Generally, off-season there is nothing to complain about, what is in the description is on site. The apartment is new, so it smells fresh and probably no one had the chance to destroy it yet. The playground for such a large hotel and apartments - tiny, definitely overcrowded in the season. Parking cannot be reserved and is charged separately.

The hotel is close to the center on one hand, and a bit off the beaten path on the other. Perfect for me. Cleanliness and order are top-notch. The service is first class. Elements is noteworthy because it's a modern facility that has adapted to trends. I assume they have a great chef because the dishes were always delicious.

Clean, nice, and fragrant. Very good impression. The dishes prepared by the chef were delicious. Breakfast with a huge selection, the possibility of making waffles, live cooking. However, the dinners for a 5-star hotel had some shortcomings. For example, there were no cut fruits, and the cakes were also not entirely tasty (but this may be a matter of taste - and tastes are not to be discussed ;)). One day there was lard but no pickles. It seems to me that these are minor details, but it lacks the proverbial "icing on the cake". There is no one to blame, great service. The rooms are quiet and peaceful, no noises disturb the rest. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the spa house and the promenade in the center, 5 minutes to the gondola.

The location is in a quiet part of the city, close to the gondola and hiking trails as well as bike rentals. There are various fry shops and small restaurants around, plenty to choose from. The staff is helpful, nice, and willing to assist. The apartment in building no. 1, on the sixth floor, has a mountain view from the balcony, I didn't notice any problems with the elevator. It's a short walk to the main building through the parking lot or hotel corridors - even closer. The apartment is very large, comfortable (even a mini kitchenette with a fridge and induction), warm in the bathroom (bathrobes and towels, soap, gel), good quality mattress and natural, soft bedding. TV with Canal+Sport, very good wifi. The breakfasts are very tasty, hot dishes include sour rye soup and oatmeal, I recommend the fried omelet on request (choice of toppings), several coffee machines (no queues), a large selection of fruits and fresh vegetables. Both my husband and I are very satisfied. We will recommend it to friends and gladly return in the future :)

Nice hotel and nice customer service. The only negative aspect was the cakes and desserts. They don't provide desserts worthy of a 5-star hotel. They buy the cheapest cakes they can find from some bakery and then slice them into small pieces. Not fresh at all and not tasty at all.

We were at the hotel for 2 nights (over the weekend). Everything was great, we are satisfied. The room was clean and the walls were soundproof. The breakfasts were varied, tasty. You could order omelets :) Moreover, you passed the vegetable salad test, as it was without vinegar, prepared in the hotel (and not some ready-made from the store). I can't help mentioning that it was nice to meet the Polish boxer and world champion Tomasz Adamek in the hotel! He is a wonderful and unique person, and since he chose your hotel for his fight preparation, it means that the hotel maintains a high standard. Regards.

The dishes at the breakfast buffet and at dinner were tasty and varied. You can move around the area on foot and by car, as access is easy everywhere. The rooms are well soundproofed, clean, and beautiful. We liked everything. Excellent approach of the staff! The pool area is very comfortable, plenty of sun loungers, plenty of space in the changing room, and quite large pools.

I am glad that the menu included not only sophisticated dishes but also traditional ones. Usually, hotel pools are cold, but Elements has a pleasant temperature. The hotel room is large. The TV was also big, it's just a pity that it stands so low instead of hanging on the wall. With children, it's always hit or miss. As for the attractions, the pool is definitely too small for the number of guests. There is a playroom, but I wouldn't call it a playroom. The game room, well, maybe 3 machines were working. Our apartment was excellent and spacious, with the kitchenette being just perfect for someone like me who needs to follow a special diet. The walk to the main building was short, so coming back from the pool was not an issue. The breakfast was superb and varied over the three mornings we enjoyed it. All in all, for the price, it was a real bargain!

