For the possibility of parking practically by the road for two days plus the tourist tax, another PLN 100 came out to the bill for the stay.... It is not appropriate for a hotel that is supposed to be a five-star hotel, and I would also park my car on the street a few meters away for free....

Wir waren überrascht von der modernen Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit des Apartments. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, ein Mini Club (mit Betreuung - die Animateure waren sehr motiviert und qualifiziert). Das Frühstück war super. Es gibt einen Game Room ähnlich einer Arcade Halle, wo alle Geräte auch funktionierten. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt oder auch im Wald. Ein Discounter ist ebenfalls direkt neben dem Gelände.

Im Grunde genommen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub braucht.

Additionally, when we were at meals (a period quite busy with guests), the service couldn't cope, there was a lack of coffee, bread, cutlery, etc. Additionally, one day there were undercooked and even raw pancakes.

I ordered a room over the phone (a suite), and no one mentioned that it wasn't a 5-star establishment. In the room for 2 people, there were 4 towels and only one towel rack. Please inform me where the towels should be hung. Changing towels costs 80.00 PLN, even though in three-star hotels towel replacement is free. I am wondering if I would also have to pay for extra toilet paper. I wanted to come for a longer stay, but in this situation, I will choose another hotel or come with my own towels or even a vacuum cleaner. Such conditions should have been mentioned during the phone conversation.

Thirty-minute queue at the reception for check-in. Poor organization during check-in of a large number of guests. Not enough hangers in the bathroom, in a four-person room only 1 hanger. The room has dummy drawers. No hangers above the shoe cabinet for outerwear. No shoe spoon. No air conditioning in the room with skylight windows, stuffy. The skylight in the bedroom is placed too high to open and there is no blind to shield from the sun. In the pool area in the changing room, only 2 dryers are working.

The restaurant part in the hotel section for adults is a plus and it's quiet in the Onyx building hotel. 👍️ other than that, very nice hotel.
