Booking places to play for a group of people and the approach of the staff to this topic is some kind of unfunny joke. Over the past few months, we've had a few bookings for indoor gaming bootcamps. Almost every time there was a problem with booking, both by phone and through the system on the website. Upon arriving at the premises, for 4 out of 5 reservations, we were told that there was no reservation. In most cases, a separate room was free so we finally managed to enter, but last time we were informed that the bootcamps were busy and we were dismissed with the words that nothing could be done. Reservation made one month in advance. I recommend it only to those who want to leave their child while shopping. I strongly advise against organizing meetings with friends for longer gaming sessions. We were commuting from the end of Gdynia, but if someone organized an event from outside the Tri-City, they would be sorely disappointed.

The food is very good. You can eat for the whole day. This place has a great atmosphere and is always full of attractions. A nicely located place in Gdańsk, in fact close to everything. Clean, tidy and pleasant. The people from the staff create a magical atmosphere, which makes you want to come back here.

I would like to give a positive review but I can't. It shouldn't be that the computer turns off during the game. I'm describing the event. My friend and I wanted to test the place, thinking about coming back with more friends. We rented the stations for 1 hour. The game went on longer, yes there were warnings that time was running out, but someone should have come over and asked if we wanted to extend (for a fee, of course) or finish at that moment. This is a place that gathers a gaming community, so you should understand that during a game, one is focused on the game, and according to the staff, I should have gotten up during the game and asked to extend the time. A pleasant game ended with a ban for leaving during it. I am curious about what stands behind such treatment of not just customers but players.

Edit: It was my first visit and I didn't know how it works here with extending time. There was a lack of information that the computer shuts down automatically. Apart from the described situation, everything else was okay, so next time I will take a longer package right away. I hope that future visits will end well.

The service is terrible, 4 employees and no one can serve me within 15 minutes, they are just standing around doing nothing. The computers are awful, full of malfunctions, opening games takes 10 minutes, all devices are dirty and not working properly. For some reason, I was told that I cannot uninstall games and install my own through Steam. This is complete nonsense! How is it possible that I come to play at a computer club and pay to play not what I want, but what the computer club itself wants me to play. My conclusion is that I do not recommend going to this disgusting place.

The place is well-equipped, unfortunately the equipment froze twice during the session and had to be reset, the software runs slowly, and logging into your Steam/Epic Games accounts is very difficult, forcing you to use local accounts that have limited functions, which means you have to spend about 20 minutes just connecting with friends to one lobby. If not for this flaw, the place would be recommendable.

We decided to install our games on the computer, and you came up and asked why, for what purpose, and said that it couldn't be done, but did not forbid it, and allowed us to delete them after we played. In general, I hope you read this message. You really acted like a BRO!!! You are very cool and once again thank you so much for such service!
