The only thing deserving 5 stars here are the rooms, everything else unfortunately has to be classified as mass processing. The restaurant is completely undersized for the size of the hotel and does not allow for a relaxed breakfast, there is a lack of staff and concept here.

Many attractions on the premises - swimming pool, saunas, beach bar, and great spa. You can relax well here, everything is clean and pleasant. The best hotel on the Baltic Sea. It looks great, as skyscrapers stand directly on the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and nutritious. A wide selection of fresh vegetables.

The design of the space gives the entire environment a sense of calm. Everything is tastefully done. Beautifully located hotel with its own descent to the beach. Delicious sweets. Breakfast and dinner are of very good quality. The hotel is new, with a beautiful design, huge terraces with lovely views. The staff creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very nice to spend time here.

The staff is not intrusive and creates a very friendly atmosphere. As a guest, I felt very comfortable in this place. The hotel is so close to the beach that you can already hear the sound of the waves at the entrance. The rooms smell new, are clean, cozy, and surprisingly bright. Great fitness room and a large swimming pool with the possibility to swim outside.

Very tastefully decorated room with plenty of space and a large balcony. It was clean and well-maintained. A full-length mirror would have been nice here. We booked half board and were very satisfied with breakfast & dinner. Drinks outside of half board were considered rather expensive by us. The restaurant also scores points with its beautiful design and top service. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to us. Everyone could also communicate in German, which I do not take for granted. Great! The hotel has a good quiet location. The small promenade and a supermarket are within walking distance. The hotel also has its own parking garage. The SPA area is rather small compared to the size/number of rooms of the hotel. Nevertheless, nicely designed and clean. In the sauna area, we missed a relaxation area (there is only a heated stone bench in front of the sauna exits) as well as more loungers and a clock.

We recommend the hotel and would come back!

More German and English-speaking staff would be beneficial, for example Darek, one of the receptionists who helped me a lot 🙏, slept in the beds like a princess, it's a shame that the butternut cream soup turned into a regular soup without cream a few days later. In the steakhouse, we were greeted very friendly several times, but it was disappointing to see on the menu that you could get 100g for 97 zloty, however, the smallest size available was 200g, which was very disappointing. Language was a barrier everywhere, my English was not understood because many were not familiar with the pronunciation. It was already cool due to drafts from the windows and noise from construction machines. However, I would like to criticize that the parking meter only accepted coins and many exchange offices were closed after 4 pm or did not understand a word and even became unfriendly. It is inconvenient to walk to the room in a thin bathrobe with wet hair in winter, which is why we did not go swimming. Customizing dishes in the steakhouse was not possible, which is a shame. The automatic doors could be optimized as they often stay open for a long time or do not work even with a button press, although the description stated 1 sofa bed and 1 bedroom, we were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 with 1 king-size bed in each in 2 separate rooms, which was great as the other person is more active at night. We will come back just for the princess bed, also because there was free Netflix, but those who have difficulty walking should consider a hotel on the mola, as it is very strenuous to walk 15 minutes on the beach with 80% of it being heavily damaged. I would like to see more simple German cuisine and am curious to see what changes will be made...

Definitely the best hotel in Międzyzdroje or on the entire Polish coast. Impressive cleanliness in public areas. I just want to spend time there. The gastronomy is really great and at a high level. Everything is delicious and of good quality. The staff is very professional and nice. A great place for families with children, as there is a separate area for children in the pool.

The room is clean, which is a big plus. The view from the window is beautiful. The spa area does a great job. Everything here is first class. The location of Wave is one of its biggest advantages. The Hotel Wave Międzyzdroje is a beautiful, modern and clean hotel. We consciously chose this hotel because "vacation with a dog" should not be a problem. Our little Bolonka Zwetna was allowed in our hotel room, but we could only have breakfast outside in just 6°C, which was not really comfortable. There were some dogs there, whose owners were also disappointed that their four-legged friends were only "paying guests". Before booking, I read many almost exclusively positive reviews. Nowhere was it mentioned that dogs are only tolerated in the hotel room and on the hotel grounds. Since dining out with a dog was not possible, we used the room service and had dinner brought to our room on the day of arrival. That worked well and tasted good. By now, the dishes should probably have been cleared away. On the day of our departure, they were still there. Every morning, a housekeeping lady came to our room, but it was not cleaned. Used glasses and cups were not replaced. Trash disposal? Not done! We went to the reception several times and pointed out certain deficiencies. Among other things, a broken trash can in the bathroom and the room temperature below 20°C, which is clearly too cold for this time of year. We repeatedly asked for the dishes from the evening of our arrival to be picked up. The staff was always very friendly and communication was good. Our requests and criticisms apparently did not arrive - a pity. In conclusion - the Hotel Wave Międzyzdroje is a beautiful, well-furnished hotel, in a perfect beach location. However, I can only recommend a vacation with a dog for the summer months (without rain) when you can sit outside.

