I had to replace a bedroom window - it was old, it had a failed seal and moisture was coming in. I reached out to 3 installers. Cost wise, two were similar including Toronto Doors and Windows. The third one was 3x the cost. I decided to go with Toronto Doors and Windows. I gave them the measurements and they gave me a quote. In a couple of days, they came to verify the measurements. They were on time.

I was told the Window would be ready for installation in 4 weeks. Around 4 weeks later got a message with an installation date and time. The installer was also here on time. He put floor protectors and completed the job without any fuss.

They were cost effective, punctual and the installation was clean. Hence, I would recommend them without hesitation. I now hope the window will last for many years. And if there is a problem I am confident that will get the necessary help. If not, I will update my review here.

started shopping around for window companies in May. I solicited quotes from four companies, and was most impressed by Vitallii, the sales rep from Toronto doors and windows

for his professionalism, and attention to my needs. Super nice person, and not at all pushy!

Toronto Doors and windows installs windows from Vinylguard, which according to my research is a recommended window manufacturer (read thru the window forum on redflagdeals).

I was invited to visit the viynlguard showroom, and again were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy that was extended to us.

At the showroom, we were greeted by a person from the VinylGuard management team, and Arash from Toronto Doors (super nice person ). Both made every effort to address all our questions.

We left the showroom with good vibes about dealing with Vinylguard and Toronto Doors and Windows.

An important thing in selecting the window company is the installer. I did not want to use a company that subs out the work to different contractors. I was specifically

looking for a company that uses the same install team for all their projects. Toronto doors and windows I believe uses one of three teams for their doors and window projects.

Kyle being one of the teams, I believe has been with Toronto doors and windows for around 10 years. This was important to me, and was the team I requested for my installation.

Approx 6-8 weeks elapsed between when I signed the agreement until the actual installation date. Between that time, Arash was responsive to my query for updates regarding the installation date.

On the installation date, Kyle and his team arrived, and showed great care for my home; all work areas was protected with drop cloth and swept clean at the end of the day.

This was a four day installation; every day I would follow up with Kyle with any concerns, which were promptly addressed. On one occasion, I noticed missing Caulk

around the brick of two windows, and marked it with a pencil. Surprisingly, without me asking this was taken care of.

Kyle and his team were fantastic; they went over and above the call of duty, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your installation

Very good experience working with Toronto Doors and Windows to replace a garage door with a four-panel sliding patio door on a garden shed. Recently had Toronto Doors and Windows replace 13 windows in my home. They were responsive but not at all pushy, willing to answer questions and revise the quote many times to meet my needs as we went through the process. They were direct and honest about the lengthy supply chain delays that would mean waiting many weeks for the windows to arrive, but when they arrived weeks early, they were prepared to work around my schedule to get them installed.

Come install day, the crew was on time and prepared. They were knowledgeable about the challenges of working in an older Toronto home, including dealing with plaster walls. They worked quickly and efficiently, working around my cats without complaint, and cleaning up thoroughly behind themselves. They completed the job on schedule in two days, save for some small plaster repairs which needed dry time, so they returned a couple of days later to complete that.

There was a small issue with a rebate which they sorted out quickly, including voluntarily refunding me a small amount as a result of a misunderstanding, which they owned entirely from the jump. The communication was excellent throughout, and everyone I dealt with was polite, positive, and friendly. The new windows look fantastic, both inside and out, and I'm very happy with the work they did. Highly recommend!

Really easy experience, the installation team was great.

This company quoted a replacement of our front door & framing. They warned us of manufacturing delays, but the door arrived a month early. The install team was fast, efficient and really friendly. We had one small issue with a piece of weatherstrip about 2 months after install. I phoned them, they were out in a week to replace, no hassle, no charge. Go with this company, you will not be disappointed!

Due to timing, we used other services in the end... but just wanted to point out the professionalism of this company regarding their customer service. Completed online form on work quote for 8 windows. Received call back within a few hours as I was completing detailed form and sending pictures. Received email the following day from a different sales person acknowledging receipt of my quote information and promising to provide my quote by end of business day. That was 7 days ago and still nothing further. Not a great experience and zero trust/confidence.

Their customer service was exemplary and we are very satisfied with our new patio door. They opened up the door area for us as well and removed and replaced rotten wood we were unaware of. I would highly recommend.

Given it was the peak of the pandemic in Toronto it was hard to vet companies to replace two sets of doors in our home. I liked how responsive Toronto Windows and Doors was right from the beginning and that continued throughout the order and install process. Chad & his team were a pleasure to deal with. We had two sets of doors to replace in our new home and Chad took lots of time to guide me on the best choice and options available. The estimated wait time from order to install was kept and the install team led by Kyle was efficient and quick. Kyle even ensured extra spray foam was done around the new doors where it had previously been lacking. He is very knowledgeable and ensured everything was done properly. We are really happy with our new doors and couldn't recommend Chad and his team enough!

We used Toronto Doors and Windows for a few projects - from simple window replacements to expanding the size of our front windows and back doors - and have been very happy with them. We spoke to a few different companies for some of the bigger projects (something about the idea of cutting holes into our newly purchased house had me a little nervous), and the difference in knowledge, expertise and professionalism between companies was unmistakable. It was obvious that Kyle and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, that they did this work all the time, and that, no, in fact, my house would not cave in on itself if we cut a 6 foot hole in it to brighten up our living room.

Communication was efficient, the work was great, and they even went to the trouble to matching the trim of our new window to the rest of the house, allowing us to keep a bit of the architectural charm of our 100 year old house.

We replaced almost all of the windows in our semi-detached home. Kyle and his team were so professional. They did a great job from coming into the home during COVID to measure, as well as the final installation. They answered all our questions. Kyle and his crew were great. The patio door and basement window look fantastic and work so smoothly. They patiently answered my questions and did such an amazing job. Even though they arrived later than anticipated, they did not rush to get the job done by a certain time (especially for a Friday afternoon). I was really impressed with the work that Toronto Doors and Windows Company did for us. We needed to have three windows replaced within a very tight timeline (we had a baby on the way), and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule. Vlad was very helpful over the phone, and coordinated the entire project efficiently. The quote we received was lower than ones we received from two other companies, and the whole operation was seamlessly organized. I would definitely recommend Toronto Doors and Windows Company, and plan on using them again for any additional windows we need replaced.

Hoping to maintain the architectural integrity of our 1920s house and retain our historic windows, I was in touch with this company about simply replacing the storm windows. They recommended removing the old entirely and offered no solutions that would retain the character windows which we are carefully trying to protect and preserve. Other companies were more helpful. :(

Super happy with Toronto Windows and Doors. They respond quickly, have very competitive pricing, they do a great job, and have fantastic customer service. We just had an issue with a door they installed two years ago (frost related), so I called them. Not only did they respond quickly, but they addressed me by name and knew exactly what job I was referring to. And yes, they fixed it within a couple of days!
