This time I ordered personalized Roman blinds: the order was completed and sent on the agreed date, the blinds are carefully made (thanks to Mrs. Natalia!), and the material itself is beautiful and wonderful to the touch. Despite shipping abroad, the blinds arrived in perfect condition, properly packaged. I haven't installed the blinds yet, but the mechanism seems durable and very simple to operate. I like that the elements mounted to the wall/ceiling are not permanently attached to the mechanism, so you can freely space them out and drill them in the right place as needed. I recommend!❤️

The delivery took a very long time (almost 20 days) and was only expedited and shipped after my written complaint.

Despite the very high price, the quality did not convince me at all.

The knots of the cords for the lifting mechanism had mostly come loose during transport and will certainly not hold up during normal operation.

I have to see if I repair this myself and modify it for continuous operation, or send everything back to the manufacturer.

The linen fabric of the Roman blinds arrived very wrinkled and the desired fold edge was not sufficiently ironed, so it will not fold properly at this edge.

On one of the blinds, the screws on the metallic hanging mechanism were already moved, leading to damage to the paint. Probably due to incorrect assembly or possibly a customer return.

All in all, very unsatisfactory and therefore I cannot recommend it at all.
