In addition, there is a lobby bar, a restaurant, something like a canteen with a buffet. It bends under the breakfast offer. Only deliciousness. Recommendable.

It is worth praising employees for their great work. We are delighted with the stay, everyone found something they like in this hotel. You can feel the mountain climate. The hotel is located on a beautiful slope.

The hotel is really great. In the rooms you can feel comfortable and overall it seems quiet. The facility is large, so you should expect that there will be a lot of people. That is the order of things. There is a problem with elevators, because people without imagination who want to go upstairs press the buttons up and down, which makes the elevator journey twice as long. It makes no sense, but you can't blame the hotel for the lack of use of the head in others;) Fortunately, there are stairs. The hotel is off the beaten track, very close to the "center", as well as to the ski lift. Very nice service. The concierge is a great man, he told us a lot where to go and what to see. Reception nice people. The cleaning ladies are really nice, smiling women.

I sincerely recommend it. It is worth coming here on vacation and seeing for yourself. I believe that for such a price it is worth :)

The pool area is crowded and the water in the swimming pool could be warmer. A big plus that after 8:30 p.m. it is only available for adults. Very nice sauna and textile-free area. Only a few minutes to write to the center. Good value for money. I'll be coming back...

Excellent bread and delicious coffee at breakfast. For me, this is the most important thing. One of the best hotels in Świeradów in terms of location and all amenities. The employees have always offered advice and help, and their smiles and kindness have made us come back for sure. Everyone will find something for themselves in this location both in winter and summer. For me, the rooms are super clean and spacious.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at the Elements Hotel in Świeradów-Zdrój and I am very happy with my stay.

First of all, I must praise the extremely nice and helpful service. Every employee I dealt with was courteous, professional, and ready to help at any time. Thanks to this, I felt really welcome and comfortable during the whole stay.

The atmosphere in the hotel is unique – calm and relaxing. An ideal place to rest and escape from the daily hustle and bustle.

When it comes to cleanliness, the hotel really rises to the occasion. All rooms, including my room, were spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The food in the hotel restaurant was also top-notch. The variety of dishes and their taste were really impressive, and the breakfasts were fresh and rich, which made me start each day with a smile.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort and quality service. For me, it was not the first stay in this hotel and certainly not the last.

Nicely decorated interiors, practical and comfortable. The gondola to Stóg Izerski is sensational, you have to try, it is close to the hotel. We used the services of a concierge, he advised where to go. I appreciate such friendly service, they really bring a lot of good. Delicious food, a lot of different dishes to choose from as part of the buffet and a great restaurant. On the other hand, compared to last year, the food was a bit weaker and when the compote that was the most popular ran out, it was not replenished for the next few days. Last year's animations were also more interesting and encouraged children of all ages to play. This year, despite the fact that the ladies were very nice, they lacked the energy of the previous team (2 men and 1 lady was) and somehow attracted only very small children. I also think that the fact that the Animations were in the tent a year ago made them better, this year the animations in the playeoom, which is intended for babies, was important for the reception. Lego and Minecraft workshops are a big plus. It's nice that a second Game room was created, the only thing missing is something like a monkey grove. Screenings, cinema, etc. - a big plus. A beautiful concert by Mrs. Agnieszka. It's a pity that you also changed the rules of getting a free drink for not cleaning the room. The rule of drinks until 7 p.m. is weak. I think it doesn't matter for the hotel if it was at least until 9.00 p.m. And so it does not encourage you to give up cleaning. The prices of drinks in the bar are very high in my opinion. Attractions by the pool in my opinion start too early; A year ago it was around 12.00 and it was great. Overall the rating is very good, but a few new changes are negative. Elements is a resort with all amenities. I recommend this hotel on the map of Świeradów. Both breakfasts and dinners at the Elements hotel were great. A perfect place for trips to the Jizera Mountains. The room is sensational, just like everything else. The level of service in the hotel is very high.

Great hotel, at the beginning a mistake with the room, but Mr. Manager arranged everything professionally. When booking, make sure about the room you choose. In our case, the room was of the class that was chosen during the reservation, only the view from the window did not match. Our balcony was above the children's playground overlooking the parking lot and the apartments above it with the added attraction of an outdoor pool and animation in this place, and it was supposed to be with a view of the mountains away from the children's attractions. Unfortunately, nothing could be done about it. Screeching.

The hotel is beautiful. Room clean. There are not enough hangers in the bathroom, for a family of 4 there was one double hanger available, and 4 towels + 4 bathrobes 😀 to hang, a bit weak if someone does not like mess in the room.

At breakfast it was crowded and I had the impression that it was the same every day, but dinners were ok, tasty and less people 😀

I am currently staying in this hotel. In general, a huge conglomerate with a lot of rooms. Crowded outdoor pool , even more indoor, you can barely swim at all . The worst of all attractions is the game room, there are paid slots - the only thing missing is the name casino. To play anything, you need to buy tokens for 5 zlotys each. 1 token is used for 1 game play. A real gamble for children. I have not seen such an embarrassment for a long time.

