The food is also average, but the homemade scrambled eggs for breakfast make up for the small shortcomings. The service is okay. Overall, I recommend it.

We were there for the weekend, a group of friends with children. This is already our third stay and definitely not the last. Overall, a very pleasant hotel, mainly due to the surroundings, cleanliness, beautiful room decor, and the entire hotel, and outstanding food (bread baked on-site and pistachio cheesecake, perfection). A huge plus is the possibility of staying with dogs, which have complete freedom to run around the property, applause to the owners for that. The ladies from the cleaning team are super nice, helpful, and smiling. Very nice lobby area, plus points for the available books and games and comfortable chairs for reading. But... the reception staff is strange because they seem polite but there was a sense of reluctance, and a certain air of certainty in their own opinions... a minus for the lack of the possibility to extend the hotel stay by about 2 hours (we wanted to stay for lunch and we couldn't) even though it was Sunday and there were no arrivals to our rooms. In other hotels, even 5-star ones, I have never encountered a similar problem when checking out on Sundays. Minus for dinner, very limited choice and apart from strange dumplings with chocolate, there was nothing for children (although we received cold cuts upon request) and the price was also not proportional to the food selection. Later in the evening, the kids were hungry, but there weren't even fries available for room service. Minus also for the price of alcohol at the bar, 50 PLN for a drink. Terrible smoke outside, probably from the smokehouse, which entered the rooms so it was impossible to ventilate. Overall, a nice hotel, but a few things need improvement. We will be checking it out ;)

A very good idea for organizing the whole thing, and as parents, we appreciate the idea of ​​animations for children, especially those that took place upon arrival and just before departure - they allowed us to check in and pack up just as calmly. A very pleasant, intimate swimming pool with saunas. My wife also had a massage once again and came out delighted. We have a small suggestion regarding Santa's visit - it would be good to let parents know that they should give one gift or one bag of gifts to the common Christmas tree - otherwise the whole thing will drag on mercilessly, and those who have thought about others will have to explain to their children that it is not like that that Santa Claus likes them less ;) Welcome horses - gifts for children - were a nice surprise. A bonfire was a good idea too. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the outdoor sauna - we'll make up for it next time. A big plus for cleanliness, very polite service and beautiful, well-kept grounds, as well as for the location in the forest, away from civilization. On our way back, we could see two elks feasting in the clearing. The only "downside" was the inability to extend our stay - our room had already been booked, so we had more time for dinner at the restaurant. Chef - outstanding! Congratulations to you for creating such a friendly place, we will come back.

The smoke from the hotel boiler room was uncomfortable for me and it took away the joy of going for a walk. In my opinion, a solution in which something that smokes is burned is unacceptable for such a class of facility nowadays. For this reason, even though everything else was really great, I probably won't come back to you.

Pool the size of the room, no jacuzzi despite assurances that there is one, it's good that it is close to Suntago, because it made up for the trip, but for the price of the hotel it was not what I expected. The price for dinner is a joke - PLN 120 with a small selection of dishes, it's a joke. Drinks in the restaurant cost PLN 40-50. The spa area was nothing fancy - only the prices were crazy. Finally, the receptionist was always dissatisfied and unwilling to help. The area around the hotel is also not interesting, maybe it's spring...

It's better in summer, but in winter there's absolutely nothing to do here. I definitely won't come back here. There are definitely better deals at this price.

A place worth recommending.

My stay at this hotel was full of contrasts. On the plus side, I include the nice atmosphere at the reception, which smelled pleasant, and the exceptionally tasty breakfast. The restaurant also maintained a high standard.

A big plus - the surroundings - forest, peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, negative experiences prevailed. Room no. 114 was absurdly small and had a window onto the main entrance to the hotel. Compared to the price of PLN 607, it is not worth its value. Additionally, I noticed a lack of general attention to the customer and details - the clock at the pool was not changed, there were no towels in the pool area. Cheap interior design and the swimming pool area, reminiscent of a Pepco store.

When booking, the option "hot tub/jacuzzi" is marked - this is not true, the swimming pool area does not have this option.

The staff seemed uninterested in guests' needs, highlighted by a corporate event taking place at the hotel without prior notice, resulting in constant noise near my room. A bit as if the hotel wanted to be for everyone - both for those looking for silence in the middle of nowhere, as well as for corporate events until 4 am.

To sum up, although the hotel has its strengths, the lack of attention to detail and customer service significantly influenced my overall assessment of the stay.

Unfortunately, despite telephone assurances that I would be able to follow a gluten-free diet (a health issue), upon arrival it turned out that the chef was unable to offer me anything and in fact no one cared that there were no restaurants or shops nearby.

I will definitely recommend the four-star hotel. there are only small minuses that there is no information in the room What time does breakfast start, what time is the restaurant open or how to use the swimming pool? This is a small minus, but I hope that the hotel will improve it and I am waiting for my next trip to your place, it will definitely be soon.❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The resort is very well located, not far from Warsaw, and yet you feel close to nature. There are plenty of ideas outside that will provide guests with many attractions during the day. In the morning, a wonderful breakfast, with a rich selection of salads, freshly baked bread and pressed juices, and for the youngest, waffles and fruit. In the evening, very well-selected dishes on a buffet table accompanied by live music. You can end the day at the bar, tasting your own liqueurs and receiving very friendly service. I felt very good there. Additionally, you can use the fireplace, even if it rains, and a wood-fired sauna, apparently imported all the way from Finland. Additionally, after the session, you can jump into the outdoor pool and look out at the sky full of stars. And if that wasn't enough, you can take advantage of massages in the SPA part, where, in my opinion, the moonstone massage is the best.

Breakfasts and dinners are varied, if you want scrambled eggs, you will get them with the additions of your choice. Oatmeal ? No problem.

The ladies serving the dishes were pleasant and cheerful, spending many hours on their feet in silence.

The pool is a bit small, but we had a low occupancy so everything was fine.

If you want to take a break from the noise and big cities, go there, it's quiet and peaceful :)

Our stay in Santa was one of the most successful we have organized so far. We will 1000% come back!

A very pleasant place. Huge area, beautifully decorated. Great emphasis on greenery and nature. An additional attraction are animals running around, like a mini zoo. You can rest and relax. Fields and forests around. The access roads may surprise you, but you can find them. Beautiful hotel interior. Finishing with the greatest care. And all this between Łódź and Warsaw, close to the A2 motorway. I recommend!
