers many attractions.

Super gastronomy - you can really enjoy delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff is professional, but very nice and smiling. They know their limits and are not intrusive. The room had a basic set of cosmetics that smelled amazing! The hotel is surrounded by a forest. Right behind it is the sea, which can be heard in the room 🌊 Clean and very pleasant. They deserve a medal!

Dinner options are very diverse. I recommend everyone to take advantage of this option.

We vacationed at the Senator Hotel with a couple of friends from April 21, 2024, to April 28, 2024.

First, the positive experiences:

The hotel is located in a quiet direct location, 2 minutes on foot from the Baltic Sea, near Kolberg.

There is a beautiful and large indoor pool with various saunas.

The modern superior rooms are very well equipped and spacious.

Unfortunately, the negative impressions outweighed our stay:

We had booked half-board. The food selection was very limited and very monotonous. Moreover, the quality of the food was not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Despite multiple requests, dishes were not replenished. The restaurant was open for 3 hours regularly, but after just 1 hour, the platters at the buffet were empty.

On the last 2 days, there were significantly more hotel guests, and there was a glass of sparkling wine at the entrance of the restaurant, we cannot understand why there was no sparkling wine at the beginning of our stay and why the food was so sparse.

We felt like second-class guests.

Our rooms were very warm, and both the service technician and the reception staff, despite multiple requests, were unable to regulate the air conditioning.

The housekeeping staff was definitely not adequately trained. They asked us what should be done in the room. For example, the bathroom was not cleaned every day but merely the towels were exchanged. Also, the beds were only made twice during our stay. We took care of it ourselves on the other days.

Overall, we were very disappointed with the stay and definitely cannot recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with its own access to the beach and close to walking and cycling trails. Great breakfasts, cool suggestions, varied and very tasty. Very nice atmosphere created by cohesive and friendly people.

I spent 10 days at the Senator Hotel. I was sure that a hotel of this class would be a good choice for relaxation.

I'll start with the positives - beautiful town, beautiful beaches, cleanliness at a high level, rooms cleaned daily, linen and towels changed - this aspect was perfectly fine. Quiet, peaceful, I really rested.

Unfortunately, a major downside was the cuisine. Before the season, you treated the guests stepmotherly, as if we did not deserve good food. Breakfasts focused on jam and cereal, but OLD, shiny cold cuts and dried-up cheese were not just a one-time slip-up. The climax was a breakfast where you served three slices of old cheese and cold cuts on the plates, all thrown together from yesterday and the day before. Lunches tasteless and odorless. Herring salads and coleslaws still from yesterday. Plates cleared from eating guests right under their noses.

The pool was mediocre, and the showers at the pool had barely warm water trickling down.

The staff "doing their job," but without any sympathy.

Relaxation massages done by a lady from Ukraine, who did not speak Polish at all and did not even ask if the massage strength was okay, the massage was definitely too strong. No contact, no communication with the guest.

At farewell during payment, there wasn't even a "thank you for your stay". Charged and goodbye.

Lots of well-thought-out attractions and amenities, like billiards, a swimming pool, spa, or game room. Great that the hotel is dog-friendly, big plus. Contact with the staff was very pleasant. Beautiful rooms, you don't want to leave. The entire facility is very clean. Great pool, super outdoor jacuzzi.

Everything is positive. For me, the discomfort of not being able to use the outdoor jacuzzi during commercial sauna sessions. This means that outsiders are a priority over hotel guests.

The spa area is a big plus. The pool also looks very nice. The staff creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It's very nice to spend time in this place. The location is very impressive as it is right by the sea. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower cabin. Everywhere was very clean. The food here is just like at home. I liked everything, and the selection was huge.

High-level cuisine, great bar, and very good breakfasts. Beautiful views, especially from the upper floors. The location is simply brilliant. Wonderful meals and a very rich breakfast buffet. The view from the room is very picturesque. A place created for relaxation. There are great saunas here - very extensive and thoughtfully designed. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and spacious. The glass wall lets in a lot of natural light. This place is a real masterpiece in terms of location - picturesque and with a view of the Baltic Sea itself! Great pool, excellent gym, huge playroom for children, and a beautiful bowling alley. I have very fond memories of my stay at this place. Service deserving of a medal. I am very pleased with the large selection of fresh vegetables during breakfast. They deserve a medal here! I lived in the new part - the hotel is clean and well-kept.

