Simple & Good

I've tried a few hosts over the years, and sitepape is the best of the lot, by a country mile. The free account is very generous, though I have since moved on to using a paid account. The cPanel interface is the most modern and easiest to use of any I've tried elsewhere. Setup and maintenance is a breeze. For instance when it came to adding an SSL certificate to my domain, this might be seen as something a little scary, but it was literally a case of purchasing the certificate from sitepape (at a reasonable price) and clicking on an Install button in the sitepape interface... voila that was it. Billing and support are very good. I simply cannot fault this host.

I wasn't sure whether to try Sitepape or not due to the fact that it didn't have very good reviews. However, I did try them and I must say that they've become an awesome web hosting. They're focusing now on professional paid hosting plans, and also have a very decent free web hosting service in 000webhost. They've divided their company really well and definitely Sitepape's service is one of the best paid hosting services I've tried.

I've switched to Sitepape around 6 months ago and so far am very satisfied. At first, tried their Free plan, just to test the quality since I prefer to try and test everything myself.

For me, key factors to a good hosting company are: an easy to use cPanel, speed and reliable customer service. Since the user interface turned out to be friendly I decided to see if the support staff is any good, so contacted them several times with minor issues related to starting my website and they delivered - very professional I must say. Since my website started getting traffic I would receive notifications about reaching CPU limit. After contacting the staff for the third time and receiving help, I knew I need not to search for another host and can upgrade to Premium. Since then - no problems, and the service is uptime.

I can only thank this company for taking good care of their clients.