Restaurant - skipped, life teaches that a better kitchenette and silence are preferable

visiting Czech brothers, where lunch costs 25-50 zloty (roasted pork knuckle) and a real mug beer - 10 PLN

-Apartment building no. 1, probably the closest to the main Hotel, the rest are already a solid walk away

Water for tea / tap water - smells (pipes/installation?)

-Making money on parking as a hidden fee

-Lack of communication pool/Spa - Apartment building no. 1

Nonsensical stairs to the ground floor/to the elevator

- The service from the machine issues and sends a receipt without address/details by email instead of an invoice

without asking for whom and the shift manager insists like a broken glass that it's the customer's fault and the law does not allow to change it - clearly an employee's mistake at check-in/key collection.

Wellness

Neutral - adult sauna zone, large Finnish sauna, drinking water/lemonade replenished.

Minus - Lounge probably 5 loungers, lack of silly benches to sit for a moment, no separation of women/men and there should be.

Of course, it's a matter of the designer/investor and not the service, but we are rating the facility.

Skiing - I don't see it in this category

Weekend stay, very pleasantly spent time. Spacious room, tasty food. The problems - playing catch with the elevator, crowded at the pool, and a gravel parking lot without sidewalk access.

The Swedish table works very well, we take as much as we can eat. I love Świeradów-Zdrój and recommend this hotel to those who appreciate active recreation.

Luxurious scented cosmetics used for washing in the bathrooms. ❤️ The hotel has a pleasant lobby bar and even had live music, very enjoyable. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional, a wide selection of fresh items. We highly recommend the hotel, it deserves a 5* rating. 👍️

What could be improved

There are several levels of parking upon arrival and unfortunately it is not clearly marked which one you can choose. Additionally, it is paid. The way to the parking lot in the hotel is also poorly marked, some are even through the sauna. Therefore, it is best to leave the car at the temporary 15-minute parking by the reception upon arrival and proceed to check-in, where the reception will gladly explain everything. The garage parking costs 60PLN, outside parking costs 30PLN/day, which seems quite high to me. The entrance/gate to the upper garages is narrow and unnecessarily stressful for larger vehicles. 🔥

Very pleasant staff at the reception, above-standard large rooms with plenty of space, including a sofa, TV, and wardrobes. Communication in PL, EN, but also in Czech to a minimum. Hotel/Room Instructions are even printed in CZ for you. I highly appreciate the simple and immediately intuitive functional room safe at no extra charge, great! Excellent wellness area with several saunas and a fairly large pool with a lifeguard. 2 whirlpools + 1 extra large one and a small pool for children with a slide. Luxury scented cosmetics for personal hygiene are used in the bathrooms. The hotel has a pleasant lobby bar and there was even a program with live music, very enjoyable. Breakfast is absolutely exceptional, a wide selection of everything and all fresh. Great coffee and Latte. We also saw several dogs ranging from pocket size to a mountain Bohouš, so the hotel is likely "Pets-friendly". We highly recommend the hotel, it truly deserves a 5* rating.

Perfect accommodation and food.

Hello three great nights spent. Room great, food definitely a plus and service ok. I have been to three five-star hotels, this one was the best.

The 5-star Deluxe room contains everything needed for a several-day stay. The air conditioning works, there are good L'Occitane cosmetics (soap, shampoo, shower gel), the request for a mountain view instead of a construction site view was taken into account, as well as separate beds. Despite arriving around 3 pm, the room was already ready, and champagne was waiting on the table in an ice bucket.

There was no problem with external parking, however, during peak hotel occupancy, there may be a shortage of spaces. The room was soundproof, neighbors were not heard, a lovely scent was sprayed in the corridor, which improves the mood from the entrance. Skipping one day of cleaning means a free drink at the Lobby Bar - a very cool initiative.

The food was quite good, I only missed salt and pepper on the tables, quite a rich buffet. The only downside is the dinner time - until 7:00 pm - REALLY??? It should be at least until 8:00 pm, it is certainly a gesture towards the customer, because at 7 we barely made it back from the SPA.

