👍 Buffet breakfasts, tasty dishes that rotate. The facility is clean in the room as if you don't report it, no one comes to clean, but if you need it, you can even daily. I waited about an hour for the problem with the bathrobe to be solved, calling several times did not bring any result, no one answered. During the week, the hotel's attractions are reduced, some are shortened, not operational, turned off, a pity because the fee for each day is the same. Everything else is a plus, I have no more complaints.

All dishes fresh and tasty, highly recommended. The bathroom quite large, rooms spacious, everywhere clean. Staff nice, establishing a bond with the client. Large swimming pool with an area for toddlers. Great place for family rest! The location of the hotel very good. The only downside is the squeaky beds 😉

Upon check-in, it turned out that the room we received had very dirty walls, the floor was scratched in places down to the panel underlay. After complaining at the reception, our room was changed. It was evident that just before letting us in, the service had been washing the walls. The closets barely opened, and in the bathrooms, wear and tear were visible at every step - including patched door frames. The plastic card key - it kept falling apart every time the card was inserted.

It's strange that sometimes a fruit plate welcomes us in the room, and other times it's not there. The double bed is just two single beds put together. The whole setup would move apart, and the beds were squeaky. Unfortunately, it's visible that the rooms are heavily worn (it was our 4th time, probably the last).

Breakfast and dinner average, typical mass-produced food. The coffee was terrible, we had to resort to the aquabar. On the plus side, ice cream at dinner - the kids were happy.

I don't understand why the pontoon track is only open on weekends. My child was terribly upset that they couldn't use it.

The biggest pluses are the animations for children, the room with the monkey grove, a large swimming pool, and the fact that you don't have to go outside to get to breakfast or the pool. The sauna area is extensive, and in the further saunas, you can't hear the children's noise. In the room with the monkey grove, a water dispenser like the ones by the saunas would be a great convenience for parents.

The hotel is definitely not worth the regular price, choosing it only makes sense with a promotion on travelist like -40/-30% It's visible that the common areas and rooms need renovation.

Firstly, this is not a hotel but a resort. And they have a long way to go to reach 5 stars. There is no cleaning, it is only available upon the explicit request of the client, not the guest. The reception staff seems to be picked up randomly rather than being specialized and suitable for interacting with people representing the resort. There's no possibility of reaching an agreement. They have their mantra, learned phrases, and very rigid conversation frameworks. There's no room for dialogue. The pool is simply dangerous - there's a hidden step in the paddling pool and because of that MY CHILD nearly broke their foot because they hit it!!! And the lifeguard said that "we will be cutting off a toe" - seriously to a 4-year-old child???? The food is monotonous. The only thing that defends this resort is a robot cat that was moving along the corridor. Even the lift pulling the tubes at the slide was turned off.

The staff of this hotel was extremely hospitable and friendly. Nice variety of breakfasts and dinners for both adults and children :) Water park, various types of saunas, beauty salon, game room, playroom for the youngest. The hotel is recommendable. The only reservation is the railings, after opening the windows. They are so low that they are simply unacceptable. I must admit that being with small children gave a lot of concern. Especially since we were staying in an apartment on the 5th floor.

Giving a strong 5, it was our first time with a child and a dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food delicious! Plenty of attractions for both small and big kids. The pool is great. We are glad that our son could bring his beloved dog, which is not small, and there was no problem for him to be with us on a quick vacation. Thank you very much for the hospitality, and we will definitely come back! We have another wonderful spot on the map for spending active family time!

A very strong point were the animations for children. It was really family-friendly and warm. Definitely one of the better hotels in Poland where I had the pleasure to spend a vacation. Tasty meals and in many options. Spacious rooms with a large bed, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette - everything you need.

Excellent location of Blue Mountain Resort, the mountains are beautiful. I felt very welcome here, the staff was extremely kind. It's great that the parking is large and two-level, in the summer the car won't get wet, and in the winter there's no need to shovel snow.

