I am new to ID cards etc. Instructions were unclear and incomprehensive for supplying your own artwork, and, as far as I can tell, rely on expensive software for which I relied on a free trial. I got in contact by email and originally was not replied to, I had to do so again, and when I phoned I got the answering machine during business hours. The person replying to my email was excellent, and sorted everything out by the ordering deadline for the day. 5 business days later and it hasn't arrived. Not particularly impressed overall.

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order strangely enough but when I called they were able to locate my order easily and assured me I would receive it within two days which I did. Very easy and quick. Later also requested a receipt and they emailed it very quickly. Very satisfied with the service.
