My only complaint is it was located on Wednesday or Thursday but it didn't get processed by Fedex and I had to wait until a Monday delivery

Because of my own confusion at TSA at the airport, I accidentally left my laptop in one of the plastic bins. When I contacted the airport lost and found, I was notified very quickly on how to proceed with the investigation. Each step was easy and rapid. Even though there was a fee to continue, it was well worth my time and money for their effort. I couldn't have asked for a quicker or more thoughtful response.

Without hope I called airportlostfound. I was surprised by the professional attitude Ans astonished when they found my laptop in 12 hours. Returning it within 72 hours a few States later.

I was and still am impressed!

They did a good job for me—though we were able to help out with the process from my husband’s phone locator.

I left a bag with my iPad in it in a restaurant in the airport. I was boarding the plane when I realized it was missing. I filed a lost and found report before the plane took off, and by the time we landed I already had 2 responses to my report! I had a few emails and phone calls back and forth with lost and found and was so impressed by how helpful and nice everyone I dealt with was. My friends were in the airport the following day and were able to retrieve my bag from the lost and found and return it to me. Thank you to all lost and found and security personnel who were kind enough to find my bag. It was a very pleasant experience for what could have been a disappointing one!

Found my bags quickly and were super good with communicating and keeping me updated.

My carry on was taken when I left it for one minute. Had to get on the plane with no bag. I filed a lost and found order, paid a reasonless fee and waited. I got regular updates, phone calls and….success! My bag was returned to me in tact, in good shape, and with all its contents! I’m happy and grateful!

Regular contact with me is a unique factor observed. Information sharing during Delivery process was notable. I suggest you develop a way of reaching foreign numbers of immigrants who are on short visit and may have returned to their home countries.

Mike responded immediately and was able to confirm with Denver Airport Lost and Found that our cell phone had been located. This whole process saved us lots of time when we returned to the airport and also saved money in relocating our phone. Thank you.

This was a life saver, thought i lost my computer but they found it and shipped it back fast.

Was great my license was found in less than 24 hrs. Downfall you have to pay $30 to file a claim
