We decided on this hotel because of its location and the wellness area with a large swimming pool. We planned to cover a lot of kilometers, spend one night in a shelter, and another in a hotel with all amenities, to regenerate our muscles in the pool. After checking in and unpacking, we gathered at the pool. Only after entering the Wellness area did it turn out that the large pool was empty, surrounded by tape, and out of use due to a malfunction that had apparently been going on for several days. At no stage, whether booking, checking in, or even at the wellness reception, were we informed about the pool being out of order. I do not understand such behavior, especially in a 5-star hotel. Information about the malfunction was also not available on the hotel's website or FB page. We had the option to cancel and would likely have used it. I understand that the hotel did not want to lose customers, but in this way, we will definitely not use Green Mountain's services again. Besides, the room was pleasant, the breakfast delicious, long queues at checkout.

In my opinion, a hotel should be a hotel, and apartments should not be part of it. We received an apartment located 200 m from the main building. In bad weather, it is very troublesome to dress up from head to toe to go for breakfast or to the pool. At the pool, guests from the apartments do not have bathrobes but only towels, so there is a certain selection. I believe that bathrobes should be mandatory for all guests at Green Mountain. Hair dryers in the apartments dry as if they didn't want to. On the positive side, I think delicious dinners and breakfasts as well as bubbles in the glass. Very varied pools and several types of saunas. But does the hotel deserve 5*****? Rather 4, having a comparison with other 5***** hotels in Poland. :)

Towels soft and pleasant to the touch. The room looked great. Peace and quiet. A beautiful place where you can really recharge your batteries. The staff have a sense of humor and are very tactful and unobtrusive at the same time. Great crew! Food prepared with great care. The meals were tasty and nicely presented. Clean and very nice room.

Lack of professional service right from the start at the reception, constant mistakes regarding reservation details, neglected apartment, lack of amenities in the apartment, during the first breakfast there were no plates, many dishes missing. An additional downside is the overcrowded pool, with a specific smell, which is why we only used it once. Additionally, the landscape that you present on your website slightly misrepresents the actual state of what can be found on site. On the plus side, attractions for children.

The service at the reception, specifically the gentleman who attended to me first, asked how I had arrived and without warning added a parking fee despite the fact that there were free parking spaces near your apartment buildings, but not belonging to the Green-Mountain area. It looked like, or rather was, a case of stretching the rules without informing the customer, who had the option to park for free but was deprived of it (I probably wasn't the only one rewarded by the reception staff)!!!!

However, the sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping (too uncomfortable), and only for sitting, e.g., while watching TV. Additionally, the aforementioned sofa was damaged and one part of the seat slid out, which had damaged fasteners and moved during use. Upon departure, I mentioned this when asked by the reception staff if everything was okay. I received a response that I could have reported it and the sofa would have been replaced, but someone was preparing the room for new guests (maybe not or without due diligence) so I got the impression that such is the standard of unclassified apartments.

Monotony in lunch meals, specifically in the type of meat - lack of beef.

Other than that, everything was positive, a very pleasant time spent.

The Standard Apartment with its own sauna is great, the kitchenette with a fridge in the room is also great. The bed was too small for us but clean. We were a bit surprised by one large duvet but after reporting it to the reception, they brought us another one within 15 minutes. The same with toilet paper, we had to ask for a refill at the reception again. No cleaning was done in 4 days.

The wellness area is incredibly crowded over the weekend. We recommend staying during the week or at least on Sunday evening. By then, there were only 6 people in the whole wellness area!

For trips to the mountains, the accessibility is great!

The food was great but after a few days, it was always the same. The pastries and sweets were luxurious!

Beautifully located complex with a nice atmosphere and high standard. On the downside - during the weekend stay, it turned out that the pool was out of order. This was one of the criteria for choosing the place, so I was a bit disappointed. There was a lack of prior information about this fact. There was also a lack of professional response to the situation from the staff, who only commented with the words: "Yes, it is closed". Tasty food in the hotel kitchen. Delicious drinks and a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings, where you can spend time with live music. Clean, delicious, and rich breakfasts. On the plus side - the possibility of arriving with pets. I recommend it for a weekend and longer rest.

