I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY GOOD ABOUT THIS LAW FIRM. I WAS BLAMED THAT IT TOOK ME TOO LONG TO COME (BEFORE THE STATUTE OF LIMITATION EXPIRE) TO THEIR BRANCH HERE IN BROOKLYN ABOUT MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MY PREVIOUS LANDLORD, INJURY SUSTAINED FROM THE CHAIR PROVIDED BY THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE. THE WORKING ON MY CASE WAS SO SLOW AND CHANGED FROM ONE LAWYER TO ANOTHER LAWYER. THE OFFICE MANAGER-LAWYER MR. ALEX IS UNFRIENDLY AND UNCOMPASSIONATE. SINCE THE WOODEN CHAIR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS EVIDENCE THERE WOULD BE CHANCED OF LOSING THE CASE AND THE SETTLEMENT OF $325,000.00 WHICH THE LAW FIRM WAS REASONABLE. I HAD SURGERY OF THE SPINE, LOWER WITH AN IMPLANT OF METAL PLATE. EVEN WITHOUT THE CHAIR, IF THE LAWYER IS SKILLED EXPERIENCE THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT KNOWING THE FACTS FROM THE START. MR. ALEX IGNORED ME. I WAS A WASTE OF HIS TIME.

My mother and I we're involved in a car accident. Because of the hard and long work of F&A Associates we were finally compensated.

My case could of been better. I felt my case was rushed over and they took the first offer from insurance. I felt they didn’t fight hard enough for me regarding my accident, and I’m still waiting for the rest of my settlement! They kept changing case managers and attorneys on me and nobody was keeping me updated with my case.
