What a fantastic experience with Queen of To Do. I emailed them this morning for help acquiring and delivering a gift to an out-of-town client. Heather emailed me back immediately and we were off to the races. I had a couple of bumps ensuring the gift would be ready, but they handled it perfectly. The picked up the gift, handwrote (ghostwrote!) a card, and delivered to my client within five hours of me contacting them. Bonus: when the cards at the pick up location didn't match the vibe / aesthetic I requested, they went to a stationery shop along the way and picked a gorgeous card (and sent me a picture to confirm). Such thoughtful, proactive service and attention to detail. Thank you!

Hiring Queen of To Do is the best thing we’ve ever done. Kate and Stacy have greatly improved our Quality of Life and happiness, and for the first time, in a long time, we are able to live the life we want to live.
A few years ago my partner and I suddenly found ourselves becoming caregivers for my handicap mom. The transition was sudden and caused many large projects, e.g. moving my mom from New York to Texas where we live. At the time, everything was urgent and included many days where we were totally zapped. For this reason, we had to put many of our own things on a back burner. Stacking up over years, we found ourselves with a huge backlog and an unstainable way of life, and then we found QotD. Kate was completely understanding of our situation and the added challenges of being a caregiver. We signed up for QotD cautiously optimistic, and found they’ve exceeded our expectations.
This week, my mom had an unexpected trip to the hospital, which meant we needed to coordinate with the medical team there, make unexpected trips to her place and the hospital, and pick up her dogs to care for them at our place. Normally this would set our entire week off track, where we’d be ordering DoorDash for almost every meal, while dishes pile up and we get set back both physically and emotionally. With Stacy’s help, we instead managed to cook a home cook meal every night this week, make it to all of our personal and professional commitments, AND make progress on our long term projects such as organizing our storage unit.
Kate and Stacy are both absolutely amazing people and outstanding at what they do. Before Queen of to Do, we were headed in the wrong direction and we didn’t see anyway to add balance to our lives, but now we’re on the ascent again and couldn’t recommend QotD more highly.

I have been using Queen of To Do for over a year now and I love it! Betsie is my Queen and she is so helpful! We have cleaned out and organized closets, rooms, and the garage. I love the fact that when we are done, she takes any donations with her so there’s nothing left but the newly arranged space. Betsie has helped me keep up with my seasonal decorating and kept me on task while readying for big family events. One of the most useful services she provides is being a sounding board for making decisions - decision fatigue is real, y’all!

Kates work with us really helped us move into reality about what wanted to keep, use and what was better served sharing it with others who needed it Now. Amazing we had tried it unsuccessfully for about 10 years.
This also an end of life gift to our kids so they don’t have to add this task when grieving time comes.
For Bob it is getting better organized, finding things to better use his time the next 20 years. A real motivator.

Some helpers were better than others but all were very helpful. They are trained well and have the resources to do things I never thought of. The price is high but really helped me so much.

Queen of To Do has been amazing at taking on weekly tasks that zap time and energy that could be focused on other things. Grocery order pick up, cleaning out/organizing closets, putting away laundry, Goodwill runs, clothing returns - they do it all. Betsie has been a total gift and takes away hours of work that we'd have to do on the weekends or evenings. We're very pleased with our experience so far and would definitely recommend them to others.

My personal assistant is amazing and helps me on nearly a daily basis doing everything from errands, meal prep, laundry, picking up birthday gifts, managing service people around the house, and so much more! Queen of to do is fantastic! And Lifesavers. Completely packed me up for an unexpected move in one day more efficiently and professionally than the best moving company. The staff is Energetic, efficient, and courteous. I have successfully used Queen of to do for everything from car maintenance to assembling annoying IKEA furniture for me. For the first time in my life I wish I could give someone or something six stars.

My house flooded from the winter storms when a pipe burst. I was also in the midst of a separation and felt overwhelmed by all that had to be done since we either had to replace or pack every item in the house. Supply chain issues dragged out the remodel for close to a year. I saw the facebook ad and thought I'd give it a try. Megan arrived, all cheerful and confident and went to work. it was like magic elves had come to my house. She moved steadily through each room, helped me purge the triggering items from my former relationship, was kind and understanding when I got overwhelmed, and little by little it became a home again. I am forever grateful for this business and the nonjudgmental and professional way in which they conduct their business. It is a testament to their owner and the staff they hire. They truly do it all--even dropoffs to charity from items I don't want anymore. I loooooove them!
