Hello. Everything was excellent- care, staff, food, cleanliness of common spaces, bathroom, however, the carpet in our room- 203- really is much much overdue to be removed. This was a big turn off. It looked dirty and smelled so. Also, it was not possible to get darkness in our room because the blinds didn't cover the windows entirely which is needed because of the outdoor lighting. I do not put reviews online so do not concern yourself with that. But since you asked, these were my concerns when we stayed with you. Andrea Liss

We have just returned from a four day break in Krakow, staying at this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Krakow for a trip. The hotel was just great - really clean, very quiet at night, and had an excellent selection of breakfast options. On the mornings that we left particularly early, a take-away breakfast bag was prepared which again was just great. One of the greatest assets of the hotel was also the staff who were so lovely and helpful. The amazing receptionist Anna became our main point, for a whole range of information which she went out of her way to provide. She was a fantastic support and enabled us to move around independently within the city and generally have a really enjoyable, and informative trip. highly recommended!

Pleasant hotel located in a quiet area by the park, but also by the Krakow ring road (which causes slight discomfort). A wide selection of dishes for breakfast, coffee tea - also in the hotel room. Access to the city center (Old Town) in less than 20 minutes by tram No. 18.

Quick check-in, friendly service. Very nice place, room very clean and breakfast plentiful. Perfect location. You can leave your car on site and use only public transport. Great connections to the city center and the old town.

Very professional, helpful and friendly service throughout the facility. The dishes are tasty, but the kitchen menu could be expanded, especially when it comes to lunches and dinners. The hotel has a very nice decor, the rooms are clean and spacious. I have nothing to complain about.

The room was nice and clean, the restaurant was good, the service was very nice.

During a business trip, the most important thing is to rest and have a good night - unfortunately, the pillows and duvets in my room 111 were terrible. The duvets are small - narrow and relatively short, and if you sleep on your side, the duvet is too narrow to cover your back. My 5-year-old child permanently has a larger duvet than the one in the room.

The pillows are thick, fluffy - decorative, not for sleeping. It is impossible to sleep with your head on the pillow 20-30 cm higher than the surface of the mattress.

Maybe it depends on the room, because it wasn't the first time I stayed at your place and I don't remember such a problem on the first floor.

This is NOT a five star hotel.

My room lacked many of the refined touches that one expects to find in a five star.

A desk in the room would be a good start. Admittedly, there was a writing table. But it was just for show - totally impractical as a work space. Power points near the bed are standard in nearly all hotels these days, but not here. Even a bed lamp that was actually within reach of the bed would have been a nice touch. The TV was small with a very fuzzy picture.

They don't even have a clothes dryer on the premises. I needed one because I hand-washed a couple of shirts which I hung to dry on their coat hangers. The cheap nasty wood stain used on those hangers left nasty red marks on my white clothes. I spent a further hour trying to remove those stains. That left me with wringing wet clothes in my bag when I checked out a few hours later.

So remember, do not hang your light coloured clothes on their hangers.

The double bed was huge disappointment. News flash to countless hotels all over Europe: Two singles pushed together are NOT a double!

Breakfast was adequate for a three star. However, nowhere near five standard. A limited choice. No fresh juice. The coffee was crap.

The location is a bit far from the centre. But this may appeal to some people.

Overall, it's a charming hotel, spotlessly clean, with a quaint atmosphere and friendly staff. It looks good inside and out. But it fails to deliver where it counts.

If they advertised less pretentiously, say as a B&B, I'd rate it four, possibly more. I would even consider staying there again. However, they shoot themselves in the foot with their dubious five star claim.

It's funny, but the breakfast was empty on the table... there was no air conditioning in the rooms, the fridge was either broken or worn out because it was freezing as it should, the service was supposedly polite, but when I asked why the fridge in the room worked like that, there was no response, it was set that way, so I also set the stars... .besides, the couple who stayed with us at the hotel talked about bedbugs in their house, so they officially moved out, but the bad taste remained because the hotel must be disinfected... no parking space, the only plus is the location away from the crowds and hustle and bustle of Krakow

The only downside during our stay was; At the first breakfast, almost everything was missing, the plates were empty, but the second day was better. The service in the room was very nice.

Very nicely and lovingly furnished hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. High-quality and fresh breakfast in the winter garden. Friendly service.

The rooms have several foreign sockets and network sockets, and the room has a Samsung Smart TV. Unfortunately, the TV is not connected to the internet, so you cannot receive Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, and you are limited to Free TV. The network socket is right behind the TV, and all that is missing is a network cable for 10 Złotych. The Wi-Fi only works next to the room door. It does not reach the Kościuszko room.

The DECT phone does not want to connect to another room or the reception.

A big plus are the kettle and refrigerator in the room.

The bathroom is large and bright and leaves little to be desired.

If you can do without the technology, it is a great hotel.

Great hotel, a bit away from the noisy center, good access from the airport and very close to the tram terminus from where you can go directly to the market square. A plus for a large parking lot. The rooms are very clean and well-kept, decorated in an interesting, historical style, with authentic accessories and antique furniture. They have their own atmosphere. A restaurant worth recommending, large portions and tasty food, as well as a large selection of local beers.

We were lucky, there was a place to park the car all night, but you can also be unlucky. Then the car will have to be left on the street. I liked everything else.