On the plus side, good food and peace in the apartments that are next to the hotel. I regret that I did not choose Radisson. The hotel is highly overrated...

The Elements Hotel is located in a charming place from which it was close to everything. From the hotel room there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. The room is generally clean with a comfortable double bed, unfortunately the sofa bed is a failure - very uncomfortable to sit on and to sleep on. The lack of a small fridge is also a disadvantage.

The room was sunny and very stuffy, it was difficult to spend time in it until 3:00 p.m.

The room cleaning service was polite and helpful.

Breakfasts were tasty, but we have already met with a larger selection of dishes, but I think that everyone found something for themselves. A bit crowded during breakfast, no high chairs for children (they could also be cleaner), but the season is in full swing, so we tried to be understanding. The staff was nice, trying to deliver everything on time.

We also rate the lobby bar positively.

Other amenities such as an outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a sauna area met our expectations - children were also satisfied with animations, special shows, an outdoor playground and a game room.

In general, we can recommend staying at this hotel.

They take care of order in the entire facility and have very comfortable rooms. The reception service is impeccable. The room has a coffee and tea set, a hairdryer, a mini bar and other necessary equipment. A wonderful facility in the Jizera Mountains. Dishes in the restaurant - tasty and varied. From the beginning. If you are a first-time hotel guest upon arrival, you may feel lost. Both in terms of moving around the hotel and parking. Unfortunately, despite buying the most expensive parking option, there were days when we had nowhere to leave the car. Buying a parking lot does not guarantee a place in it, which makes it difficult in the high season. There are three elevators in the hotel, but despite this, I advise against moving around them. Long waiting time, inability of people to use these elevators and lack of ventilation. And if it is, it is imperceptible. In the elevators like in a sauna. In the rooms, unfortunately, as well. Admittedly, our mistake was not in our air conditioning room. But it was hard to endure. The same in the corridors. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. A huge selection. Unfortunately, the issue of breakfast is organizational. Huge crowd. There is not always space. And if there is, you have to take into account the fact that every now and then someone squeezes between the tables. People (most) behave as they were. I guess on the principle that "paid, I take everything as it goes, and then half of the food stays on the tables. Terrible coffee. But in the lobby bar it is delicious. The service is also very polite. If someone does not like the company of children, he will get tired. Definitely a hotel for families with children. Indoor pool approx. Although a common problem is its use by people who do not take a shower before entering. The outdoor pool would be great if it wasn't for the fact that people enter it without a prior shower, which is not there. In full makeup, perfumed, drunk, etc. Toilets also outside the pool, which is not very comfortable and unfortunately not enough space for all guests. Animations for toddlers. From observation, I can say that it is boring. Older children are bored. A playground also for the smaller ones. Although I advise you to be careful, because the frame and swings move a lot, which affects the discomfort when it comes to safety. Interesting cyclical programs. Live music in the lobby. Piano concerts in the restaurant. In the hall ha, on the 6th floor, there are various shows, but so what if not everyone can behave. Of course, I understand that holidays are a carefree time, but it probably does not exempt anyone from following the rules of good behavior and watching their children. Mr. Sier is extremely irritating. The location of the facility is great. And one more note. Please keep your distance from the reviews you read about the hotel, because when playing with animators, e.g. when playing wheel of fortune, the condition for participation is to write a pichlrnny opinion about the hotel.

In Elements, everything is correct. Location, service, amenities, attractions, cuisine. I recommend it with all my heart! Świeradów itself is a much quieter place than, for example, Szklarska, so you can relax. Despite the large number of guests, there are meals, swimming pools, saunas for peaceful use.

Luxury hotel, located in a beautiful location. We got an apartment in another building from the window, a view of the trees, birds singing, silence, peace. The apartment is huge, clean with a kitchenette equipped with all appliances. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious, varied, children's menu. Reception service at the highest level. Outdoor pool with really warm water :) Indoor pools beautiful interior divided into two zones: white and dark. A feast for the eye. Dedicated hours in the evening at the pool for adults only. Great idea! The hotel has even thought of bathrobes for children. Revelation. Weekend in high season, but as you promised when booking, we relaxed with the whole family :)

There are several parking lots at the hotel, so everyone can safely leave their car. If someone is looking for a small town, but with many attractions, I recommend Świeradów. I am very satisfied with the service at this hotel and will definitely come back here.

If someone is looking for silence, they are unlikely to find it there, a nice indoor and outdoor pool, the advantage was the use of the pool after 8:30 p.m. only for adults. You can then take a breath. The food is tasty. Good location close to the center and attractions. I missed classes, e.g. yoga for adults. During the week, not just on weekends. A paradise for cyclists.

A nice, stylish hotel, but mainly oriented towards families with children. I hoped to sunbathe in the summer by the outdoor pool, but there was no such possibility - the constant screaming and the crowd effectively discouraged me from doing so. There is no summer zone only for adults or simply further from the swimming pool, but it is unlikely to ever be built - every piece of the plot has been used to build apartments. All attractions/animations in the hotel are also for children. I hoped that although the summer outdoor cinema at 9 p.m. would be a film for adults, in the meantime we found a bunch of children watching cartoons again. For families with children great, for adults without children looking for relaxation on average. The indoor pool is also crowded with families with children, plus saunas with a non-textile zone for adults only. The refrigerator did not work in the apartment, despite the notification, no one came to fix it. Fortunately, I could keep the dog food in my friends' other apartment, otherwise it would have spoiled.

