10 minutes walk from the hotel is the promenade in Świnoujście. A nice option for spending time. The common areas are clean and it's pleasant to spend time here. Professionals who know what they are doing work here. Every day, breakfasts and dinners were prepared with great care. Plenty of space in the common areas, there is a place to sit and relax.

P. Andersen's predecessor should stick to writing fairy tales, not reviews! First of all, there's a Swedish table, which means self-service, dishes are replenished systematically, and when a cultured person is done, the table is quickly prepared for the next guests... Overall, the relaxed, unrestrictive atmosphere makes a pleasant impression and earns it 5 stars. The SPA section and the landscaping are also impeccable... I've been there three times and recommend it.

I recommend, great place, apartments are large and of high standard. Good breakfasts and 2 pool areas. My only complaint is the too early check-out time - 10:00 AM, which necessitates an early wake-up, and after all, we came here to relax, not to a regular hotel. On the plus side, each time (I've been twice) it was possible to check in earlier - even 2-3 hours ahead of time (check-in from 3:00 PM).

Weekend stay with friends. Rooms clean, comfortable at a really attractive price. The pool is clean, not overcrowded despite a large number of guests. Pool complex in the main building and in the residence. Most guests from beyond the western border with whom we had a great time at the dance evening (definitely too short). Close to the promenade and the city center. The hotel itself among trees, quiet, peaceful, and the singing of birds. The downside is that despite telephone arrangements, we were located in the residence, so we had to go to the main building for spa treatments, and the rooms were not next to each other despite assurances during booking. However, these details did not affect the satisfaction with the stay. I highly recommend.

To be honest, I had to limit myself to fit in another delicious dessert, depending on the day, pancakes with cottage cheese, waffles, cottage cheese dumplings, still warm cake, fruit jelly, etc.... it would take a long time to list. Comfortable room with a kitchenette and fridge. The cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful, although we didn't need their services. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna... free, which is a big plus :) The salt cave is amazing, we recommend it.... and a massage on a water bed, something beautiful...

We loved the location and the surroundings. Also the decoration in both buildings.

However, the breakfast was very disappointing. No fresh juice, hardly any fruit, bad coffee, and only a tiny jug of soy milk. Too much meat and fat, which is odd for a hotel that calls itself a Spa&Wellness.

The fact that the waiters come to clear plates every five minutes while you are eating breakfast is horrible.

The room is large and comfortable. The beds not so much. It needs small maintenance works: broken toilet seat and balcony door that doesn't close/open well.

Only one of the pools was operational.

Maintenance work to prepare the hotel for the summer is understandable, but having a crane outside the window at 8 in the morning is not.

Everything is at a 6, it's just a shame that you have to pay 100 PLN per day for a dog, where the dog does not use the hotel kitchen, has its own bed from home, and fulfills its physiological needs outside the hotel area. I swept the room every day (borrowed a broom from the cleaning lady). You pay 40 PLN per day for a car, and unfortunately 100 PLN per day for a dog. I consider this a BIG MINUS.

The food was great. Just someone at the reception forgot about my lactose-free diet. During the holidays, I couldn't eat a gram of pancakes. There was no lactose-free butter or any dairy with the eggs. The mattress in the room was uncomfortable, and the pillows were worn out and minimal. There was no kettle in the room.

Breakfasts very good, rooms/apartments excellent, average rating due to the lack of possibility to eat at 9:30 PM and the bar open only until 10:00 PM? on Friday??

The hotel is in a quiet area. Silence that relaxes. Very nice and polite service. I liked the breakfasts - a very rich buffet with various options. Spacious bathroom with a large shower cabin. Everywhere was very clean.
