Good service and a nice Hotel :)

We likes the places,also close to centrum of Gdansk.

Really loved my stay at Hotel Almond. The hotel is in a brilliant location, approx 10 mins from the old town and only 10-15 mins from the train station. You can enjoy all that the old town has to offer with none of the noise when you decide to head home. I travelled to Sopot and Gydania from the local train station, both very accessible. Sopot was approx 37 mins and Gydania was a little further at approx. 50 mins. The hotel was clean and and very well presented, friendly helpful staff who speak great English. The restaurant and bar were good too. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at your hotel the 2nd time and it was great, unfortunately the ac was not working room number 208!

Im coming on 12th August again with my wife as our honeymoon, looking forward for a nice room and the perfect breakfast!

Just a great hotel, and staff.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the checkout process left a sour taste.

I informed reception about checkout 12 hours before and requested an earlier checkout. However, upon checkout, they accused us of consuming minibar items without verification. Despite insisting we hadn't used anything, the staff refused to validate the stock until after I strongly objected. This delay caused us to miss our Uber and miss our flight. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the inconvenience caused.

The hotel is nice, clean close to oldtown on the river. The breakfast and pool is perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

The hetel is well designed, clean, and welcoming.

The food (breakfast) is awesome.

Regarding the SPA - it has a small pool, and I was really surprised to have there some pensioners lesson at 8am - leaving no room and peace of mind for private guests of the hotel.

It is expected to be a SPA in a business hotel guys, not a country club!

Another tiny though very problematic issue is the curtains in the room - I had a single room on the 4th floor, and had no curtains at all.

It means waking up at 4:25am, ruining my whole day.

Breakfast price is very high compared to other places. Door closing sounds from the corridor boom in the room and it's quite annoying. But otherwise very clean and nice hotel. Would come again.

The food in the restaurant was delicious.👍️

Great hotel in a good location. Spa is lovely. Breakfast is expensive but nice.

My family and I stayed at the hotel in May 2024. Good and bad points listed below:

GOOD

- great location

- clean rooms

- polite and helpful staff

- plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast

BAD

- felt more like 3 and not 4 stars

- small rooms

- prices at the bar and restaurant very expensive, especially for Poland

- there was no free water available at the Spa/pool area! The whole area was rather small, too.

- one of the showers at the Pool area was clogged up and drainage in need of clearing (lack of oversight?)

- I do not think we would stay at the hotel again

It took five minutes to walk into the beautiful centre of Gdańsk.

Great stay, its my second stay at Almond. Super sweet staff member that lent me a charger because I had forgotten my charger. Saved me some money and time, super grateful! As always staff at Almond are super nice and helpful with everything.

Room was clean staff friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant were top shelf too. Would definitely stay there again.

Eventhough the AC was not working for the full stay. We still had to pay full tarrif and sleep at 28 degrees

Staff was very helpful and the location was good, as we could walk from the train station and to the square. We were disappointed in the room, as it felt claustrophobic with no windows that we could look out. It was not what we expected, however it was wonderful that we could check in early. When I asked about a move, there really was not anything available at the same fee and I was directed to come back the next day. We were away for the day, so we never got back in time to pursue it further. It was disappointing.

A wonderful hotel with great facilities and food. Staff really friendly and the hotel is well placed to visit Gdansk (10 minutes walk to the city centre). Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. 20 minutes from the Airport. Definitely recommended

Miły i sympatyczny pobyt. Ekstra basen i masaże.

Niestety łóżka nie były najwygodniejsze. Brak parkingu na terenie hotelu w cenie pobytu.

Reception girls was great and very friendly. Food in restourant also was good. Room was nothing special for high price,but clean. Room dont have heater for wet clothes after spa. Talking about parking I was very disapointed. I should pay 100zlots for parking, in the morning found scratched car, when I asked girls from reception video from parking they cant help me becouse in the parking there is only two cameras and cameras cant see all angles, so I left hotel with scratched car and no information who did it.
