A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. But that was the only positive thing.
The welcome at the reception was anything but nice. Without smiling, just following the motto quickly quickly and leave me alone.
Room service was catastrophic. The first day was still okay, on the second day only the bathroom towels were thrown on the bed (bed not made), also the dishes from 2 days ago were still there as they were, even though every time we hung signs asking for cleaning. After complaining at the reception, the lady asked me if I wanted a special cleaning?? My answer was please just clean the room normally as it should be done.
Only after a nice conversation with Bartek did everything work out. Bartek, the rest of the staff should learn from you how to deal with guests. Unfortunately, the beds were also super uncomfortable and the mattresses were sagging.
The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the neighbors.
Dinner was only until 7 pm. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good. Less variety and tasteless (you could eat better at a canteen). The service at dinner was also not good. It wouldn't hurt if the staff asked the guests if they might want some wine.
In comparison, breakfast was very good but 2 working coffee machines are simply not enough for the number of guests.
