One of the worst experience we had.We had a trip from Madurai to Coimbatore
1) We had booked Seltos and Creta but on reaching they gave us Triber and Venue. They gave us very lame excuses but as we had already paid the amount we ended up taking it.
2) The coolant started leaking on the way we were stranded for hours in the middle of nowhere, the customer care kept hanging up on us, they asked us to pay to the mechanic which they said would get refunded but that never happened.
3) The Fast tag wouldn't work and we ended up paying double amount at every toll, we did not receive that amount as promised
4) On dropping the car they made us wait for 2 hours , we had a flight and they just kept saying the amount will be credited to our account . After much wait and shouting they gave us the amount . As it was a huge amount we couldn't trust that they would send the amount to our account .
We left feeling very bad about the whole thing . It all seems like a scam now. Also the reviews we read people have similar experience . I am writing this down so that it can help people , I wish we could do something to shut this scam down and nobody has such frustrating experience and loss of money on such a trip planned.

Onroadz cars are a waste and full of fraud.. if you book there I'm sure you definitely endup in paying some unexpected extra amount to them.
Booked Glanza for 2days commute through onroadz(they don't have online and everything is offline). Went to collect the car they took 1:30mins for paperwork(ground location staff is the worst & they don't care, rude behaviour). The process is very bad and everything is offline which can take 1hr min. for security deposit they are asking for 2 signed blank cheques which is crazy.
In return time, the ground person(named akon, one of worst/rude guy) found that there is minor scratch(might be due to speadbreakers) on bottom/under the car and says to go to showroom and fix the scratch by yourself (or) pay 4500/- for such a minor bottom scratch(not even clearly visible). it's for sure the scratch might be there before they give it to me. i checked 360 degrees but didn't check the bottom and that's my mistake. Basically they want extra money for no reason.
To discuss this case, when I called the booking person & some other higher persons and they were saying to deal with ground people, they were not at all supportive. Please don't talk to higher people when you are in this kind of situation, it will get even worse.

My advice for management is to proactively work with ground staff(teach them how to receive customers) and understand what's happening there. Try to help customers for a seamless experience.
