We had a barrier-free room. It was great to master access to the hotel as well as all areas even for wheelchair users without any problems.

We were in "Ogrody" for the second time. While last year we were delighted with the place, location, appearance of the rooms and food, this year it was a bit worse... First of all - the rooms, despite the fact that we used the newest ones in the resort part twice, this year did not impress so much and looked a bit worn out (not very clean upholstery on the chairs and above the bed, upholstered corners of the furniture, worn-out induction hob, shower cubicle). It was quite clean, although also not as clean as last year. The cleanliness of the balcony also left a bit to be desired - I wiped the chairs myself, because they were unwashed... The meals were as good and varied as last year, but I didn't like the attention of the waiter, who chased us out of the terrace where we went out after dinner with tea, saying that the terrace is for restaurant guests, not for those using the dinner package... I think that such behavior was inappropriate, because I also consider myself a guest of both the hotel and the restaurant where I have purchased meals... Especially since there were quite a few free tables on the terrace... And finally, the least pleasant issue. I recommended the hotel to my friends who spent their holidays there in June this year. For their stay, they received a voucher for about PLN 300 to be used this year. They asked if it would be possible for friends to use it for a stay in July who had already booked a holiday. The receptionist said that it will be possible to use the voucher to pay for parking. The same information was given to us by the lady from the reception on the day of arrival. Today, on the day of departure, another receptionist told us that we have to pay the full amount for parking, because the voucher is only valid for direct bookings (e-mail and phone, not online...) and..... we got another voucher.... Massacre... I think it's one big scam. We get a coupon because the hotel wants to show how it cares about its guests, and when it comes down to it, there are still unimaginable reasons not to be able to take advantage of the discount. Summarizing... We are unlikely to return to this place again, because such treatment of customers deserves criticism, not praise. Świnoujście is a town with a large accommodation base and I think that for a similar amount you will be able to find an offer in a place that cares not only about its German guests, but also about those from Poland.

Good location, not far from the promenade and the beach. I didn't use the hotel spa. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels are replaced if there is such a need of guests. The staircase is not always clean. The parking gates were not working, probably disturbances caused by the storm.

The double room and the bathroom in the Residence building were clean and tidy, not very big, but sufficient, the beds a bit narrow and soft, but that's a matter of taste.The Residence building was appealing, clean and very quiet. Inside equipped with a small swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, beauty salon, breakfast room and small bar. The reception was staffed until 8 p.m. and the ladies at the reception were very friendly. Breakfast was good, dinner adequate. The staff was very eager to clear the dishes, prepare empty tables and fill up missing food. Parking spaces were available for a fee. The beach and the promenade can be reached in about 15 minutes. All in all, it was a nice holiday week with the most beautiful weather! We would love to come back!

3-star hotel without air conditioning, stuffy in the room, no cleaning between nights. Rooms are clean aesthetic. During the stay at the hotel, a special event took place, it was very loud until late at night. In the canteen there was a constant lack of milk in the coffee machine, powdered milk that was supplemented with something unfit for consumption. The staff was not oriented, sometimes there were difficulties with communication. Breakfasts are not very varied, no cista with coffee, a small selection of fruit and vegetables. The price is inadequate to the quality of the hotel and service.

Overall very good for a 3 star hotel. Lack of hotel info: the predominantly older guests from Germany would prefer to receive a print hotel info, as they can't handle the new electronic things. That's why many hotel offers were not known and not used. The main course of dinner should be more interesting, e.g. Fish dishes. Salads etc very good. The toilet paper should find a better place in the room. Beds and housekeeping very good. Overall very nice and convenient for train travel by UBB. We will be back.
