Breakfast is served at perfect hours, very tasty food and great offers in the restaurant. The good atmosphere is due to the well-coordinated staff. They literally take care of every detail. Rooms are equipped with everything needed for living. Rooms are clean and smell fresh, just like the entire hotel.

The food a year ago and two years ago was much better than it is now. At the opening and a year later, you maintained an amazing level that other hotels in Poland couldn't match. Today, it's not impressive. Limited selection. Lack of good cuisine like it used to be. We came back to you because of the incredibly delicious food, but unfortunately, we will be looking for other hotels from now on. The lack of animations is also a big downside, and a very poor, weak playroom is also a big minus.

Nothing positive except for the location and tasty food in the restaurant. The property aspires to be a resort—with a dirty apartment—smudged windows, poorly cleaned interiors, dirty and patched walls, or a leaking toilet flush. The absurdity for me was the amount of the surcharge for parking and pet stay, which was almost equivalent to the cost of a stay with breakfast (3 nights). And the dog didn't even receive a bowl or a bed, as is usually the case in properties aspiring to be a luxury resort like the ones adored by Poles in onion-loving Turkey or other Egypts.

Meals in the restaurant are very tasty, it's worth choosing the option with breakfasts and dinners. Fresh and exquisite fish served every day in a different form. The pool area is beautiful, clean, including a recreational pool, jacuzzi, and a paddling pool for children with warm water. The sauna area is designed according to the art. It is large, diverse, and provides full relaxation. During our stay, we had the opportunity to participate in sauna sessions led by the professional and very pleasant sauna master Arek. The staff is a big asset of this place. They know how to take care of the comfort of rest. The beach at the hotel is wide with a gentle entry into the sea. Sun loungers and a bar were available for guests on the beach. Prepared animations for children were conducted by people who had great contact with the children. Evening live concerts and shows on the beach provided unforgettable experiences. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations and we are already planning another vacation at this hotel.

The check-in time is ridiculously long. If you're lucky, there are two agents available. You can expect to wait at least half an hour.

The prices for a la carte food are high, which would be acceptable if the food and service were good. However, the food is quite terrible, and the service is extremely poor. I requested a small bottle of mineral water; it took 15 minutes to arrive at the table at 6 pm, when only one other table was occupied.

Due to the very poor quality of food in the main restaurant, I canceled my reservation at the Red Salt restaurant, fearing the same low quality but at much higher prices.

The fabrics in the guest room are all stained, with a terrible choice of light-colored fabrics. The hallway carpets are filthy.

The shower drain is not clean, resulting in water all over the bathroom floor. I had to turn on the shower, wet my hair, turn off the shower to apply soap, and then turn it back on to rinse my hair—a horrible experience.

The windows have not been washed in months.

The breakfast buffet is very mediocre. Items that should be chilled are kept at room temperature, such as yogurts, meats, and milks. 99% of hotels in the 3 to 5-star category that offer only buffet breakfast will provide omelets. Here, they offer unappetizing and lukewarm fried eggs, hard-boiled eggs, or terrible-tasting scrambled eggs. For example, the Sheraton in Krakow offers poached eggs with spinach, a variety of omelets, and eggs benedict cooked to order, and their room prices are slightly lower with breakfast included.

On some days, the nice quiet tables at the entrance to the dining area were already set for dinner at 7 am, forcing older guests to sit with all the screaming kids near the buffet. This shows that staff convenience is prioritized over guest comfort and enjoyment.

The prices for beverages are ridiculous, more expensive for juice than at a five-star hotel we stayed at in Poznan.

The selection of fruit is pitiful. One day there's diced watermelon, another day diced cantaloupe, another day diced pineapple; all should be offered every day to meet 3 or 4-star standards.

The selection of breakfast rolls and pastries is severely lacking.

Bacon is cooked in stacks; the bottom and top are crispy, but the middle is barely cooked.

The pool and sauna area are overcrowded with children and strollers everywhere; the area and facilities should be much larger.

A facility of this size should have a much larger area for spa and fitness facilities.

You really need to hire a professional management company to address your problems with facilities and service.

The restaurant in the hotel is a real treat for the palate. The rooms smell fresh, are clean, cozy, and surprisingly bright. I have no complaints about the service. Everyone knows how to approach the guests. That is appreciated. The hotel is right on the beach, beautiful from the outside, and looks really modern and luxurious.

Architecture of very good quality and noteworthy. The external aesthetics are very good, refined in every detail. Attention was also paid to the aesthetic execution of such prosaic elements as the fire road - respect for the architect. The external elevator is adapted for strollers, vehicles are comfortable - convenience and accessibility ensured for the youngest and people in wheelchairs. The location is great, the exposure to the promenade and the sea, and the private passage to the beach are well-crafted, leaving pleasant memories for a long time.

Nice and helpful service. Good wifi. The sauna area is very extensive. An unusual pool with access to the outside all year round - a nice attraction. Always fresh towels at the pool - great. The playroom for children is poor.