This hotel has it all, from great location, we went walking to majority of close by attractions. Food was just amazing, so many different types of food options, for everyone (even me, not biggest meat lover :))

I highly recommend it for family with kids, so many activities, especially outside pool. Yes, it was a little crowded so fully understand couples without kids. We came alone without our daughter but again we compensated with outdoor activities, sightseeing during peak hours :)

I do not recommend it, if you are a person looking for respite and relaxation, this hotel is not for you. It's a miracle if you "squeeze" yourself for breakfast, I tried twice and failed. You can't count on an elevator, so you will find out where the staircase is. Theoretically, there is a swimming pool and a spa area, in reality it is more like a crowded stuffy tram. Room overlooking the playground, failure. And be careful when making a reservation because air conditioning is not standard. It looks more like a combine from the times of the Polish People's Republic than a 5-star hotel.

A modern hotel located not far from the center of Świeradów. We went on a weekend trip, Unfortunately I do not recommend it in the season.

The hotel itself is nicely and tastefully decorated, the staff is nice and helpful. On the plus side, there is also the availability of various amenities: swimming pool, sauna, gym, play room, etc.

The rooms are clean, as described and well soundproofed.

Good food, on the other hand, does not have much variety.

Why don't I recommend a hotel in high season? First of all, in my opinion, the hotel is not adapted to serve such a number of guests, too few staff. At breakfast or dinner, you had to fight not only for tables, but often also for art and plates. The crowds at the swimming pools, the lack of sunbeds severely limited the possibility of using the full amenities of the complex. It was good that the evenings at the indoor pool (from 8:30 p.m.) were only for adults, so you could take advantage of something.

The service was busy at an express pace. I recommend with all my heart, a nice hotel in a charming health resort. Thank you for the kindness of the staff.

Ubytování v elements apartmens čisté a prostorné. Jidlo jsme si vařili sami, tak mi tam chyběla obracečka a síto. Nad námi byla ubytována rodina s dětmi, které ráno křičeli a dupaly a to nebylo ani 7hod ráno,tak jsme se ani pořádně nevyspalí, protože to šlo strašně k mám slyšet. Jinak venkovni bazén příjemné teplý a vnitřní bazén i brouzdaliště,Whirlpool a sauna perfektní na odpočinek. Parkovani by mohli mít též v ceně ubytování.

Hotel rozhodně nesplňuje stanovy 5 hvězdičkového hotel.

On the room chybí minibar, náhradní přikrývka, blackout zavěsi. Klimatizace na pokojích byli jsme hned v několika stabilní teplota 25 stupňů Klimatizace to na 22 vyklizuje za 2 dny. U 5 hvězdičkového hotel se čeka room service 24/7. Hotel je veliký a na tolik hostů tu neni kapacita ani welnes ani parkovacích (placených) míst. Na to že je hotel neni ani rok starý tak župany se parají, spodek postele roztrháný a rozthané kusy čouhají z podpostele, hotel je v zásadě rodiny proto do půlnoci posloucháte jen dupani po chodbách, jeden z našich pokojů jsem připlatili jako lepší než ostatní a zjistili jsme že tyto pokoje nemají klimatizace, žádná z koupelen neobsahuje větrák, A lednička na pokojích místo toho aby chladila tak spíš víc topí motor.

Co můžu brat jako dobré je obsluha je vidět že se snaží komunikace vycejazyčná, snídaně večeře byli bohate jen tím že je tu tolik lidí nestíhá se někdy doplňovat ale to se dá přehlédnout. Jinak hotel v zásadě nedoporučuji a už ho znovu nenavštívím. A nezmiňuje ani to že nesplňují některá BOZP. Není označení schodů, evakuační plánky....

Složité hledání vnitřního bazenu, jídelny, hernicky pro děti (ve výtahu nepopsano ze je v 6 patře) ... Muže být lépe značeno pro lepší orientaci po hotel. Dlouhé čekání na výtahy. Jidlo a ubytování dobre. Obsluha na recepci a v jídelně je ok, ochotna.

The pool is nice for both the elderly and children. The food is phenomenal, very diverse and delicious. Everything is fine, I'm happy. Clean, pleasant, flawless. I give 5 stars for the convenient location.

Super animacni programs pro deti, kdy animatori jsou moc mil. Krasné sauna a bážený uvnitr, venku było dosti plno díky počasí a jen chybi venkovní a vnitrní brouzdaliste pro nejmensi. Snidane bohata, jen malo vyberu ovoce a granoly, ale na prani delaji omelety. Večeré sweakí, taky nam donesli polevku a hlavni chody dohromady. The bar s drinks a terasou was a lot of cool. Ubytování je od 16 hod