The pool area is pleasant, although the pool is smaller than I thought. The children's area is located quite close, so the screams are a bit disturbing for relaxation, definitely too few sunbeds, but there is not much space for additional ones - here the pool itself is just too small.

The SPA treatments are focused on customer comfort, I felt well taken care of and my well-being was taken care of.

The hotel is located in a part of Świeradów close to the gondola lift (still closed during the week in April), to the SKY-Walking tower a very peaceful walk takes about 40 minutes, to the town center about 15 minutes.

I am very satisfied with my stay, the hotel met my expectations. I will definitely use it again in the future.

First class service. Gondola Ski&Sun very close, you can walk there. The breakfast and dinner buffet are impressive. The restaurant is also delicious. The hotel is kept clean at all times, which is important to me. The hotel is very big, and all the staff are very nice. There are many vegetarian options, which I really appreciate.

Another successful trip. The hotel is great, an improvement from the previous stay (even better). The food is great, drinks are top-notch, especially the pornstar cocktail with a real mark - this is what you expect from a 5* hotel. Another plus are the weekend concerts - on Friday a great saxophone performance and on Saturday a concert by the duo Max & Eryk. Add to that pleasant company and you have a recipe for a great time. We spent the holidays at this hotel. Let's start from the beginning. There was a lack of communication between the reservation staff and the reception and direct guest service. One lady at the reception seemed to be employed against her will. Her rudeness and lack of willingness to help and explain the situation are not suitable for a 5-star hotel. The rest of the reception staff were always smiling and friendly, ready to help without any complaints. The food for my family (2 adults and 3 children) was excellent. Everyone found something they liked, although as we all know, everyone has different tastes. In my opinion, the hotel's downside is the elevators because we sometimes had to wait several minutes for transportation to the room, but it's a minor issue overall. The pools were okay. You could swim and sunbathe. There was a problem with the steam sauna area, but this is a common issue anywhere, and after reporting the problem, the pool lifeguards tried to address and resolve the issues. We had a superior room, which was really sufficient. The kids had enough space to play. The view from the balcony to the hotel entrance... But is it important? In the distance, you could see the mountains, so it didn't bother us. Children's animations - ours didn't use them, so we won't comment, although the room where they were held was well-equipped and very spacious, so that's a plus. The location is also okay. It's about a 20-minute walk to the center, so it's not too bad. New facilities are being built next to the hotel, and I don't know how peaceful it is during weekdays, but during our stay, it was really relaxing. I think I've covered the downsides, but the only other thing that comes to mind is unfortunately the breakfast and dinner times. It's a large hotel divided into two shifts. Maybe this could be arranged differently for an even better experience. And the last thing for the managers is the prices in the lobby... 🤦

Nice hotel with decent decor, quite friendly staff, and very good breakfasts. In my opinion, however, these 5 stars are probably overstretched because you can see some shortcomings, for example in the wellness area - both in the pool and jacuzzi, there was a constantly very unpleasant smell, making it difficult to relax. Also strange are the surcharges for sauna sessions at the hotel at such a level, and the hopeless paid parking, the option of 50/day underground, 40/day next to the hotel, and 30/day right next to it, and this option is literally black gravel on the mountainside - you come out of it right onto a steep street without a sidewalk so it's not very safe either.

Breakfast was until 11, even when we came at the end everything was available, warm and fresh. Sensational pool, warm, pleasant water and without crowds.👍️

I am a bit disappointed even though the hotel is generally OK. Great saunas, spacious, well-insulated rooms! However, I was very disappointed at the beginning because I booked two rooms for Easter and I wanted them to be next to each other. I was informed over the phone that it would be possible. Upon arrival, it turned out that we did not have rooms next to each other and nothing could be done about it :-( hence my irritation.

The only thing I find a bit unfortunate is that the pool only opens at 10 am, the second is that you don't get coffee outside the opening hours of the bar or restaurant.
