Architecture of very good quality and noteworthy. The external aesthetics are very good, refined in every detail. Attention was also paid to the aesthetic execution of such prosaic elements as the fire road - respect for the architect. The external elevator is adapted for strollers, vehicles are comfortable - convenience and accessibility ensured for the youngest and people in wheelchairs. The location is great, the exposure to the promenade and the sea, and the private passage to the beach are well-crafted, leaving pleasant memories for a long time.

Nice and helpful service. Good wifi. The sauna area is very extensive. An unusual pool with access to the outside all year round - a nice attraction. Always fresh towels at the pool - great. The playroom for children is poor.

A few visible shortcomings in the execution at the finishing stage, individual defects (e.g., a loose lock in the door frame, a fridge in the room not adapted for built-in, an overheated furniture niche without ventilation which poorly/does not work at all), poorly/unthoughtfully dispersed control of the internal lighting of the type, but that's a design issue. However, an unusual, though mundane thing is a private espresso machine in the room - a nice surprise.

Very cool, good, and branded shopping furniture, some design icons worth noting. Very modern and comfortably resolved issues of access and closing locker cabinets with a code.

Food ok, but many elements are too salty. A bit too few fresh fruits, but real freshly squeezed juice - great. A rich selection of fish. Clean cutlery, plates, fresh dishes were quickly brought - a plus. Live cooking - a nice attraction and very tasty food. Unfortunately, hair was found in various dishes several times...

Room cleaning leaves something to be desired.

Overall impression positive / very positive. The investment is well-crafted and well-funded at the design and construction stage. Perhaps over time some elements will force budget cuts in service or will require evaluation for refinement, e.g., at the next renovation.

I would like to draw attention to the unacceptable situation I encountered during my stay. After checking in, I received an apartment that had not been cleaned. Not only was the bedding used, but I also found hair on it, which is unacceptable in the standards of a hotel of such renowned status. As a guest, I expected cleanliness and attention to hygiene, which unfortunately was not met in this case. Such a situation adversely affected my comfort and definitely lowered the experience associated with the stay. Is this how you treat regular customers? During this whole situation, the lady who checked me in gave me a card to the room and told me to check if this room would be satisfactory. Additionally, she asked in an ironic manner what I would do if the bedding was wrinkled, suggesting that this might be the case in this room as well. I am concerned about such an approach, especially since I had previously pointed out the dirty bedding in the previous apartment. I believe that the reception staff, when assigning a room, should be sure that it is properly prepared and meets the standards of cleanliness and order. The necessity for a guest to check the room, especially after a recent incident with dirty bedding, is unacceptable and disturbing. Please take preventive actions to ensure that such a situation does not recur in the future.

The opinion is neutral, resulting from placing us in a standard (actually) location that did not match the offer we paid extra for, namely "sea view". There was no view, we changed the room, the second one had such a view that somewhere behind some pines, you could see a bit of water. So I advise against paying extra for such a view.

Hotel great. Large rooms, rich menu, and high-level spa area. Our sea is changing, and quite a lot 😉 However, during the season, it can get a bit crowded, especially in the dining area and pools. Saunas are fantastic, but remember they are textile-free, and it might bother some, while others, like German retirees, might find it suitable 😁 We had a room in building B, where the pool is, so it was perfect. If you get a room in another building, unfortunately, you will have to walk through the courtyard or garage. The garage is expensive, but there's an option to park your car at the camping site opposite and pay three times less 😉. Generally, outside the season (April), I highly recommend the hotel, but I won't comment on how it is during the season - you'll have to look for other reviews.

We were there for the 2nd time and were disappointed by some things compared to the 1st time. First, we were assigned an apartment where there were still many traces of the previous tenant. After a complaint at the reception, we got a new apartment. It's also a shame that the carpet in the apartments is unfortunately already very stained. The drain in the bathroom also did not drain. After we complained, a janitor came but he also couldn't fix it. The window lighting was like a disco lamp. We showed it to the janitor and he wanted to take care of it but that was all that happened. Then there were big problems with parking in the underground garage. After we left the underground garage with the car for 10 minutes and came back, our parking space was occupied. Our friends had the same problem. After being assigned a new parking space four times, it finally worked out and we got a new free space.