We were treated at the highest level. Delicious buffet food. The hotel offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains. Aqua park - warm water in the pool is a big advantage. There is also an area for toddlers. The apartment is very large and comfortable, cleanliness is great.

The dishes are very diverse, both hot and cold. I recommend it for a rest while hiking in the mountains or leisurely walks in Szklarska Poręba. In the lower part of the aquapark, you can relax, it's really a relaxation zone :) You can tell that the employees put a lot of heart into their work. The hotel is large and very nice, close to the center of Szklarska. There was nothing I didn't like. The meals are really good, a wide selection for everyone. The hotel deserves praise for wonderful service and the kindness of the staff. The place is located off the beaten path, about a 10-minute walk to the center.

Food in buffet form is a good thing, the food is very delicious. The rooms are reasonably spacious with a kitchenette. For the youngest, there is a play area inside or a playground outside. The hotel is located near the Czech border, where there are great slopes. Full professionalism and mega commitment.

The hotel's location is very good. Everything is fine, clean and comfortable, which is the most important. The pool is perfect for families with children, there is a smaller pool with a slide. A generous menu for meals. I felt very welcome here, the staff was extremely friendly.

I honestly do not recommend this hotel. For me, it's a maximum of 3 stars for the facility and service. Starting with the positives: the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is good and quite varied, plus points for the cold cuts. And now moving on to the negatives. We paid 800 PLN per night plus 50 PLN for parking, and the hotel does not offer the premium offer we expected. At this price, we received scraped dirty walls, an unstable shelf under the shower, and an Ikea Lack table also scraped. Rooms cleaned every 2 days upon request. Room with 2 beds instead of a double bed, which was changed with great reluctance. The hotel itself inside is very average, not very atmospheric. Dirty walls everywhere and sofas like in a cheap motel. The elevators constantly break down, and you have to constantly walk up the stairs to the top floor. The restaurants resemble canteens, not restaurants. You have to pay a deposit of 100 PLN for each towel at the pool. In addition, there is only one towel per stay. The playground is a fenced narrow strip in the middle of the parking lot. No hotel insulation, you can hear exactly what is happening in the stairwells, plus a mega loud disco on weekends. Whether you like it or not, you have to listen while in your room. The hotel is not worth its price. The photos on the hotel's website distort its real appearance.

Clean, pleasant, faultless. The food is diverse and very good. The aqua park - warm water in the pool is a big advantage. There is also a zone for toddlers. The location of BMR is a 5+, you can walk to the waterfall. Super friendly staff, you can see they love their job.

This is our second stay at Blue Mountain Resort. The first time everything was fine. The second trip was also okay, we wanted to come again but only up to a certain point. Before leaving the hotel, even though we were in a hurry to catch the train, our 3-year-old son really wanted to spin the wheel of fortune. He drew "hotel review". The lady demanded that I write a review at that moment, otherwise there would be no prize for the child. I told her that I already wrote one review for the previous stay, and that I couldn't write another one at that moment because we were already late. The very unsympathetic lady did not like this and just said "next". I have never encountered such treatment of a child in a hotel that is supposed to be family-friendly, and we travel often. My son left crying because other children got a lollipop and he didn't. All for a silly lollipop that costs a few zlotys. Disappointing. I promised her that I would write a review and I keep my word.

Some very nice people work at the hotel, you can count on them. In the room, there is a small set for making coffee and tea, everywhere is clean. Fantastic location, close to the city and the mountains. Varied and tasty breakfasts. The bio sauna with vitamin D is wonderful!

Great location in a beautiful holiday area (many attractions). Apartments are functional, a bit too noisy, with some minor flaws. The mountain views are portrayed slightly differently in the brochure than in reality. Breakfast selection is great. Playrooms and water park are convincing for families with kids. Wellness offerings can be booked at short notice and are reasonably priced. Staff is professional and polite, but not warm. Hotel bar is very expensive, but offers top-quality cocktails.
