I ordered the stroller and car seat combo
back in November. I gave birth in December.
When it was time to come home from the
hospital, I was told that the car seat doesn't
pass inspection. It's a 3 hardness but a 5
hardness is required to pass inspection. Do
NOT PURCHASE this product!!! I had to purchase a new car seat after spending $299
on this mess!!! I emailed Steanny and they
were rude, not once apologized for selling
something they KNOW will not pass inspection
and basically started ignoring my emails.
They said it was past the 15 day return. They know it's impossible to return because who
will wait right before giving birth to purchase
one of the most important items their child
needs. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