Quite nice, unfortunately a bit too loud because there were many families with children. Breakfast was also overcrowded. Towels were too small, no sauna towels available, bathrobes were too small, sauna area rather small, no outdoor area and unfortunately no decorations in the spa or pool area. This makes everything look like a swimming pool and it doesn't feel cozy. The hotel is very new, maybe this will change.

The hotel is really great and right by the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, the relaxation we were actually looking for was not available at the hotel. The breakfast room and the pool area were totally overcrowded. There were incredibly many families with very small children there, and the swimming pool area was literally overrun from morning until 10 pm with screaming children and water toys. It has been mentioned in many reviews and we had hoped that the suggestion to not allow children in the wellness area after 8 pm would eventually be implemented.

There was also a deafening noise in the breakfast room. An additional area for adults without children would be great here too. In the future, we will only look for hotels where only adults are allowed. Vacation is so precious and relaxation is so important, unfortunately it was lacking here.

Another disadvantage is that in bad weather, you can only get to the restaurant through the courtyard or the underground garage. With the weather we had, this was very unpleasant.

In my opinion, more of a family hotel than a 5-star spa. Everywhere noisy, crowded, the noise and the search for space during breakfast were catastrophic. The room temperature in our room was 19 degrees and could not be set higher. The staff understood and spoke only Polish. The hotel does not have vending machines where you can get snacks or drinks. There is also no hotel shop. The breakfast room was undersized and therefore overcrowded with people. The same was true for the "wellness area", which was too tiny for 5 hotels and accordingly many guests. The same was true for the fitness area. The view from the window was of garbage, some wooden huts. The hotel's own map was outdated (only three hotels depicted). All brochures were in Polish. The TV in the room could not be switched to German. Netflix and other services were therefore unusable. It is very unfortunate that advertising is done with something that you do not get: relaxation. Because if you have to wait 30 minutes for your breakfast coffee, you are not relaxed afterwards.

There were many children in the hotel, who of course also used the swimming pool all day. Swimming was not possible. The water is too deep for a person under 1.70 m for water aerobics. There is no handrail in the swimming pool. A lifeguard was also rarely seen.

The sauna area is for persons over 18 years old. Unfortunately, nobody from the staff pays attention to it. I have seen children in the area several times, who of course were not quiet.

There is a sign hanging at each sauna and steam sauna stating that swim trunks and bikinis are prohibited here. Nobody pays attention to it either, and half of the sauna companions were wearing swimwear.

The fitness studio is also intended for persons over 18 years old. Here too, the equipment was often occupied by families with children.

The breakfast was excellent. The room in House C with a view of the Baltic Sea was very nice. Water, coffee, and tea are free and should be refilled daily. Sometimes we had to ask, but we were immediately taken care of. The reception staff speaks German and was very accommodating!

Since I am in Swinoujscie for a few months for work, I wanted to make a reservation for myself and 2 colleagues with a special price.

This was absolutely not possible. I had written in German and English. Unfortunately, I was not understood. So we moved to another hotel.

The accommodation is very nice, clean and modern, and the underground parking is also good to use as a passage to the other buildings.

The room doors are set too tight, so they slam shut very loudly.

Unfortunately, it was already too crowded for us in the pre-season. Waiting for a table for breakfast is hardly acceptable. It was also difficult to navigate around the buffet due to the tight space. The kitchen staff, however, were very nice.

Then there was a fire alarm, without any instructions given by the staff or through the speakers on how to proceed in this case. It was not apparent to anyone that it was just smoke from the kitchen. The staff continued unaffected - they are probably used to it.

The pool is too small for such a large facility. Unfortunately, due to the large number of children, swimming was not possible for us. There should be a separate area for children. And it wasn't even the holidays in Poland yet. We don't want to know what chaos it will be during the peak season.

The spa area and breakfast room are definitely not sufficient for 3 buildings. Sorry.

The rooms are spacious and deserve 5 stars. However: the restaurant is too small for so many guests and there are many buildings. The same goes for the pool. The lack of connections between the buildings is a disaster. Guests run around in bathrobes, half-naked between the facilities and outside in the winter.