Over the past two years, the hotel has definitely lost a lot in the quality of services provided, especially in terms of catering. Both during breakfasts and dinner, most platters remain empty. The quality of the meals offered also leaves much to be desired. The rooms lack basic items such as coffee and tea. At the pool, the staff also claim every day that they have run out of bathrobes, regardless of the time of day. On the plus side, the cleanliness of the rooms definitely deserves praise, but this only applies to the initial state. Throughout the stay, the room was not cleaned, trash was not taken out, and one could not even count on a towel change in the bathrooms. It's a pity because this hotel used to be one of our favorite places.

Hotel worth recommending, nice service, clean, pleasant. A big plus for the nudity zone in the saunas. Parking close to the hotel. Rooms cozy, clean, well-equipped. For those who come with children, a downside may be the lack of possibility to leave a child with an animator in the playroom. Entrance to the room poorly secured, room poorly equipped. Despite the fact that the regulations state that a child can stay with an animator, the room service immediately informed us that we have to watch our child. The food is very tasty, varied. With a high occupancy at breakfast, the service did not clean up on the spot, did not bring products that were missing. Sometimes the waiting time for bread is 10 minutes.

Very beautiful hotel. Luxurious breakfast. Apartment with its own sauna amazing. Wellness superb, after 8 pm without children, so relax and comfort. I can't fault anything. About 20 minutes walk to the city, just it's a nice hill, so that has to be taken into account.

Great location, very nice hotel decor. Attractions for children also great. Rooms comfortable and spacious, however, wanting to hang wet clothes on the doors or on the pipe near the cabinet, there was a lot of dust there. Curtains in the room also dirty which should not be the case in a 5-star hotel. Breakfasts also quite average for a 5-star hotel. Worth going for 2-3 days though.

We went for a weekend to relax and took four-person apartments which were clean and even nice but for the money, I expected something else. Lack of towel exchange and room cleaning, the bed on the bottom very comfortable, on the top, you couldn't even sleep because it creaks terribly. For the swimming pool, if someone likes to walk in a bathrobe, I advise you to bring your own because they usually don't have enough for so many people. The restaurant is definitely a plus, although if something runs out, they don't replenish it quickly.

Beautiful hotel and apartments in the magical setting of the Polish Karkonosze, on the edge of the picturesque spa town of Karpacz. A very modern hotel hidden in a dense forest. The adjacent apartments are about a 15-minute walk away, which can be unpleasant especially in the winter period, because dinners (in case of half board) and also unlimited wellness (pool and saunas) are in the hotel, so going from warmth to cold is not very pleasant. We stayed in a beautiful apartment that had a view of Sněžka and had its own sauna in the bathroom. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the hotel was able to arrange even special birthday wishes for the room. The downside would be the daily non-cleaning of the room (apartments fall under the hotel, so they should be able to arrange cleaning without an extra charge, furthermore, we assumed that there would be at least a sink and a kitchenette in the room, so one could cook something, which is a common practice in apartments). Breakfasts were excellent (fortunately, we did not have to go to the hotel), but for 5 stars, I missed the offer of warm sweet dishes (pancakes, waffles) and fresh juices. On the other hand, the advantage at dinners was the drinks (tea, coffee, juices, lemonades, water), which were included in the half board, which is not a matter of course. Wellness was in the main building of the hotel, so the apartment guests had to go to the wellness from outside, which is not entirely pleasant, moreover, we missed robes and shoes, which hotel guests had available. Wellness was not overcrowded only on Sunday evening and later in the evening. It contained 3 whirlpools, 1 pool, and a children's pool. The large swimming pool was drained during our stay, which the hotel staff could have also informed us about in advance. The sauna world was smaller: 2 Finnish saunas, 1 aroma sauna, 1 infrared sauna, and a saltwater bathing pond. In the wellness of this star rating, I missed refreshments for guests in the form of water and the possibility of preparing tea. Otherwise, everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Saunas are ok but entering in underwear is obviously an exaggeration, of course, it's not the hotel's fault... Super service at every stage, both reception and restaurant, pool or spa are excellent. More smiles at the reception and it would be perfect. Parking fee at the hotel 40 PLN per day.

