Whenever we go to Szklarska, we choose Blue Mountain :)

The rooms are clean and tidy. We like to come back here, among other things, for the friendly staff. It's nice that the car park is large and two-level, in the summer the car won't get wet, and in the winter you don't have to clear the snow. A hotel with good access and ample parking. During our stay, the temperature outside was about 25 degrees, so the air conditioning was not needed anyway, open windows were enough. But when booking a room in the comments, I asked for a room on the lower floors and this is what we got, so we got another big plus for the staff. I've read the opinions of previous guests before, that the top floors are said to be quite warm in the rooms, so it can be different. A very large selection of tasty meals for breakfast and dinner. The service is very nice. A huge number of animations for children. The animators are also very nice.

When it comes to the deposit for pool towels, bathrobes for children (PLN 100 / pcs non-cash to the room account, canceled at the time of returning the items) is the only way to deal with guests who do not respect other people's property and take towels home or throw them everywhere and ask for another one. And so they watch it like an eye in their heads 😉

In my opinion, it's not colorful, but it's not too bad either, what I remember from my stay:

- paid Game Room, 1 token = 5 PLN, the game lasts about 1 minute (!)

- very worn pontoon track (I almost cut my leg on the protruding sharp elements at the bottom of the track, the lift does not work, the pontoons have to be carried in and there are only 4 of them

- very cold water in the outdoor pool

- The Deluxe Apartment was completely different from what is in the picture, more like a hotel** or *** star, mega cramped, the floor was heavily worn, the mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable - so soft, no chest of drawers in the bedroom but at least clean

- soundproofed rooms, you can't hear the neighbors, nice bathrooms

- very hot in the rooms

- varied but canteen food, without flair and taste, pancakes fried in the same pan as sausage and you could feel it very much in the pancakes. There were very few meat options for dinner, a huge minus for the food for the kids – I was blown away by pasta with some sauce that looked like mixed ketchup, it was really sad to watch.

- Friendly staff

- nice indoor water park, a lot of jacuzzi with very hot water

- nice playroom but it's very cold in it

It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the consoles were overheating and it was impossible to play, my friend asked at the reception about the discs because there was only one demo game, I reported that the consoles were overheating, the technician was supposed to come up, then he didn't come up again, the next day I reported and they also said that he would come and not come and finally later it was written that it was not open on that day (only one day) then the consoles were taken away and In the end, I didn't play, I felt a bit cheated because I'm a fan of Simracing games, etc. There was supposed to be a foam party but it wasn't and only after reporting complaints it was after a few days

Pretty good breakfast. Dinner sometimes better and sometimes worse, a big plus is the choice of fruit.

The water park is also a big plus.

The sauna area is not a relaxation zone - you can hear the noise from the pool.

The rooms on the upper floors are hot in warm weather.

What bothers the most and deserves a subtract of two stars is smoking on balconies. It's hard to avoid a neighbor smoking with so many apartments, and as a non-smoker, I don't want to smell cigarette smoke in the apartment I rent. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a good solution for this. On the first day, we changed the room because of this, after two days of peace, the problem returned with the new neighbors. With the focus on families with children, this is absolutely unacceptable.

In the regulations, the hotel has a provision about a total ban on smoking outside the designated places, the ban also applies to apartments (which include a balcony), unfortunately it seems that it is convenient to pretend that this provision does not exist. We are here for the second time, but due to the inconvenience of cigarettes, we will not return.

The reception is well informed, everything is ok. I recommend buying breakfasts and dinners - phenomenal cuisine and new dishes served every day. The room is clean, there is a lot of space in it.

I felt very welcome here, the staff was extremely friendly. The size of the apartment is more than sufficient. A super balcony where you can enjoy the views. The hotel is located in the lower part of Szklarska about 15 minutes walk (with a stroller) from the center. The area is not crazy. The apartment consisting of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony clean and spacious, but it was already a little damaged, e.g. swollen floor panels in the bedroom and swollen edges of the coffee table. A view from the balcony of the Karkonosze range, the hotel swimming pool and old buildings on the plot next door.

Air circulation is available in the room because there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms. It would seem that this is an obvious element of room equipment in the 21st century, but here is a very unpleasant surprise.

Breakfast and dinner are tasty without culinary exultation. The dishes are prepared for the taste buds of children. A lot of dishes to choose from, which changed every day. Everyone should find something for themselves.

The hotel has a game room, a children's playroom, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a sauna area. The game room is nicely decorated and the playroom is very much to my daughter's liking. Just like the pools, which are quite a lot: a pool with cooler water + a lazy river and a slide, a paddling pool for children with two depths of 25cm and 50cm and an outdoor pool with a slide. There are also 4 hot tubs available.

In the sauna area you will find dry, wet, BIO and infrared saunas. The saunas were very nice, although one day the infrared sauna was inactive. On the downside, it is mandatory to use saunas in swimsuits, even though there is information about the nudity zone at the entrance. It's neither healthy nor comfortable. Rooms for resting, in particular the salt room super. The cold rain/arctic drizzle did not work in the showers.

Bydleli jsme v apartmánu se saunanou. Kdo nemá rád davy lidí, milion řvoucích dětí, přeplněný bazén, jídelní, hřiště apod.. Tak to určitě není ta správná volba pro vás.

Malý přechlórovaný bazén, kde je hlava na hlavě. Na tak velký komplex nedostačující.

Co se sauna na pokoji týče, už bychom této služby nevyužili. Nefungoval větrák a nebylo zajištěno žádné odvětrávání.

Pokój było čistý, malé množství nádobí, není k dispozici mikrovlnná ani pečící trouba.