A few visible shortcomings in the execution at the finishing stage, individual defects (e.g., a loose lock in the door frame, a fridge in the room not adapted for built-in, an overheated furniture niche without ventilation which poorly/does not work at all), poorly/unthoughtfully dispersed control of the internal lighting of the type, but that's a design issue. However, an unusual, though mundane thing is a private espresso machine in the room - a nice surprise.

Very cool, good, and branded shopping furniture, some design icons worth noting. Very modern and comfortably resolved issues of access and closing locker cabinets with a code.

Food ok, but many elements are too salty. A bit too few fresh fruits, but real freshly squeezed juice - great. A rich selection of fish. Clean cutlery, plates, fresh dishes were quickly brought - a plus. Live cooking - a nice attraction and very tasty food. Unfortunately, hair was found in various dishes several times...

Room cleaning leaves something to be desired.

Overall impression positive / very positive. The investment is well-crafted and well-funded at the design and construction stage. Perhaps over time some elements will force budget cuts in service or will require evaluation for refinement, e.g., at the next renovation.

I would like to draw attention to the unacceptable situation I encountered during my stay. After checking in, I received an apartment that had not been cleaned. Not only was the bedding used, but I also found hair on it, which is unacceptable in the standards of a hotel of such renowned status. As a guest, I expected cleanliness and attention to hygiene, which unfortunately was not met in this case. Such a situation adversely affected my comfort and definitely lowered the experience associated with the stay. Is this how you treat regular customers? During this whole situation, the lady who checked me in gave me a card to the room and told me to check if this room would be satisfactory. Additionally, she asked in an ironic manner what I would do if the bedding was wrinkled, suggesting that this might be the case in this room as well. I am concerned about such an approach, especially since I had previously pointed out the dirty bedding in the previous apartment. I believe that the reception staff, when assigning a room, should be sure that it is properly prepared and meets the standards of cleanliness and order. The necessity for a guest to check the room, especially after a recent incident with dirty bedding, is unacceptable and disturbing. Please take preventive actions to ensure that such a situation does not recur in the future.

The opinion is neutral, resulting from placing us in a standard (actually) location that did not match the offer we paid extra for, namely "sea view". There was no view, we changed the room, the second one had such a view that somewhere behind some pines, you could see a bit of water. So I advise against paying extra for such a view.

Hotel great. Large rooms, rich menu, and high-level spa area. Our sea is changing, and quite a lot 😉 However, during the season, it can get a bit crowded, especially in the dining area and pools. Saunas are fantastic, but remember they are textile-free, and it might bother some, while others, like German retirees, might find it suitable 😁 We had a room in building B, where the pool is, so it was perfect. If you get a room in another building, unfortunately, you will have to walk through the courtyard or garage. The garage is expensive, but there's an option to park your car at the camping site opposite and pay three times less 😉. Generally, outside the season (April), I highly recommend the hotel, but I won't comment on how it is during the season - you'll have to look for other reviews.

The service, although mostly very nice and helpful, unfortunately, there are a few incompetent people causing confusion and unnecessary stress.

Lack of connection between buildings - a huge downside, because with small children in colder periods it is simply exhausting. Going for breakfast, to the pool, or for activities requires full clothing.

The kitchen makes up for it, which is great, and the rooms, which are spacious and clean - although the temperatures throughout the facility are insane. The windows in the room must be open all the time because before the floor cools down, you have to leave 😏

I also didn't like the temperatures in the restaurant area - too high.

During the summer, the things I described are obviously irrelevant ♥️ and it's 4/5 because then there are usually issues during breakfast - not enough space in the buildings and you have to wait for a table.

Overall, I definitely recommend it because I believe it is one of the best places on the west coast - it has a great and unique atmosphere.

Due to poor coverage in the building, I was forced to use the WiFi network, unfortunately it did not work at a level allowing to perform the simplest tasks like checking emails, constant disconnections. I reported it twice at the reception, unfortunately nothing was done in this matter.

Dinners were very tasty. You can eat healthily and nutritiously. A wonderful place to relax. The balcony with a sea view brings total chill. The rooms are carefully cleaned. A beautiful place right by the sea. From the outside, it looks very modern and easy to find here. You can see that people who love their work are working here.

Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The omelette with parmesan is first class. The staff creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very nice to spend time in this place.

The food is very diverse and interesting, we came across a themed buffet on the weekend 🍕 World-class hotel. I didn't expect such a marvel in Międzyzdroje. The staff deserves great praise. Wonderfully equipped rooms, beautiful decor, in harmony with nature. Very soft carpets ❤️ Very pleasant pool area - the pool itself is quite large for a hotel and great saunas.

Reception - reliability and organization at the highest level. The waiters are as busy as bees. The food is really delicious! The pool area and saunas are definitely a strong asset of this hotel. Especially for children. It's much better to spend time exploring than in the playroom, which still lacks a bit.

The Spa and Wellness area is also worth recommending. Nice and reliable service.
