It was the second stay in this hotel. The earlier part is already suitable for a thorough renovation. Both from the outside and inside. However, the new part is very nice, with surprising solutions. Beautiful, large rooms, nice balconies. The new restaurant is also stylish and beautiful. Food – its quantity, variety, attractive serving allows me to describe it at the level of five stars. That's it for the pros. The biggest drawback in my opinion are two things – the attitude of the staff towards guests and the fee for the non-existent parking lot. How can you charge PLN 60 per day per car when you occupy the pavement space for pedestrians who have to squeeze between the fence and cars. Children cannot move freely in the (closed) area because there are cars everywhere. After hunting down a piece of space, you have to elegantly drive over a nice lawn, leaving a groove in the ground on a rainy day.

Three years ago we were in a hotel and lived on a construction site. But led by the miraculous situation, we decided to repeat it. Of course, in a new building, with a balcony facing the forest.

Unfortunately, the constant drive to reduce costs and maximize profits must lower the standard. The staff is probably poorly trained, the sociologists of work say: alienated. For more than a thousand guests at the reception, one employee or no one has to wait in line. We extended our stay, the validity of the cards was not renewed, we could not get into the room.

But the real horror is the meals. Crowds of people are fighting against access to food racks. Having won the dishes, you carry them to the won table, you go to get coffee, to which there is the largest queue. You come back, and your food is gone, and the table has been picked up by other guests. Because seeing the empty table, the waiter cleaned everything up. A cleaning frenzy ensures reworking. And all this happens in a hotel that has five stars. A disabled man appeared in a wheelchair with no chance in a fight in a crowd of people. No one from the staff was interested in him, no one would help him, the waiters were in a cleaning frenzy, because he was processing. Dear Management, self-respecting hotels, airlines, etc. have so-called procedures for the disabled. Interesting, by the way; Previously, everyone also ate in one room, but it was better planned, the crowd was not so annoying.

For the sake of justice, the hotel should also be praised. A full-size indoor pool is a great idea for the capricious Baltic weather. A well-equipped beach would be useful for water equipment: windsurfing, kayaks. The high standard of the new rooms, the ventilation control panel lights up at night and probably does not work very well. A large TV set, I would enrich the offer of programs with TVNBiznes, wealthy guests usually run a business. But one thing impressed me: there are normal toilets on the beach. Please send these comments to the Maritime Office: instead of fencing the dunes and threatening with fines for entering, it is easier to make... so that guests do not have to go to the dunes :). And finally, a great technical puzzle: how was the water supply and, above all, the discharge of sewage managed. I can't imagine allowing the discharge of sewage into the sea.... Although in our country everything is possible. I think pumping stations were built. Yes... Here the hotel has made an effort and has not skimped on investments.

I am delighted with the quality of the food. A rich buffet, everything delicious! Everyone here is very nice and, importantly, they are not intrusive. The rooms are large and the terrace is very impressive. A pleasant place 😉 The location is ideal for people looking for relaxation. A great swimming pool, brilliant saunas and Spa and a phenomenal hotel beach bar! 🍸

Super food, very high quality and huge selection. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, right next to the beach. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I am very satisfied with the service - very helpful. There is a place to rest and work, plus for access to high-speed internet.

As for the place it is great .minus for the lack of air conditioning in the rooms .and minus for the room that we were supposed to have in the five-star part when talking at the reception 3 times I asked if it was a 5-star hotel after arriving we got a room in the 4-star part .

We have stayed at this hotel many times, this year, the first time in the summer. The hotel deserves 5 stars. The food is just super delicious. The staff very friendly. All very clean. In summer, there are many attractions for the whole family in the hotel and also on the beach. Walks on the beach and in the forest very relaxing. The swimming pool and sauna is really nice. Unfortunately, a great disappointment. On the plus side: the location is wonderful, quick descent to the beach, sunbeds and small umbrellas available for guests. Towels, toilet, hotel bar are available. The hotel is surrounded by forest, fresh air. Pleasantly warm water in the pool. A large outdoor playground has everything that should be for small and older children. And that's it.

A big disadvantage is the service. People working as if as a punishment, unpleasant or frightened. Only the reception service is ok, thanks to them there is at least one star.

The car park is maximally occupied, seemingly normal in the season, but there is no guarantee that we will find a free space when renting a room.

The playroom is the biggest disappointment. Dirty, a lot of defects, it looks as if no one has replaced or repaired these devices for a very long time. It's scary to go with a small child, because even walking right behind the child, there is no guarantee that nothing will happen. A lot of toys are damaged, so much so that they pose a threat to 2-4 year old children (and according to the regulations, children 0-12 years old can use them). Stuffy, the air conditioning does not work and the room is located on the first floor.

