Kyle provides friendly amazing service. He was on time and started working the second he arrived. We had some large furniture that needed to be taken he and Andres did it with little trouble and no damage to the house. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone.

Great service, called him early in the morning and shared items that needed to be moved. He stated that on Sundays, he tries to give his helper a break but if he could break apart my sofa, he’d come out and do the move on his own. He was able to come a little more than an hour later, broke down the sofa, and removed all other items pretty quickly by himself. He took care not to scratch up walls and even took his shoes off so he wasn’t tracking dirt in my house. Exceptional and swift service.

I booked with Mr. Brooks early on a Friday morning through the google chat feature. Response was instant, was given a quote and a estimated window of his arrival time that same day. There were no frills or upselling which I appreciate. True to his word, Mr. Brooks arrived on time with his game face on. It took him maybe 10 minutes to haul a queen mattress and a futon sofa out of my home. Well deserving of 5 stars. We need more customer service oriented business owners in our community. We were very happy with K. Brooks Junk Removal. Kyle answered my call right away and worked with me to get pictures of my cluttered garage so he could get me an estimate in a matter of minutes. He was able to come same day and with a huge truck! He was polite, professional, hard working and FAST! He got our entire 2 car garage cleared out in no time! I told him that we will likely get rid of more stuff in the future and I look forward to using his services again!

Able to take my last minute request, showed up early, cleared out my house in 30 minutes, offered to take more things outside of what I was requested, we’re personable and just all around awesome. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I called him on a Sunday and he was able to come the same day to remove what I would consider a large amount of junk from my garage that a tenant left. He did it all by himself, he never complained and even swept up the area. He did beyond an amazing job. I totally recommend him for all of your big and small haul jobs. I will definitely be using him again to remove some large pieces of furniture that I no longer want instead of waiting on family and friends to help as we all know that can take forever :-).