In the underground parking garage, there are plenty of spaces where you can park safely. Perfectly cleaned room, clean bathroom. The view from the room is impressive.

As for the location - ideal! Everything is nearby, one minute walk to the beach. The food is delicious. It was not a problem to find a suitable meal for oneself. Wave stands out mainly for its location right on the beach.

We had reservations for 3 people from the company NEAC. Unfortunately, the reception did not know anything about it when I arrived at the hotel.

The agreed price per night all inclusive (with tax, parking, and breakfast) was far exceeded. The agreement was for 100.00 € - they demanded 140.00 €.

That is above our budget.

Now, 3 people are staying in another hotel in Świnoujcie until the end of February.

It's a shame, we would have liked to stay with you, but it can't be done like this.

The facility is beautiful and the location is perfect. But the room service was okay and the food was also decent. It is very unfortunate for families that the sauna is only for ages 18 and above.

We expected much more. The food was not particularly good, the service was not friendly and completely overwhelmed. We wanted to have wine with our meal. On the first day, we went to the staff and ordered, but on the other evenings, we didn't bother ordering because no one asked us.

You can't really call it a sea view from the side in the 3rd floor. The room was good, but it was never cleaned, only the dishes were replaced. Bathrobes were available up to XL, so they were too small for 50% of the guests.

There were no visible temperatures in the sauna, and it was way too crowded on the weekends with too few loungers.

We didn't like it, the three stars were only for the room, but it wasn't the expected sea view.

The breakfast was outstanding. A lot of effort was put into it. What I missed was a room where you could sit down and rest, like the sofa in the lobby but in a different room. What I find very bad are the mega uncomfortable loungers in the swimming pool, which is why we only went there once in 5 days. The breakfast selection impressed me. The rooms smell new, are clean, cozy, and surprisingly bright. The hotel is beautifully located, the view from the balcony is incredible! The service deserves praise. Everyone was very helpful. Great amenities in the rooms, as well as soft towels and bathrobes.

Stylish, clean, and well-maintained rooms. They generally still smell new. The quality and taste of the dishes are excellent, and the themed buffets are also great. The sauna area is well-designed. It is spacious and provides good relaxation. The staff is not intrusive and creates a very friendly atmosphere. The beaches near the hotel are very wide. The perfect place to rest.

Small downside: Unfortunately, the buffet area was very crowded and the staff had some issues with table cleaning, but still friendly and active.

A beautiful, newly built hotel with its own access to the beach, close to many attractions. The cleanliness deserves a high rating. Plenty of space in the common areas, there is a place to sit and relax. I have no complaints about the service. Everyone knows how to address guests. It is appreciated. The meals at the restaurant are phenomenal. Delicious and really good quality! Worth the price.

-the biggest flaw in my opinion is that there is only one elevator directly from the lobby to the floors

-furthermore, you have to walk through the courtyard without a roof or through the underground parking, which is not inviting and cold

What stands out is the really perfect cleanliness, even in the nooks and crannies. Gastronomy is really great and at a high level. Everything tasty and of good quality. Nice gym. Modern facilities are available that do not disappoint. The staff is very professional and nice. It is beautiful here! The hotel is almost on the beach but away from the crowded descent.

Bad service . Arrogance of the waiters. Lack of sensitivity on the part of the staff. Even the large, comfortable rooms are no longer of any importance.

Very long waiting times at reception

There is only a small towel for the sauna, which is not enough in my opinion.

A large balcony where you can easily spend entire days. The staff takes care of the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Great food. Large selection, high quality and very interesting themed buffets on the weekend. Staff very nice and helpful. It's obvious they know what they're doing. The perfect location - a very good starting point in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Waiting in line at check-in for over an hour, and at least another hour for every question at reception. Waiting in line for 30 minutes (I had to do it 4 times), asking 3 times to get 2 additional blankets, completely overcrowded breakfast and dinner rooms, tables were not cleared or wiped down (we had to do that ourselves), no flexibility for minor changes (changes We weren't allowed to go from half board to breakfast only, so we ate out from then on; the hotel would have earned a lot more from us if they had given us a voucher for the RedSalt), no accommodation, for example. When we asked if we could use the swimming pool until 1 p.m. on the day of departure (even though it was completely empty at the time). Customer friendliness looks different!

The rooms are clean and smell new, as does the entire hotel. The food is really tasty, the selection at the breakfast buffet is huge. During our stay the staff was always smiling and helpful. Very large and very comfortable bed.

We were here in December 2023.