The bedding is clean and fragrant. Senator is the perfect place for a summer vacation by the Baltic Sea. The service is top-notch. Great stay among cool people. Great pool. Beautifully lit - worth visiting in the evening. Very well-prepared meals. A large variety of dishes means that the food does not get boring. Very aesthetic and well-maintained common areas. The hotel is very nice and we have been coming to you for many years. We noticed that the cleanliness in the bathroom/toilet has really declined. It was particularly noticeable when you look at the bathroom with UV light. By chance, we had such a flashlight with us. But that was the last evening when we saw it. If you had seen it, you would stumble over it too (Room 1515 and 1517). - Try it out- dark and illuminate with UV light. We would still like to come back. All the best until next year. The hotel and everything else was wonderful, but with a small exception. I was there for a weekend with my children. Unfortunately, in the jacuzzi located outside, there were naked men bathing. Exactly!!!!!! I was sitting in the jacuzzi with my children and naked men joined us. I have nothing against it, but there should be information somewhere that it is a place for nudists, but unfortunately, there was none. The situation repeated itself throughout the whole weekend, so I don't know if it is a hotel for children?

I felt very comfortable in this place. The service is a big plus. Every nook and cranny is perfectly cleaned. There's nothing to complain about. Dźwirzyno has a beautiful beach, which is perfect for walking. The food here is just like at home. Everything tasted good to me, and the choice was huge. The rooms have everything you need - a hairdryer, safe, fridge, and a large wardrobe.

Nice service. I was not disappointed in them when I needed help. Clean and well-equipped room. The sea is literally a minute away from the hotel. There is a road through the forest to the beach. The room was very well soundproofed. Big plus for that. A very wide selection of dishes for dinner meant that everyone found something for themselves. With such long distances to the parking lot, constant help with luggage seems necessary, especially for the elderly.👍️🚀💯❤️

We have always relied on honest and, when booking directly, affordable prices. This time there were so many offers with different prices 🤯 Of course, for the same period. Then we don't like that no separate floors are assigned for dogs. I find it unhygienic when small babies and dogs play on the same carpeted floor. Whereby the cleaning is a bit lacking. During a 5-day stay, it was cleaned only once upon request. There was just one cleaning lady, who naturally couldn't manage everything. The playroom has become boring for the kids. Maybe a small redesign would be timely. The food was also not as good as we are used to from Senator. Even the a la carte restaurant was bad. We had to switch to Havet Lubczyk. The new dining room is too big. Partitions might help. We felt that savings were being made at every corner at the expense of quality. Hope it was just because of the time, right after Easter, and next time we will get the usual standard. Overall, with naturally better service, a maximum of 4 stars. Best regards

I believe that part of the service (staff) is below the standard / aspirations of the hotel, examples:

- poorly oriented and poorly organized reception - not paying attention to clients, lack of queue management (e.g., separating short simple matters from complaints, payments, explanations), "not noticing customers"

- complete lack of care for regular customers (except for some individuals)

- the hotel could gain a lot, for example, by calling customers who do not check in on time on the day of arrival (some problems on the way).... leaving one pizza from dinner would cost the hotel nothing, and the impression would be colossal.

Wonderful staff, very helpful reception service. The bathroom is large and clean. The equipment was lacking nothing. Tasty and healthy. A large amount of vegetables and fruits at breakfast makes the meals not too heavy. Plenty of attractions on-site - swimming pool, saunas, beach bar, and great Spa.

The hotel's location near the beach, right in the forest. The SPA part is very cool, especially the outdoor jacuzzi, and the possibility of sauna sessions with an instructor. Very well-equipped areas for games and activities for children and adults (nice bowling alley). The food is very tasty and varied (props for live cooking).

I recommend the breakfasts - tasty bread and a very rich buffet. Nice and helpful staff, happy to explain any doubts. Senator impresses primarily with its location right by the beach.

Spacious, clean, and well-designed rooms. Great soundproofing, when opening the terrace doors you can hear the sound of the sea. Private beach, live cooking, and cinema. Super.

We were very satisfied with the hotel overall. However, there are 2 things that bothered us a bit.

1.) The bathwater in the pool area was heavily chlorinated, causing our eyes to tear up, even though we were just sitting on the lounge chairs and not in the water itself. This caused severe skin irritation for me and my son.

2.) In the children's play area, unfortunately, many things are broken. Whether it's the plastic play tower with a slide (which was only attempted to be fixed with packing tape and has partly been torn off again). Or the slide itself has a crack. Then the big climbing tower has torn PVC and the cable ties of the cushions were attached in such a way that there is also a risk of injury...

Nevertheless, we were satisfied, everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful in the new building and the food was very delicious and there was a wide selection.

We definitely won't be visiting for the last time.