Beautiful object! Architecturally impressive and located right on the beach. The reception staff almost exclusively speak German. The hotel service is available when needed, especially the reception and the cleaning staff are very helpful. The gym is well-equipped for a hotel, unfortunately without a cloakroom, so in winter it's somewhat uncomfortable from the other buildings since you can't hang up jackets and trousers anywhere. There is also a lack of clear indication for disinfection. A container with wipes and alcohol spray are not self-explanatory. The pools and the sauna area are okay. Unfortunately, the graduation tower is out of operation. In the early evening hours, the child-friendliness of the hotel, especially in the pool, is clearly noticeable. The hotel has beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms. The hotel's own restaurant Red Salt, which focuses on steaks of extraordinary quality and prepared with culinary expertise, is particularly noteworthy. At breakfast, the popularity of the hotel and the extensive buffet is clearly felt.

The reception service is top-notch. The room looks good at first glance, but everything else is lacking. The breakfast, for instance, has lukewarm hot dishes, and on the third day, grey scrambled eggs mixed with fresh ones. Fruits and vegetables are cut carelessly. Bread on day 2, simply old from the previous day. The breakfast costs 23€ per person per day, for which one should expect first-class goods/food. Seating is too cramped, getting up from the table only works by disturbing others. The dining room is much too small. However, this is not the case at the Wave. Dinner on the first evening a la carte at the Wave Restaurant for 2 non-alcoholic drinks each, duck with red cabbage and two dollops of puree, for the proud sum of 85 €. A real rip-off and we did not enjoy the meal. Corridors are dirty, only vacuumed on day 2. Housekeeping, no cleaning just replenishing, bed sheets are not smoothed, the night costs just under 99 €. For that, I should expect first-class service. On day 2, housekeeping had to be requested in the afternoon via the reception. Toilet paper only after begging multiple times. Housekeeping on day 3, at 4:30 PM, just like the days before. The management should train its staff. For your information, the buildings were not even more than 10% occupied. So, stress cannot have been the reason. Pool and wellness area, gym for five buildings completely undersized. A maximum of three people can train at the same time, there is no more space available. In conclusion, the location and the exterior of the Wave are appealing. That's all there is to it. We chalk this up as an experience. The management seems not to think it necessary for guests to return. A pity about the nearly 900 € for parking and breakfast.

👍️Everything is great, comfortable stable beds and mattresses, well-functioning TV, coffee maker, shower, convenient exits from ground floor apartments. Excellent location for those who value peace, tranquility, and walks, about 1 km to the pier. Cleanliness - faultless. Gastronomy - excellent, varied food.

We stayed at the hotel with half board in April. The food was really very good.

And it is also positive that the coffee specialties and even a drink dispenser with water and fruit juice drinks are available free of charge for both breakfast and dinner.

The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, the water is nice and warm so that the kids don't have to freeze.

It would be nice if the sauna were also possible for under 16s, maybe accompanied by adults, then the parents wouldn't have to split up and could also sauna together.

We will definitely come back in the summer, at the moment a lot is still being set up on the beach and the real operation will only start later.

In nice summer weather, it is certainly a good alternative to a hotel in Southern Europe and only three hours by car from Berlin. 👍️🥳😎

The location of the facility is great.

The pool area was also very nice, but the access to the sauna was not separated by a reception.

Therefore, children kept coming in, looking loudly for their parents or children coming in with parents.

Similarly, many did not adhere to the sauna rules and entered the saunas with swimwear. We pointed this out to the staff - unfortunately, they did not remove the children and guests in swimwear.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, very well cooked, and varied.

Unfortunately, the empty tables were cleared very slowly, not wiped, so you had to sit at dirty tables.

We had Apartment A007 - very nice - but very noisy in the evening and morning hours, as the door in the hallway slammed loudly when people entered or left the building, and the door closer's arm squeaked very loudly.

The opinion is not negative but there are a few points where it could have been better and it would be 5/5.

The service, although mostly very nice and helpful, unfortunately, there are a few incompetent people causing confusion and unnecessary stress.

Lack of connection between buildings - a huge downside, because with small children in colder periods it is simply exhausting. Going for breakfast, to the pool, or for activities requires full clothing.

The kitchen makes up for it, which is great, and the rooms, which are spacious and clean - although the temperatures throughout the facility are insane. The windows in the room must be open all the time because before the floor cools down, you have to leave 😏

I also didn't like the temperatures in the restaurant area - too high.

During the summer, the things I described are obviously irrelevant ♥️ and it's 4/5 because then there are usually issues during breakfast - not enough space in the buildings and you have to wait for a table.

Overall, I definitely recommend it because I believe it is one of the best places on the west coast - it has a great and unique atmosphere.
