I would like to draw attention to the unacceptable situation I encountered during my stay. After checking in, I received an apartment that had not been cleaned. Not only was the bedding used, but I also found hair on it, which is unacceptable in the standards of a hotel of such renowned status. As a guest, I expected cleanliness and attention to hygiene, which unfortunately was not met in this case. Such a situation adversely affected my comfort and definitely lowered the experience associated with the stay. Is this how you treat regular customers? During this whole situation, the lady who checked me in gave me a card to the room and told me to check if this room would be satisfactory. Additionally, she asked in an ironic manner what I would do if the bedding was wrinkled, suggesting that this might be the case in this room as well. I am concerned about such an approach, especially since I had previously pointed out the dirty bedding in the previous apartment. I believe that the reception staff, when assigning a room, should be sure that it is properly prepared and meets the standards of cleanliness and order. The necessity for a guest to check the room, especially after a recent incident with dirty bedding, is unacceptable and disturbing. Please take preventive actions to ensure that such a situation does not recur in the future.

The dishes in the restaurant are very tasty. As for the location - perfect! It's close to everything, a minute's walk to the beach.

The apartment was very large. It was completely sufficient for the two of us. The sauna area was very nice. The food at breakfast was delicious.

The opinion is neutral, resulting from placing us in a standard (actually) location that did not match the offer we paid extra for, namely "sea view". There was no view, we changed the room, the second one had such a view that somewhere behind some pines, you could see a bit of water. So I advise against paying extra for such a view.

Hotel great. Large rooms, rich menu, and high-level spa area. Our sea is changing, and quite a lot 😉 However, during the season, it can get a bit crowded, especially in the dining area and pools. Saunas are fantastic, but remember they are textile-free, and it might bother some, while others, like German retirees, might find it suitable 😁 We had a room in building B, where the pool is, so it was perfect. If you get a room in another building, unfortunately, you will have to walk through the courtyard or garage. The garage is expensive, but there's an option to park your car at the camping site opposite and pay three times less 😉. Generally, outside the season (April), I highly recommend the hotel, but I won't comment on how it is during the season - you'll have to look for other reviews.

I chose a premium apartment with a direct view of the sea, everything would have been fine if that "view" was a view... and not a view through very dirty windows / the magic was gone.../ and instead of admiring the view... the dirt from the windows was striking!

The bathroom is large and clean. There was nothing missing.

A big plus for the underfloor heating. The cosmetics available in the bathroom smell insanely good. Definitely the best hotel in Międzyzdroje, or even on the entire Polish coast. It's clear that the staff knows their stuff. Everywhere is beautifully cleaned. It's evident that they approach this matter diligently. The cuisine is really top-notch. A wide selection of different options. High quality.

You can relax without any problems, everything is clean and pleasant. 😄

Silence, peace, and nature all around. This is how you can relax. The pool is very large, we just happened to come when it wasn't very busy. There were moments when we had the whole pool to ourselves :) We were lucky to get a room in the same building as the pool which is definitely a plus as you can go down directly in a bathrobe by elevator.

The service, although mostly very nice and helpful, unfortunately, there are a few incompetent people causing confusion and unnecessary stress.

Lack of connection between buildings - a huge downside, because with small children in colder periods it is simply exhausting. Going for breakfast, to the pool, or for activities requires full clothing.

The kitchen makes up for it, which is great, and the rooms, which are spacious and clean - although the temperatures throughout the facility are insane. The windows in the room must be open all the time because before the floor cools down, you have to leave 😏

I also didn't like the temperatures in the restaurant area - too high.

During the summer, the things I described are obviously irrelevant ♥️ and it's 4/5 because then there are usually issues during breakfast - not enough space in the buildings and you have to wait for a table.

Overall, I definitely recommend it because I believe it is one of the best places on the west coast - it has a great and unique atmosphere.

Due to poor coverage in the building, I was forced to use the WiFi network, unfortunately it did not work at a level allowing to perform the simplest tasks like checking emails, constant disconnections. I reported it twice at the reception, unfortunately nothing was done in this matter.

Dinners were very tasty. You can eat healthily and nutritiously. A wonderful place to relax. The balcony with a sea view brings total chill. The rooms are carefully cleaned. A beautiful place right by the sea. From the outside, it looks very modern and easy to find here. You can see that people who love their work are working here.

Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The omelette with parmesan is first class. The staff creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very nice to spend time in this place.

The hotel is great, the apartments are beautiful, the saunas and pool are also without reservations. Breakfasts are repetitive but tasty. The children's playroom and gym are minimalist. I did not use the spa, but the prices seem okay. A big downside is that there is no information on the website that you have to walk from three hotel buildings to the pool or use the underground parking. In the a la carte restaurant, the food is not adequate for the prices, and the service had clear issues with giving change. I felt like they wanted to solicit tips. At the reception, the lady did not want to give back 100 PLN from 200 PLN, suggesting to round up. Because of this, I feel disgusted.

