No room service or cleaning was done throughout my stay with my children from 30/03 to 02/04. We had only one bath mat in the toilet to use after bathing for the entire stay and it was very wet and dirty. It was never changed, very discouraging.

The possibility of using a sauna privately in your own apartment is interesting. Great location. Many attractions around, worth taking a walk. Buffet breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves, however, the canteen was completely overcrowded, tables set very close to each other which was quite uncomfortable, at times it was even impossible to squeeze through with food to the table. A big downside was the very low temperature in the apartment. The radiators worked very poorly, we woke up with a cold.. besides that, the apartment is modern, nicely decorated. It's a pity that there is no pool on site, nor a direct passage to breakfast between the buildings.

Great disappointment, staff cannot speak English, bar service is absent 99% of the time and they sit in another room chatting. The sauna and pool are in separate buildings and not part of the complex. The sauna in the room does not seal properly, so it is pointless. Overpriced parking not included in the accommodation price. Our room keys didn't work. I ordered wine to the room, which was there, but no one thought to provide a corkscrew. Choose different accommodation.
