They claim to provide 3 day shipping, but each of my last 2 orders, waited a few days to actually dispatch it and hand it to USPS. They took a day to process it which is absurd with computerized businesses, a day to print the label, and a third day to finally hand it over to USPS.

The day of your order, particularly before mail has gone out or picked up as in the early morning, equates to 1 shipping day according to USPS and how they clock delivery times. I waited 8 days for my last order, and the current one is now already at 5 days in. WTH good is 3 day shipping when they double the length every time you order?

Furthermore, they just wished me a great week and didn't offer any discount on my next order only to do it again. Yes, their prices are a deal but their pride in service is an obnoxious joke; it doesn't exist. I have them 2 stars because of the price and quality of their product, but a complete lack of apology or a next order discount and now for the 2nd time, that 3 day shipping is going to have taken a 7 day week.
