We replaced a very old garage door with a new door, capping, and a garage door opener. Every part of this process was smooth and easy. Michelle, in the office, was a total sweetheart incredibly patient, always got back to me on time, was never pushy, and responded to my indecision and constant updates without any hint of irritation, though I must have changed my mind fifteen times.

Michael, who gave us the quote, was timely, friendly, helpful, and patient. He took the special needs of the residents into consideration.

The door was ready to install within the predicted window of time. I do not recall the names of the installers, unfortunately, but they were also incredibly friendly and good-natured. They arrived on time and worked hard throughout, and were also very considerate of the residents at the house. When the resident some trouble with the keypad, they came back to the property and instructed them on how to use it again-- even though the error was on the side of the resident, they did not make her feel bad, and just coached her through it.

The price for the service was more than fair, and I am very happy with the product and the end results overall. I would definitely use Smart Doors' services again.

I found the company via a Facebook ad. The pricing was $300 to $400 cheaper than other quotes I had received. Michelle was friendly over the phone. She provided additional information that I was looking for and responded quickly via Telephone and e-mail. Once the order was placed, the doors were delivered from the manufacturer within 15 days. Then I got a call to schedule the installation. On the scheduled day, Micheal arrived with the doors and completed the installation and the clean up within 4 hours. Micheal tested the doors after installation to make sure they worked properly, and re-installed the garage door opener. He cleaned up and took away all the garbage. The overall experience from end to end was very professional, courteous and pleasant. I wish I could get that kind of service from everyone. I highly recommend Smart Doors. Thanks.

I was referred to Smart Doors by my brother-in-law, who uses them for most all of his houses as a residential custom home builder. Not only did Michael, the owner, give me a better price on the same door system as a major garage door supplier I had contacted, but he was incredibly responsive via text when I had questions about my choices or the quote. Michael and his installation team just completed my dual 8'x7' R-16.5 C.H.I. garage door install including 2 Chamberlain belt drive openers I had purchased myself for a great price from Costco, as well as aluminum capping around the doors and a custom piece on top of each door. It was clear these guys had a "ton" of experience installing doors, as they got right to it and didn't stop until they were satisfied with the job about 6 hours later. Michael stayed to the end and waited for me to return from a family issue for final inspection. The entire experience - from choosing door styles to installation - was easy and executed flawlessly, for a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael and his team for garage door solutions. Now I just have to wait for a new entry door and shutter painting to match!

Wow amazing

My garage door spring broke last week on a day that was -30 . Mike sent one of his technicians out right away to replace it.

Not inly did his tech come during a snow storm but he was ontume quick and never complained once about how cold it was. I will be calling them back very soon to have new doors put in.

We have a tough project and I got referred to Michael at smart doors, they are very friendly and the service quality is very good. Our garage has very low ceiling makes it so difficult to install the normal garage door opener, I searched a product on the market that can convert the garage door so that there is enough clearance to install the opener, Michael did the project for us, now we have openers in this 50+ years house! I’m Very satisfied!