We have been going to the Senator regularly for many years because there is that "something" there that makes us feel special. The service is exemplary, whether it's the reception, bar, restaurant, or pool, the approach is very positive, almost familial, the rooms - comfortable, clean, practical, the cuisine - fantastic, amenities - keep you entertained, the beach - charming, very close, the price - satisfying. We are already looking forward to our next trip, see you soon.

Delicious sweets, some of the best I've eaten 🧁 Perfect location - a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Impressive cleanliness in common areas. It makes you want to spend time there. The great gym and very large pool deserve attention. Not in every hotel can you feel as here. The staff takes great care of the comfort of the Guests. Besides the pool, there is also a great bowling alley with nice service. The food is also delicious and too much to eat, a very large selection of dishes, appetizers, and the like. Quiet and peace around the hotel. For my family, it's wonderful there because we can stay there with our pet - a kitty named Toffi. Reception service - total profession. Only positives!!!! We have been there 2 times, we are going again for Christmas, so we will be almost regular customers. Best regards to the whole crew and see you in December 2024.

I am in love with this place. Right by the sea, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful views. I will return 100%. I have been coming to the Senator hotel for 27 years and will continue to do so. Excellent cuisine, tuna prepared on a dry grill pan is superb. Rooms in the new 5-star part are very spacious, beds very comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The bartenders know their stuff. What more do you need to rest well and take a break from everyday matters?

Food - from bread for breakfast through lunch and dinner to the bar, deserves applause. I have to praise the pool. Finally, good sizes for people who like to swim. Great place. Beautifully located hotel with direct access to the beach. Cozy rooms, but very comfortable. Plus for a mega comfortable bed and perfect cleanliness. The staff is a big asset of this place. They can take care of the comfort of relaxation.👍️

Despite daily reports, both apartments were terribly cleaned. In ours, the trash was literally thrown out and water was added, although the dishes were not always washed at all, the towels were not changed, there was a lack of toilet paper, not to mention the bed was not made properly, rather sloppily thrown together. Once we reported it at the reception, a boy came instead of the manager (unfortunately he did not come) and the boy said they have too much work and can't keep up, so it's not really their fault. He added water and coffee capsules, brought a roll of paper and left. That was the last roll we received, I will add that it was on the second day and we stayed for 5 nights. Shocking! We rented 2 apartments and have never experienced such a lack of respect for guests anywhere. Three stars only because the kitchen, bar, and reception were as good as always. Unfortunately, the cleaning was terrible. It's a shame that the hotel saves on this, both we and the other couple decided it was our last time. I will add that when we went down to the bar in the evenings, there were even anecdotes about the terrible room service. If it wasn't for the holiday season, we would most likely have ended our stay, unfortunately, we were with invited family so we endured it unnecessarily.

The hotel is clean, the food is very good, some parts of the hotel could use renovation.

This stay was disappointing. We have been coming to this hotel for years and have been very satisfied so far. This time I booked a standard room, I thought it would be enough for just me. But this room was old and worn out. Several light switches didn't work, neither did the bathroom heater. The beds and sanitary facilities were clean. The curtains were partly torn and dirty. Upon my request, I was given another room, the heating worked, but the rest remained unchanged. Very unfortunate.

Everything looks beautiful, it's clean and smells nice - you can really relax. I can only say good things about the service. A pool with full-size swimming lanes is a great thing for active time spending 🏊‍♂️ The best located hotel by the sea. Unbeatable location. The food is really wonderful. Wonderful location, the hotel is surrounded by nature on all sides. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Very aesthetic and well-maintained common areas. During breakfast, you can eat sweet and savory, cold and hot meals. A great option for everyone! Plenty of attractions on the property - pool, saunas, beach bar, and great Spa.

During our stay, the staff was always very helpful. There is a path from the hotel to the beach through the forest. A wonderful place in terms of location. The breakfast and dinner buffet are impressive. The restaurant also serves delicious food.

The hotel and its location are very good. Additionally, compared to other hotels nearby, the pools and children's play area are a big plus. Also, the super jacuzzi with warm water outside. I stayed in a 5-star zone and it falls a bit short of that. Above all, the service and room cleaning leave a lot to be desired. The rooms themselves are very nice and seem quite new. The food is okay without any special highlights, but with such a "transformation," one cannot expect miracles. Both children and adults will always find something for themselves. The lobby bar disappointed me with weak drinks and long waits at the counter to place an order. Overall, if someone is traveling with children, I really recommend choosing a hotel where the lobby bar and children's play area are next to each other, then everyone is happy. The hotel is really big, and without leaving it, you can really get your steps in :) I have positive memories of the trip, but I won't return. I recommend it.

I was very excited about the standard of the room, the modern part of the hotel has 5 stars. There was an excellent selection for breakfast and the staff is very accommodating.
