So far I am very happy with Beesbusy.

I feel it is very easy to use. It was not difficult to learn at all, but I am used to more complex tools of project management. It might look complicated for new users with no previous experience with this kind of tool.

It is great for a small team or for your personal use.

I was looking for something affordable and not very complex.

For me, it is very important to be able to see different projects in the same timeline because I have to work on small projects at the same time. The multi-project view is great in this case, but it can also be confusing if you are messy.

If there was a mind mapping feature, then it would be 5 stars across the board for me.

My task management has just become several-fold easier. No more jumping between several Google Sheets, Trello, Slack, and email (for the most part). Just wish it had in-app image viewing to save time for creative/image-based projects.

I really like the software and I have recently bought more codes. I do not use the timelines, I rather use it like a Trello board. I also use it to cooperation with my webdesign customers so that we have all the info in one place (instead of sending 1,000 emails).

But there are a few things that could be better regarding usability. One example is upload of complete folders. Another is the fact that it is very cumbersome to change existing comments. First you always have to click on edit and only then you can change it. Moreover, if you work on a comment and have to past numerous links you always have to click edit again to be able to edit the comment.

Absolutely beautiful AI with solid response and some real niceties, like dragging tasks to different projects. The timeline view is just about flawless--many other web Gantt charts are glitchy or complicated.

The mobile app is very reliable.

I would give them a 5, but am still waiting on some features, like an API for integrations, re-ording subtasks, descriptions in tasks (currently you have to make do with comments if you want to add prose to your tasks.

We are a consulting firm and manage multiple projects in groups or subgroups. Excellent tool

I was used to "historical" tools that have good performances but are kind of "painful" to use. With Beesbusy, I can do the same things but in a more convenient way.

It's simple, easy to use, intuitive, and still it offers all the functionalities I need (sharing the vision of completion, rescheduling, links between activities...).

Task management and project management all in one

Very simple in getting started, we have gradually extended our use thanks to the many features. Personally, I use a lot of push tasks (I'm a fan of the GTD). For the company level, it's the collaborative side that really helps us: Process settings, reminders, notifications (just what 'it is necessary), info on the tasks carried out by the project contributors, ... The overall project vision is also very advanced.

What I like too is that the Beesbusy team listens to users and regularly comes out with new features, whether we use them or not, depending on our needs.

I’m usually working on more than five complex programs in parallel and I also want to make sure I give the right time and attention to my personal and familial activities. Once I organise all of that on Beesbusy, I know that everything is at my finger tips and that frees up my mind to focus on doing things rather than planning and replanning or wondering what I forgot. I use the business version but this is super easy to invite people to collaborate on a project even if they want to use only the free version. We can instantaneously share the task list and communicate without the need of a complex setup or a painful training. On my business version I can manage at the next level of details with time tracking, critical path scheduling and multi projects consolidation in a transparent way for the people who are just looking at the to do list.

On this application I like the fact that it is very easy to create lists of tasks, and to follow the progress of our project. The multi-project view is also a big advantage over these competitors. I like that this tool is easy and quick to master and that I can manage my projects on my computer and on my mobile if I am on the go (contrary to other similar tools for project management).
