No instructions for use. When I emailed to ask it was ignored. Not happy.

My parcel was properly packed. The speed of delivery was a little bit slow but that is due to Royal Mail postage and not to do with the seller. The item look very nice as the label was very pretty. I would order again from UK Herbals.

Due to the slowness of the internet connection I restarted the transaction but later found I'd placed a seccond order for the same product, oops! Not to worry, they both arrived in the same package. I wonder if I can reclaim the second p&p.

I placed an order on 14th January. It was apparently despatched on 16th January via tracked service 48hr Royal mail. On the link sent there is no more information than to confirm the parcel had been sent. To date I have not received the parcel. There seems to be no telephone number for this company and so I have sent two emails neither of which have been replied to. Great care needed in dealing with this company.

My delivery of my order from UK Herbals has so far taken 6 whole days, it has only just arrived.

I needed the herbs urgently for a serious health condition. I consulted with a herbalist online last night and he needed me to have the herbs in my hands. But they did not arrive in time.

That is why I decided to pay the top rate for "Courier Delivery", on your form. It was not labelled Royal Mail, I would not have paid the top rate. I presumed it was a proper courier like DHL etc etc

The Post office must have informed UK Herbals that there would be a big delay due to the d postal strike but you still sent it with the Post Office knowing that the 48 Hour would not be fulfilled.

I would like a full refund please on the postage cost. Please let me know what you can do to compensate me.
