The hotel as apartments is excellent.

Unfortunately, the common area between season 5 (building 3 and 2) is very small. It is not adapted to the number of guests in the season. The canteen and part of the café or bar are not adapted to the number of guests during the holiday season. This causes that there are no places for breakfast and parking.

The offer we used, i.e. HB (half board), was monotonous when it comes to meals. Breakfast and dinner poor and little choice. Meals lit in a rather strange way very low on the floor, general chaos in the restaurant room and lack of space. The meals were fresh, but the way they were set on fire and served can be considered a total makeshift.

I would not recommend this offer to parents with children. (Apart hotel, as well as apartments, have already met our expectations). The gastronomic offer should be changed, very much introduced in a different place.

A sauna in the room is a dream that the hotel fulfills. A paradise for an introvert. A great starting point, FS is in the heart of Szklarska, so close to shops and pubs. Both the rooms and the common areas are tidy. Drinks in the bar are tasty and well made :)

The guests from FS1 had a long way to go for dinner, because in this building dinners were not served. I was amused by the so-called swimming pool, which is a small tank with heated water outside.

The rooms are clean and fragrant. Corridors are clean. The room, unfortunately, is practically not soundproofed. Everything could be heard from the neighboring rooms and from the manor....

A sauna in the bathroom deserves a medal... But again, BUT.... Both the shower and the sauna were leaking... Every evening the bathroom was floating and we had to sacrifice 2 towels to wipe the floor on the first evening (we noticed this problem already during our stay in the comments about the hotel)

There is no dish soap and washing sponge in the room, a small dish dryer, a wine/beer opener.

Minus 2 teas and 1 coffee and 1 cream per person. We had to take tea to our room every morning during breakfast. We bought coffee ourselves in Biedronka.

Unfortunately, what struck me and my husband during breakfast was the lady from the kitchen from Ukraine with black hair. The situation repeated both at 7:30 when I was at breakfast and after 8 a.m. when my husband was there (we walked separately because the dog was with us and we didn't leave her alone in the room) - this lady behaved very rudely to the waiter(?) who served the room and asked her for help. On top of that, she "f***ed up" and "I f**k" in the room, after which he began to nervously silence her... Well... As a guest, I don't necessarily want to listen to such things and watch such situations...

Bed very comfortable with clean sheets. Plus for a safe and more than 2 hangers.

Unfortunately, the balcony of the apartment where I lived (08) overlooks the parking lot, so drinking even a morning coffee was almost a miracle (noise and the stench of exhaust fumes). Besides, the hotel pool resembles a bathtub and bathing in it reminds me of a can of sardines. Therefore, comparing the price to the service, I give the hotel 4/5 points.