Pro: Very good facilities, design and location.

Contra: Staff only rarely speak German or English, even the bartenders only speak Polish. A no go in the catering/hotel industry of this size (the hotel consists of 3 high-rise buildings).

No playgrounds for children outside, no bakery or kiosks within a 10-minute walk. Children's meals À la carte for lunchtime were far too small and overly seasoned, our child remained hungry. Very long queues/waiting times at the buffet in the morning and evening and not enough seats in the restaurant.

For more than €400 per night we hoped for more. For this price level, there is no champagne reception at check-in or at the buffet as a small gift like relatives who were here in September 2023 received.

We won't come again.

Prices are way too high for the performance you get.

The staff is exemplary. I had a wonderful time. They have great saunas, a great swimming pool and tons of activities for kids. Perfectly clean rooms, every corner cleaned, everything flawless. It's breathtaking from the outside and the location right by the sea adds to the wow factor. The breakfast was very tasty and nutritious. A large selection of fresh vegetables.

Internet in the hotel is very good. Very nice staff - you can talk to them but they are not intrusive. The breakfast menu is extensive, with vegan options and a live cooking station. Wave surprises with its location and architecture. Incomparable to the other hotels by the sea. The rooms are tastefully decorated and perfectly cleaned. A really nice hotel, friendly staff and the swimming area is really nice and big.

The hotel service performs well in every situation. If necessary, you can count on their help. There is only nature in the area. Peace and quiet characterize this place. A great swimming pool, great saunas, a very large parking lot and a phenomenal hotel beach bar! Very clean place, perfect for relaxing. Delicious breakfast, really filling. Huge selection and great quality.

If you opt out of daily cleaning you will receive a discount. The breakfast is in the form of a Swedish buffet and is rich and everyone chooses something for themselves. This place is a real masterpiece - picturesque and overlooking the Baltic Sea! The service is commendable. You can count on them every day. I recommend massages and spa treatments! It's the perfect place to relax.

We had a beautiful new room in House E. Only the insulation of the windows is not that good. When that's in front of it, you notice that it's pulling. However, we were also there on a winter weekend with snow and freezing temperatures.

The employees are all very nice, courteous and polite. In the restaurant and reception.

Unfortunately we ate buffet in the restaurant, the food is average, lots of frozen vegetables, overcooked potatoes, etc. More for quantity than quality. BUT the volume is incredible and has the charm of a canteen. The next evening, declared as an “Italian evening”, was unfortunately only average. It was a real shame, although there were antipasti and pizza but no pasta dishes were offered apart from cold pasta salads.

The biggest disappointment for us, however, was the spa area, which you can access via the underground car park or from the outside, which didn't even bother us. But to get to the sauna area you first have to go through the swimming pool. Swimming in the afternoon not possible due to the many children. It's not bad, we did it before breakfast. What bothered us was that the sauna/swimming pool door opened about every 2 minutes and the noise made it impossible to relax at all. In addition, there was no extra relaxation room or similar. There were also far too few loungers, but they were possible in the swimming pool ;-)) We booked this hotel because of the sauna area in order to relax, we were disappointed

The hotel is very chic and classy. Unfortunately the food in the evening was terrible on both days. Only 3 dishes to choose from. A no go for such a huge hotel. Furthermore, we only had one large duvet. We also found it very bad.

The gentleman at reception was initially very unfriendly. He didn't want to tell us whether the parking lot in front of the hotel was free or not. We should see for ourselves. He wanted to sell us the parking garage for €17. We refused.

Wellness area very nice but pool area very loud. The loungers are too few and very uncomfortable.

The bedroom was extremely heated and the floor was very warm. We turned off the heating but it was still very uncomfortably warm to sleep in. In itself a nice hotel with a great location but with a few negative points. The mattresses also give us a lot of back pain.

Competent service, from the reception, to the restaurant, the bar to the relaxation area. A huge selection of food options, a very rich breakfast buffet.

The beaches at the hotel are wide and surrounded by forest. There is a lot of shadow around. The hotel is practically on the beach, with direct access to the sea. Perfect location! Delicious drinks. The offer at the bar is very extensive. Great facilities in the rooms, including soft towels and bathrobes. The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. The glass wall lets in lots of natural light. The service takes care of the comfort of the guests. Everyone is very nice.

Nice and smiling staff. The design of the room gives peace to the entire environment. Everything finished with taste. Large selection of dishes at breakfast. The room looks amazing, great design. There is a beach right next to the hotel. Literally 2 minutes walk through the forest.