Silence and peace - it's wonderful to rest in Karpacz! The apartment had the perfect temperature. The service is definitely a huge asset of this place, they care about the Guests at every step. The bathrooms are in perfect condition. Beautiful place, maintained to the highest standard. Delicious cheeses and cold cuts, plus fresh bread and I need nothing more!

We are disappointed with the service at the reception. During check-in, the lady indicated where the pool was located but we were not informed that it was out of order due to a malfunction. The finish of the apartment left much to be desired: the water did not drain from the sink, the toilet flush was broken, and the shower seal was incorrectly installed, causing half of the bathroom to flood. Very tasty breakfasts and a large selection. Atmospheric sauna area, plus for culturally observing the rules and access to drinking water. We consider our stay to be successful but we probably won't return there. Upon check-out, one of the ladies asked if everything was okay, after reporting our comments both ladies could not restrain themselves, they behaved unprofessionally and unculturally gossiping about us immediately after we left the reception.

Our room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The ventilation didn't work. When turned on, it only blew very warm air. The room was 25 degrees and only airing through the balconies helped to get some sleep. The pool was crowded. Hardly anyone swims but all the sun loungers were taken. But that's just the mentality. The textile-free zone is only in name. Most still go to the sauna in their swimsuits. But that's also a matter of mentality. The food was very good and there was a large selection. I have no complaints about the hotel service. The prices at the bar in the lobby are very high. There's nothing around. You can only walk or ride a bike. There is an Italian restaurant where you can eat well. I understand it has to be expensive but 15 zlotys for an espresso or 30 for a schnapps on the way out makes you ultimately feel cheated.

Karpacz itself is a total dump. It's sad to say, but it has no charm. Wild construction of apartment buildings without any order. Zero attractions. Only walks. As a whole, okay but nothing special and never again.

Everything was okay for such a hotel except for the breakfasts, very poor selection, lots of people and not at all a 5* level. Plus for the swimming pool and sauna area, quite spacious with a cool stretched ceiling over the main pool.

I haven't come across such a good breakfast in a long time as here. The rooms are tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. Very nice and polite service. Lots of attractions for children, cool playrooms. A peaceful oasis, and it's just a two-hour drive from Wrocław.

We were at the GreenMountain hotel for the first time. When making a reservation, we wanted to choose the best facility in Karpacz. Unfortunately, the 5-star rating corresponds at most to 4 stars in our opinion. Frayed curtains, dusty furniture, really afraid to touch the TV remote. These may be trifles, but they complete the whole picture.

However, the staff and food are very much a plus. Meals both in the hotel restaurant and Albero are super!! 🔥 Breakfasts for both children and adults with a wide selection.

We are in this hotel for the first time and we are hugely impressed. Rooms clean, beautiful view! Food all tasty, large selection, huge restaurant. We caught some animations for children, so there's plenty to do. Animation Show company Mr. Krzysztof is very committed to his work, makes a lot of fun for children. Activities with the animator at the pool, sports activities, art activities, and playing BINGO. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this amazing place for relaxation with the possibility of many attractions! We will definitely come back here.

For years we have been going to different hotels, but what we encountered here exceeded even us... The service? Tragic. As much as everything seemed great over email, on-site, there was a total lack of professionalism. We were with friends and right from the start, the reception mixed up the rooms. What did we hear? "I don't know what to do now." No water in the room, torn curtains, dirty balcony. Under no circumstances is this the expected 5 stars. The restaurant is a huge disappointment; both in terms of dishes and service. Breakfasts are poor, for such a hotel standard. The pool is out of order, "temporary failure", which lasts 3 weeks... but the worst part is that a few days after returning home we received unpleasant calls about settling the bills; despite having settled everything at check-out! Moreover, when we ask for details about what exactly is on the bills, no one is able to explain it to us. It is really too much to expect a hotel guest to send the hotel confirmations and settle down to the last penny because the hotel can't even settle its guests. A disaster!

Tourists in the apartments are unfortunately the "second" category and it turns out they are not up to the 5* standard, hence they do not have, for example, bathrobes, which assuming the use of SPA, are very convenient. It is, of course, a trifle, but I wonder about one reservation system for the hotel!? As a result, the client does not know in which category they are and it is not fair to hear that "You in the apartments" are of a different standard! In the evening, the SPA is crowded, with the pool closed, the number of people in a small basin is alarming! In the sauna area, there is a lack of drinking water! Probably also trifles, but maybe it's worth paying attention to, assuming standardization, for hotel guests, of course!

