The area offers many opportunities, both for those who are looking for entertainment, and due to the proximity of the Olsztyn Old Town, as well as for lovers of swimming or long walks in the forest.

After check-in, we suddenly saw that our access to the lake is limited by a fence, I am sorry to note that the lake from our room was not visible.

The hotel is quite good. Room size okay. The cleaning crew does superficial cleaning. The bed was made every day, but in the corner of the window a spider lived with us for 5 days in its spider web. The bathroom is washed, cleaned, but in the corners, at the edges uncleaned. I have the impression of saving on the staff who are constantly in a hurry. It was the first time in a hotel of such a standard that I waited so long for orders... price inadequate to the size of the portion. I appreciate the commitment of the waiter Paweł from the Port restaurant and the service man named Grzegorz, who served our buffet during the workshops on July 11-14. A rather poor situation happened to us. During the stay, the landline phone in the room rang, when we had the status of do not disturb - a small child was sleeping. The lady from the reception asked what else we were doing in the hotel. It turned out that, unfortunately, our reservation was incorrectly entered. So we had to pack up and move to another room during our stay. The location is okay, a bit far from a grocery store or pharmacy. The view is beautiful. Rooms, especially bathrooms, could be better cleaned.

A very good class hotel, especially for families with small children. An indoor pool and paddling pool for children and a very well-equipped playroom are a lifesaver in the rain. Delicious breakfasts, comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately, the bed was a drama. A sofa made of eco-leather covered with a thin sheet, hard headrests made of eco-leather and a small thin pillow as pillows. A room for 3 adults, and one had to sleep huddled on a small hard couch, from which a sheet came off after an hour. In addition, the air conditioning, which could not be adjusted - there was one mode and the temperature was at 20°C.

Unfortunately, we arrived too late and were too tired to go and get another room (and the hotel was supposedly full anyway). Fortunately, it was only one night.

I've read other opinions and I won't agree with some of them, and some are absolutely right. A great place to spend your free time. We return to this hotel almost every year. My husband and daughter and I love this place. The hotel staff is always smiling and helpful. It did not happen that the reception did not call almost immediately with detailed information. As for the cuisine, Dominika from the PORT MEGA POZYTYW Restaurant - nice, smiling, helpful, she remembered every day that her daughter would ask for cocoa without whipped cream, her husband with whipped cream, and I would ask for a latte with vegetable milk :). People like Dominika are like honey to our ears and we always associate the place with something very pleasant :). The food may be less than it used to be (someone mentioned it in the opinion), but we have fresh pancakes made by the cook on the spot, scrambled eggs we want. For me, the food is tasty and sufficient. As for minor comments, there was no space in the bathroom for bathrobes (no hangers) and in our room one hanger in the cabin fell off (we forgot to report it, because the staff asked for comments). This time the trip was 2+1+1, i.e. two adults, a child and a dog. Larger double room with lake view with terrace.

The room is very nice, pleasant, but you can already see the wear and tear, but not very conspicuous. It is a pity that the staff did not prepare a room for 3 people right away. Only after drawing attention, but there was no problem with it.

The location is very good during the weekend period, you have to take into account a large number of people as well as various special events (weddings, christenings, etc.,)

The daily staff of the rooms is mostly foreign-speaking, but communicative in English and, importantly, very, very accurate.

Breakfasts are good, but still identical, which does not change the fact that they are very good. We did not use dinner, but a restaurant from the menu, or more precisely, two. One in the hotel, the other right next door. I was delighted with tuna and soup with shrimps and mussels, my wife a salad with goat cheese and my daughter penne bolignaise.

Overall great. It would be nice to refresh the rooms slightly, but it's not bad yet. For us, the downside is the crowd of the hotel and around, but who likes what? Truth?😜

I visited the spa area in this place and I definitely recommend it! Ms. Magda is amazing, full of professionalism. Relaxation is guaranteed, in addition, a well-selected treatment for individual needs – the effect is visible to the naked eye after the first treatment. I will visit for sure!

We have been coming to the hotel for years and unfortunately we see a downward trend. The quality of service is getting poorer. In the past, at breakfast, the tables were full of food, which is now incomparable. Starting with a smaller amount of bread, ending with freshly squeezed juices, of which there used to be 4 different ones, in February already 3, now only two. But this is only one of the few examples.

The jacuzzi was still not working at the pool.

We were confused with the rooms and unfortunately we slept in the wrong room, and in the bathroom the shower head fell off the hose.

The best problem at the weekend is parking. In the past, there was a living person responsible for letting guests into the hotel parking lot, there was a place for everyone. It was my next visit to this hotel. The staff is helpful and very committed. In addition, the hotel is located in a very nice place. I will definitely come back here.

Everything is at a high level, the food is delicious

A very nice place for a girls' trip with friends :) I recommend rooms with terraces overlooking Lake Ukiel. The location of the hotel is unique and you should feel it every morning when you wake up with a view of the water. In addition, tasty food, wonderful spa treatments and friendly service. The only minor drawbacks are the lack of a shelf for cosmetics in the shower and (for me) a bit too soft mattresses. In addition, I heartily recommend the Przystań Hotel in Olsztyn.