In room 25 degrees Celsius, despite airing, it was impossible to function in it, we reported the broken air conditioning twice, for 3 days no one fixed it. One day brown water was running, we couldn't use the shower. The staff from Ukraine with whom we couldn't communicate - three times the service room came, which we didn't order, each time waking up sleeping children. Only the angry husband, who unfortunately had to raise his voice, stopped the constant phone calls and incoming workers. The pool was overcrowded, the holiday breakfast - a disaster. A lot of people pushing made it impossible to get to the food, and having a peaceful meal was out of the question. We were there for the second time, but definitely the last! When checking out, I informed the receptionist about everything, but my complaint was ignored. Not even a simple "sorry for the inconvenience". A dreadful stay!

As for the downsides, there is a small playroom for children. Small shower in the bathroom. Dirty windows, but there are a lot of construction sites around, so maybe that's the issue.

The place is great. The only downside is the too deep pool, which is practically only accessible to people who can swim. It is not possible to use the outdoor pool due to its depth. Only on the 5th day of the stay the bathroom floor was washed and the carpet was vacuumed. Glasses and cups were only replaced twice during a 6-night stay. Mold is already appearing under the shower. In terms of gastronomy, the class of the facility is visible, everything is delicious and fresh. Large selection, large quantity of fish. The pool area is nice, unfortunately the ventilation did not work throughout our stay and the lifeguards opened the doors outside, so we had to sit in a draft when it was about 5 degrees outside. Most of the time the fountains in the paddling pool and the large pool did not work, and the jacuzzi was turned off for the last 2 days. Very aesthetic interiors. The apartment looks like it's straight out of a catalog.

Good morning, I do not consider 3 stars to be a negative rating. The service is a big plus. I have reservations about the pool being too small, the breakfast room being small, and the inconvenience of opening all the doors.

The rooms are cozy, but very comfortable. Plus for a mega comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness. Delicious breakfasts and delicious dishes in the hotel restaurant. An ideal place for relaxation, quiet, peaceful, wonderfully located, and very beautiful! The service is truly top-notch. Very pleasant pool area - the pool itself is quite large for a hotel and great saunas. Despite the hotel day starting at 3 pm, the room was ready earlier - we were accommodated without any problems earlier after a long journey, we will come back again.

The location close to the sea, excellent conditions for walks, green areas, an open pool with heated water - allowed for swimming at low temperatures - great fun.

The floor in the apartment was very dirty, light carpet, especially by the window, under the curtains, was full of dark (dog?) hairs and crumbs, after reporting it at the reception the floor was vacuumed (in the center of the room), the above-mentioned dirt by the window remained untouched, which disappointed us, especially since the hotel seems to aspire to be quite luxurious and guest-oriented. The issue strongly influenced our overall assessment, as we visited the hotel with a child playing on the floor. The cleanliness of the children's playroom (floor under the rubber play castle!) also leaves something to be desired. Small details that matter, maybe something can be improved in the future.

The sea view from the 3rd floor was very limited (mainly visible tree line). There is practically no signal in the building, so if someone needs to make a business call or connect to the internet, it is impossible from the inside. Public hotel WiFi is available. Poor service and room service.

Polite and tactful service, but like everywhere, there are grumblers. The underground parking is large and safe, so it's worth paying extra and not worrying about a place. The rooms look amazing. Interesting room design. One elevator from the lobby is definitely not enough. Sometimes you have to wait a long time, especially because older Germans cannot use the elevator rationally and go up/down.

The best located hotel by the sea. The building itself looks amazing and is right by the sea. Themed buffets on weekends are spot on, great food! Everything is kept in impeccable order. Very pleasant and fragrant. There is a friendly atmosphere here. The rooms have everything you need - iron, ironing board, safe, fridge, and a large wardrobe.

The only downside is the small restaurant, in the season there is a wait for a table.

The hotel is located right by the beach, so close that you can hear the sound of the waves from the entrance. An architectural gem! I can't say anything bad about the service in this place. Everything was perfect! I was surprised by the yoga classes for guests - a great way to relax and strengthen the body. A huge selection of dining options, a very generous breakfast buffet - I really recommend trying it. Impressive cleanliness in common areas. It makes you want to spend time there.

The kitchen is really top-notch. A wide selection of different options. High quality. There is a pleasant and calm atmosphere here. In such a climate, it is easy to regenerate. The bed is very comfortable. You can't not get enough sleep 😊 It is visible that the facility is new, clean, and well-maintained. Close to the beach. Location is a plus. Unfortunately, the lack of connectors between buildings is a downside. We were accommodated in building E, and to get to the restaurant, playroom, and pool, we had to dress up and walk through the courtyard or a slightly less cold garage (except for the restaurant, because it's only accessible from the outside). While it may not be a problem in the summer, it is in February. The playroom is also, to put it mildly, average, the air hockey keeps turning off, the concrete slides are more of a hazard than a benefit, messy and lacking attractions. There is potential that is simply not being utilized. In my opinion, the pool is not entirely well thought out - too deep, both inside and outside. The facility itself is great, spacious rooms, great food, and nice service.