Comfortable bed, well-equipped room, perfectly clean everywhere.

The rooms are very spacious and clean - but our room was opposite (50m away) a large hall, where quite a lot of people were staying, and it was awkward to walk around the room with the awareness that everyone can see everything, and staying with the curtains drawn when the beautiful sun is setting is not nice. The hotel makes an impression, but there are a few shortcomings, the SPA area is average - it does not stand out from others, even 4-star ones, a few saunas but they did not provide the temperatures they should, especially in the Finnish one, in the steam room it only steamed once in 20 minutes. And the hit - no water in the pool, a small pool dominated by jumping and splashing children was available. There was no information about the pool being out of order. The service at the reception and lobby was very professional and native :)

No information that the large swimming pool is out of service/maintenance work is underway, for which I was told they can only apologize. I was really counting on it because currently, it is the only physical activity I can do for health reasons... Very long waiting time to check out of the hotel.

We have been coming here with the family for the third year in a row. Unfortunately, I don't have very good memories of this Easter. A few things surprised me: the inability to have an Easter breakfast with the whole family, i.e., 6 people (everything agreed upon and confirmed by email), lack of bedding in the apartment for 4 people, always the same problem, lack of equipment in the apartment for 4 people, the disinfectants they use are irritating for 24 hours, we had to wash the floor.

Your property is beautifully located, the rooms are clean and very stylish. Despite the fact that the facility is large and hosts many guests, one does not feel crowded or overwhelmed by the sheer number of people. The cuisine is of an excellent level, the breakfasts are delicious, even pleasing to a picky little gourmet, which is probably the most important. The proximity of the trail exit and the surrounding beautiful forests mean that in your facility one can truly relax and rest. There are plenty of attractions, everyone will find something for themselves, both older and younger. We were very positively surprised by the Albero restaurant, where we ate delicious real Italian pizza - I haven't eaten such good pizza in a long time.

Unfortunately, the rating is influenced by several situations related to the service. Firstly, upon check-in, no one informed us that the main pool was out of service. No compensation was offered. For us, this situation is unacceptable, after all, the pool is one of the elements for which one comes to your facility. I understand that it may break down, but it would be polite to inform the guests about it and possibly offer compensation.

The second situation is checking out of the facility - we had to wait in line to be served in 30 seconds. We had nothing to pay for, and the gentleman thanked us for our stay. Such a long checkout, especially when there is nothing to pay, does not befit such an elegant facility. This should be improved.

The third situation concerns the service of the ladies issuing towels and bathrobes at the pool. On the first two days, the service was provided by a very nice older lady, who was very polite and it was a pleasure to talk to her. Since we were apartment guests, the lady lent us bathrobes on the first day, noted it in the system, and told us to return them on the day of departure, but mentioned that she would not be there and to return them to her colleague. On the last day, indeed, we came to use the pool and the nice older lady was not on shift, there was a young girl with long blond hair. And here the service left much to be desired. First, she gave us one whole watch and another broken watch, which could not be put on the wrist. When we asked for two full watches, the lady said that she simply would not give them to us. This caused a nervous situation later, because the half watch obviously got lost, but fortunately, we managed to find it. After leaving the pool, in accordance with the agreement with the older lady, we returned the bathrobes saying that such was the agreement. The young lady said that this could not be the case, that she had to talk to her colleague, that she could not issue bathrobes to apartment guests. Not wanting to enter into a discussion, I only pointed out to the lady that thanks to this procedure, we used 2 bathrobes over 4 days, whereas we could have used 8, taking a new bathrobe with each visit. However, hotel guests should not be informed about internal disputes between staff. Once again, I emphasize - the older lady deserves huge recognition, it is really visible that she likes people and is always polite, regardless of the situation.

In summary, we rate our visit to your facility positively, we would certainly like to return to you, however, unfortunately as it happens in such situations - the rating is influenced by minor details, which often remain in the guests' memory. A very pleasant hotel, but when it comes to the pool, I have a huge complaint that nobody informed us at the time of booking that the large pool was out of service. I was with my 12-year-old son and 21-year-old daughter, and choosing this hotel was mainly for the pool, unfortunately, I had to incur additional costs by going to a pool in another hotel. The staff was very nice at every level. The location is beautiful, very close to the trail. Breakfasts very good. Italian restaurant - very nice service and delicious food. The hotel is very clean, rooms are pleasant.

