The swimming pool and SPA are quite poor for such a hotel ( The bathhouse did not work ) A wonderful, beautiful and atmospheric place. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Gastronomy is definitely a strong plus! Delicious and abundant! The restaurant service is not intrusive. However, she is not very resourceful when reporting problems. We had an unusual situation of a door slamming on the observation deck and no reaction despite the monitoring. And the word sorry alone is probably not enough.

Two weeks ago we spent a lovely weekend with friends in this hotel. We were there at the invitation of a friend celebrating her birthday. It was wonderful! Professional and friendly service met all the whims of our birthday girl, which made us - guests feel pampered in every way. A great place to relax for the whole family. The entire facility is perfectly clean, beautiful bedding and comfortable beds attract attention. The cuisine also does not disappoint, serving delicious and diverse dishes. In general, I rate the stay positively, delicious food, but I would point out that if a guest comes later for breakfast around 08:40, then e.g. at 9 a.m. there are often some things missing, and breakfast is until 10:00, especially from this sweet place, i.e. pancakes, pancakes and then it is exchanged for pancake and is not made up for other guests, who did not have time to eat because they ate savoury food first. After another such case, I reported it to the staff and they offered me to fry pancakes for the child, for which I am very grateful. For example, fruit was also no longer brought, such as pineapple, kiwi, etc., but mainly watermelon and melon remained. The same with dinner, the child wanted a cupcake and more than an hour before closing time they were also gone.

It's a pity that there is only one dinner item for children on the restaurant's menu, apart from soups, we stayed for 5 days, so the child ate fries and a cutlet for dinner every day. It would be nice if ordinary vegetables such as cucumber and cold meat were also served with dinner, so that you could make a sandwich for your child. The proposed dishes for dinner, except for the 1st item (pizza every day and once a cod with chips for 5 days) are not suitable for children. The offer mentioned animations, they were only once for the entire stay. You can see that there used to be toys and blocks in the restaurant, now there is not much left of it, and it would be useful to keep the child busy when he finishes eating, and the parent does not yet.

The biggest disadvantage is the flying horse flies, but I don't think you have any influence on that, unless some means were used at the pool, if possible.

On the positive side, the staff of the entire hotel was very positive, helpful, tried to meet additional requests, and even took the initiative themselves. The décor is beautiful, a nice playground, it seems to me that it would be possible to arrange some meetings of children with animals, it would probably be remembered very positively. It's nice that you offer bathrobes and small slippers for children. I also appreciate natural cosmetics for children. Please do not perceive this assessment as negative, but if you care about a positive reception, there are some elements to improve.