There is no zone for a toddler at the pool and not even one attraction such as a slide.

The rooms in the older part, due to the fact that they are placed around the rotunda, are very cramped, not adjustable, despite the large area.

Breakfast and dinner were correct, nothing special, you can choose something and survive.

We were at the Senator Hotel for the first time, and certainly the last. Cleaning the rooms is some kind of mockery, the cups were not even replaced, not vacuumed, TRAGEDY. The ladies at the reception as if as a punishment, no smile, nothing... Dinner is very good, while breakfasts are monotonous every day, nothing new, the pool has no WOW effects, there is not even a slide for children,

The design is very cozy and makes it nice to spend time in the room. In the season, there was an inflatable for children at the beach bar. Great. Brilliant location, there is a place to walk and you can really relax. I recommend it wholeheartedly for both couples and families with children. We will definitely come back here....

The most serious issue is parking: cramped, difficult to get out so as not to damage the neighbor; cars under the windows; I lost at least half an hour before the driver who blocked the exit deigned (after discussing why he and not the neighbor) had to leave. And the price for parking!!

In the room: broken safe, remote control broken (corrected after intervention). The safe collides with the closet door.

In the bathroom, there are no wipes, cotton pads to remove make-up, the drain in the shower could work better.

The pool was stuffy and unbearable.

The beach is not enough for so many people.

Only the sympathetic staff is trying to save the shortages.

There is nothing to complain about. I rate the cleanliness and finish 10/10. We had no problem finding a parking space.

A sensational hotel for families with children. Everything at the highest level. The children are delighted and already want to come next year. We have been there 6 times and still not enough 😀. Rooms in a 5* building on the 6th floor with a view of the sea - sensational. I am not writing about the food because there are no words - there were only lobsters 😀. The cooks from Indonesia did the job. All those looking for a summer stay with children - don't look at different hotels - there is only this one - Senator.

The only remark - guests could be booked a specific numbered space in the parking lot. There would be no constant search for a free place - and the crowd was huge in July

The worst 4* hotel we have ever been to, the rooms need renovation. Broken wallpaper, stains, damaged furniture, creaking air conditioning. It is a place created for relaxation as well as for a more active form of spending time 😉 The pool was very large, it was nice that there was also a jacuzzi and saunas. It is worth taking the option with breakfast, because it is delicious.

A great place! Perfect location, 2min to the beach, inflatables on the seashore - great attraction, rooms in the 5* part sensational - clean, cozy and elegant. The pool is great, large and a lot of attractions for children. The food was delicious, breakfasts and dinners were first class! We will definitely come back.

Cultural and very professional service - you can see that this is a well-coordinated team of people. The gastronomic offer is really noteworthy - the bar is great and the restaurant is brilliant! It's beautiful here! The hotel is almost on the beach, but away from crowded descents. It looks insane. When it comes to cleanliness, really perfect. There is nothing to complain about. A really well-thought-out place. Both adults and children will find plenty of attractions for themselves.

The stay was very successful, my daughter was delighted with the hotel itself, as well as the attractions, animations and the swimming pool. Nothing more, nothing less, we are happy with the 💯

The food here is just like home. I liked everything and the choice was huge. The bedding is clean and fragrant. I have to praise the pool. Finally, good sizes for people who like to swim. The staff during our stay was always very helpful. The beach is right next to the hotel, next to a beautiful forest. Everywhere is close and peaceful. A wonderful place.

For 10 days of my stay, the bedding was not changed, the cleaning was tragic, the entire stay was not vacuumed, the sanitary facilities were not washed, cleaning the room consisted of putting water, emptying the trash can and changing towels. The hotel corridors were not cleaned. The elevator door was soiled by the children's hands.

We are frequent guests in seaside hotels, but it was not as bad in any of them as in Senator. We chose a larger apartment and unfortunately, to our surprise, we ended up in the People's Republic of Poland. The apartment had dirty, stained sand, shelves had paint bombs and holes, the wallpaper was coming off the wall, the air conditioning was broken with the panel playing, the refrigerator was broken and dirty inside, the glasses were dirty. When ordering cleaning, it turned out that it was not quite done as it should be. At the reception there are unpleasant ladies who laugh at customers entering the hotel. Beware of slot machines that swallow money and do not work (when we reported this fact at the reception we did not even hear sorry, and the damaged machines were still on the power supply and were tricking more customers for money) The advantage was certainly access to the sea, as well as the cook, who saved the situation with his sincere smile.

Delicious and nutritious, there's no need to say more. Very large and comfortable bed, the room very well equipped. A great option for a longer trip.