A lot of details were not okay.

There was no space for stuff in the bathroom, no shelves. Where were we supposed to put our things? The room upstairs was big but uncomfortable. The bed was creaking, and one bedsheet was crazy. The breakfast was poor. There was always something missing, and we had to wait for the staff. A lady at the breakfast was not able to explain why we had to go by lift to the first floor, even though we saw there was a restaurant right behind her.

We were quite disappointed to find out that the largest swimming pool was closed for reconstruction, and no one informed us beforehand. Additionally, we encountered a language barrier as no one spoke English.

Mixed feelings after a 4-day stay. The entire hotel staff, except for the animators and one gentleman at the bar, seemed very tired of their profession, looking like shadows, zero interaction with the client. The outdoor playground was locked (opens at 10:00 AM !!!!!) - this is just one of several elements and "attractions". The 5-star rating is quite stretched in terms of the hotel's standard. On the plus side, the food was very good.

Beautiful hotel located off the beaten path, which was its advantage. There was a lot to walk around. Depending on the needs, through the trail leading through the forest or on the asphalt along the road. Beautiful rooms. Clean. Delicious breakfasts. The service was less nice, but I rate the whole thing as very good. We will be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, the main hotel pool was closed, which we were not informed about either before arrival or at the time of arrival. It was an unpleasant surprise because we chose this particular hotel specifically for its spacious pool. Instead, we received overcrowding and a lack of comfort for relaxation.

As for the food, it was on an equally high level as the first time we visited this hotel.

Unfortunately, we returned home with a feeling of great dissatisfaction.

I have never been disappointed with their cleanliness. Delicious food. It's worth paying extra for dinner. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, which deserves praise. There are many attractions on the hotel premises, such as a spa, sauna, or swimming pool. A magical place where you can really recharge your batteries. Beautiful nature around.

Hotel service, i.e., reception not nice, pool unavailable no information on when it will be operational, spa very poor for a 5-star hotel.

Animations 5+ 😁 extremely nice animators, fulfill every child's wish, can entertain and you can see that it brings them joy 🙂

The service is very polite and helpful, and additionally shows interest in the Guests' needs. Beautiful and clean. I am delighted. The breakfasts are worth their price. Very good quality of products. The view is breathtaking, you can see Śnieżka as if it was on the palm of your hand, and the trail is practically at the hotel. Large parking, there was no problem finding a spot.

Interesting facility with great catering service.

Beautiful view of the mountains, Śnieżka so close that you can see it as if it were on the palm of your hand. Rich breakfast offer. The meals were described, so it was easy to exclude allergens. The pool is a big plus, the spa zone by Dr. Irena Eris, offers great treatments.

Pros include proximity to the trail, 24/7 reception, cleanliness. Cons include a squeaky bed.

I do not recommend the restaurant at A (I don't remember the name) on the premises.

Breakfasts very good, however, missing sliced tomatoes (I love them on sandwiches) and chives for scrambled eggs. Very good coffee. Special praise for the service.

Great staff, sensitive to the needs of Guests, makes you feel special. Clean and fragrant bedding - it's perfectly clean everywhere. Mega location, convenient access and beautiful views. The breakfast buffet is mega rich, dinner great, the restaurant also delicious! In the rooms there is a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, and safe, there is also a place for ironing.

Very large parking in front of the hotel. Cleanliness rated 5+. Breakfasts very tasty. The location made a big impression on me, you can see the mountains from the entire lobby, and Śnieżka is within easy reach. Hotel and service are of a high standard. A big plus for the musical evenings in the lobby. Unfortunately, the SPA area is quite modest, especially the jacuzzi.

All employees are extremely nice and take care of the Guests in a five-star manner.

Breakfast is delicious and nutritious, a very wide selection of meals. Small fee for hotel parking. There was no problem with space. The bathroom is comfortable, the room very clean and spacious. Excellent location for those looking for peace and quiet, surrounded by forest and mountains. The hotel service makes this a truly special place. Everyone gives their all.
