The staff is nice and helpful, a lot of attractions in the hotel itself. When it comes to dishes, I recommend Albero cuisine which you can fall in love with. Regarding the cuisine and products, you can really feel the quality and freshness. The rooms are neat and a huge plus for their own balcony. There are a lot of attractions on the premises of the hotel and everyone will find something for themselves.

The bathroom in the common area of the hotel was perfectly clean. Quick and efficient check-in, friendly service. A perfect place to relax in nature. From the windows you can see Śnieżka as if in the palm of your hand. The food is simply delicious! The breakfast buffet is very rich and varied. Continuous access to fresh pool towels.

A perfect place to relax - peace and quiet, there is a place to walk and ride a bike. I heartily recommend breakfast. They are served at appropriate times. All employees are very nice and take care of guests in a five-star way.

The bathroom is large and clean. Nothing was missing in the equipment. The service deserves five stars! Really nice, helpful and smiling crew! Super-prepared breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves, there is also a children's zone. Beautifully located facility, surrounded by forest and nature. The children's playroom is very interesting. There are many attractions in the hotel. Super spa and pool.

We stayed in the main building of the hotel

The disadvantages include low-quality beds, and the jacuzzi pools are also poor. It is not a hotel for couples looking for a quiet holiday, rather for families with small children.

We took advantage of a trip to the mountains with a guide, a great option and free of charge! Beautiful finishes of the rooms, cleanliness on the plus side. Mega location, easy access, great views and right on the trail! Swimming pools, spa, saunas, bike rental, gym - there is everything you need here! Everywhere is almost sterilely clean. The rooms are very spacious.

Children have plenty to do here, well-organized time. There are also animations in the lobby program.

Apartment with sauna.

Shortage of shelves or wardrobes, very little furniture. A brush and a broom are available for cleaning. There was one window in our apartment, the bedroom was windowless, so airing was a challenge, we had to open the door to the hallway.

The sauna in the bathroom had a suspicious smell of fish, we did not use it except for exposing the lava outside it to have a place to put cosmetics. The toilet bowl almost had the function of a built-in bidet - water splashed out every time the water was flushed in all directions and on the seat, even when the lid was lowered. The hair dryer was practically non-functional, it smelled of burning after 1-2 minutes.

The kitchen was small, with no place to store dry food such as bread, biscuits, etc., the countertop was small, but the necessary cooking utensils were provided. The hood had a damaged part that threatened to fall down with every touch. The staff did not provide mineral water.

The sofa bed was quite hard. The double bed in the bedroom had one mattress and one duvet, which affects the comfort of use, but it was very unstable and creaking. The walls let in a lot of sounds such as a crying child behind the wall. The staff refused to ask us to bring the blanket to cover the bed, despite explaining that it was necessary not to get dusty (allergy to dust of the tenant).

Breakfasts were fine, very good quality of food and its freshness, the downside was the huge noise caused by guests and a lot of wasps on the terraces. Average coffee. A variety was a kerfuś robot patrolling one of the rooms (a big plus). The dishes were described, there was even a section of vegan cheeses and pastes. Sticky floor in breakfast rooms.

Contact with the staff and reception in order, although despite the request for accommodation in a quiet room, it was only fulfilled after our intervention and change of room.

No sidewalks on the hotel premises - guests walked around the parking lots and on the side of the streets, average comfort and safety considering how many families with children were there.

There were enough parking spaces for everyone.

The indoor pool had the smell of sweat and a slippery floor, but the whole wellness part comes out very well due to the refined décor and atmosphere. After 20 children, entry to its area was prohibited, which increased the comfort of staying there. Water of pleasant temperature, a separate paddling pool for small children and a swimming pool for slightly older children, three comfortable jacuzzis. The sauna zone (16+) is great, although the showers could have been more sheltered, and the music could have been quieter/going in the direction of zen, not electronic.

We did not use the outdoor pool.

Some of the stuff is not the most informed, for example, if you have questions about diatery restrictions.

But play room for kids is great as well as swimming pool and at bar they make good cocktails.

Beds are comfortable and rooms specious. Balconies are safe for kids and over all hotel is generally very much kids/baby friendly.

If you want to book spa treatments do it early on, its fast booked out.

After checking in, we found a dirty floor in the apartment. Later it turned out that there were no bedding in the sofa. In addition, the apartments differ in standard from the hotel. The floor is damaged, scratched. There was no soundproofing, you could hear screaming from the playroom. For this money, it is better to choose another hotel, where we will have an apartment in the hotel and we will not have to walk 200 meters to the pool or breakfast. Plus for meals, breakfasts ok. Once we had dinner, everything was tasty.

To sum up, we will certainly not appear in the apartments again, we do not recommend it.

The room is ok, large, clean. As for five stars, I expected a varied buffet for dinner or breakfast (everything or almost everything was cold), no glasses for drinks (with high occupancy, the staff could not cope with providing clean dishes). There is no kettle in the room and the possibility of making tea. I've been to various hotels, in my opinion 5 stars are still a bit lacking.

The stay was successful, but when it comes to the equipment of the kitchenette, it is a bit difficult to cook anything (e.g. spaghetti, pasta, pancakes).

I was not equipped with a mop to, for example, wipe something wet.

There are no bathrobes in the apartment - and it could be for customers so that they do not feel worse than guests from the hotel - and we pay similar money.

The sofa in the living room is little comfortable to sleep if you are in more than 2 people.

Children's playroom equipment - old dirty toys and generally few toys. A playground in the same part as the outdoor pool, so you won't leave your child alone even for a moment. And the playground is not fancy either.

Looking at the size of the facility, the price per stay and the marketing, I thought it would look better.

On the plus side, there is a clothes dryer in the room, a large apartment, good breakfasts, towels at the pools, a heated outdoor pool (smaller than it seemed in the photos), animations, the hotel's location off the beaten track and close to nature.

In general, the apartment was ok, but we don't think it was 5 stars. We had the opportunity to eat lunch in an Italian restaurant and the steak was very tasty, although the shrimp paste was very sticky. We went to an old Polish restaurant for dinner and the food was tasty. The morning breakfast did not give the feeling of a 5-star place at all.

The sauna in the room had a door that did not close.

The hotel is not very centralized in Karpacz so keep that in mind or bring a car if you come. The hotel says it's 5 star but they were unable to provide change for 100 PLN. A 5 star hotel has to be able to provide its guests with change in my opinion. That's just poor service in my opinion. The hotel charges about 20€ per night for bringing a pet, which is a bit extreme. Also parking is an extra fee. In my opinion, a hotel shouldn't try to sneak in all of these extra fees over the booking price. Aside from that the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast changed every day to something unique. The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities and kids events were also nice.

We recommend this hotel. I was there with my family in apartments. The food is very good, there are a lot of attractions for children. The animators are doing a very good job. My husband and I are thinking about returning to this hotel during the winter😀 holidays
