Cleanliness in the rooms average. The crib for the baby was dirty, the child's bedding had a hole. Breakfast had a rather limited selection, few vegetables, and the sweets were also of poor quality. The a la carte dinner also disappointed us somewhat (6 adults, so a considerable variety of dishes).

We had a very pleasant time. Despite the heavy traffic, as it was during the May weekend, the service was top-notch. From the moment we entered, we felt cared for. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast with quite a large selection of food, as well as comfortable and spacious rooms that are clean and modernly furnished. The SPA area also met our expectations. We were mainly focused on relaxation and additionally exploring the area with a short walk in the mountains. Everything turned out to be fantastic!

During the entire stay - 6 nights, the room was not cleaned even once. Yes, cleaning can be requested, but you have to inform about it. When I asked for a towel change, I had to go to the reception myself because the service starts at 1:00 PM. The trash in the kitchenette and bathroom was not emptied throughout our stay. The hotel accepts pets and charges a significant fee of 120 PLN per night, regardless of the dog's size, yet the service did not vacuum the floors even once. The dog sheds fur and brings in sand on its paws, all of which stays on the floor and gets airborne every time the terrace door is opened. Dear Sir/Madam, either do not charge such a fee, or at least vacuum the rooms every other day, or leave a broom in the room so we can clean up ourselves. The kitchenette does have instant coffee, a kettle, and tea, but only wooden spoons. When I asked for a plate, I was told: "We do not provide porcelain in the room." Two attempts at ordering from the menu in the hotel restaurants were disappointing; we had tastier meals at nearby diners. The price per night is definitely not proportional to the quality received by the guest. I definitely do not recommend.

In the bed, we found a fake eyelash, which I don't wear. In the bun and eggs, there were shells. And we didn't even get to the outdoor hot tubs in the wellness area. Given the hotel's capacity, the wellness area should be larger so that guests aren't crowded. Therefore, the price-performance ratio for us is average. Thank you for the stay.

The area is more adapted for children than adults and is very crowded during the day. Besides, interesting location, great views, and excellent access right to the facility. The concept is very well thought out, and the interior is beautifully finished. Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfasts.

I rate the room standard as a plus. We used the junior Suite option - in the hotel part, which consists of a living room, bedroom, and bathroom - very spacious, although I missed having a larger and lockable wardrobe. For three nights we managed, but if it were a longer stay it could be a bit problematic for us. Breakfasts tasty, although I have been in hotels with a larger selection. Basically, the same thing served every day. The pool is okay, although small, not much for children besides a paddling pool. Another downside is that we take wet towels with us, there is nowhere really to dry them, and room cleaning is on request. Besides, there is a small room for paid games.

The food is very good. The treatments as well. It is disappointing, however, that you need to have cash or a card with you. You cannot add the cost of the treatment to the room bill and settle it at check-out.

The negative rating concerns the hotel room.

We purchased a larger room. It turned out that there are two rooms, i.e., a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The first disappointment. The next was the view from the room and bedroom. We purchased a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It turned out that the rooms are only equipped with narrow doors leading to the balcony. No view at all. The room should rather be sold as facing the lake and mountains. From the room, due to limited glazing, neither the mountains nor the lake could be seen.

Walls stained. In the bedroom, a cracked wall. In the morning, very low water pressure in the shower and the faucet. The bar holding the glass shower partition was loose. The whole glass was shaky. The bathroom drain was damaged. Overall, the room was terrible. The bathrobe was dirty…

We had room 2215. We do not recommend it. Solely due to the standard, shortcomings of the room. We will not choose it a second time.

If someone is looking for a comfortable hotel in a secluded place with a charming view, this is a good suggestion. The rooms are clean, spacious (we had a living room plus bedroom option), what I missed was a lockable wardrobe. In the bedroom, there was basically only a bed, and the rest of the space was unused.

The breakfasts are fine, I've been to hotels with a larger selection, but there's nothing to complain about here either. The pool is okay, although for children there is a small paddling pool and no more attractions. What distinguishes the hotel are the really beautiful views of the reservoir and the Karkonosze Mountains. The price of the hotel itself - well, it depends on the weekend. While the price was "bearable" the weekend before the long May weekend, a few days later the price tripled - I wouldn't decide on that. But the hotel's occupancy is high, hence probably such a decision. With higher occupancy, there may be a problem with parking spaces - the spaces are quite narrow, so many guests park over the lines, and in this way, "reduce" the number of places. The staff is very nice - I have nothing to complain about here. We thank you very much for the hospitality.

If I'm to be honest, I'm not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. On the plus side, the decor is great, the whole hotel looks beautiful, and it also has beautiful views of the lake and mountains. However, the biggest downside is the crowding and noise, mainly felt in the wellness area. The pool area is repeatedly too small compared to the number of people in the hotel. For me, there's no way to relax in such a crowd. There's also no chance to use the jacuzzi since they are occupied from morning till evening. Some people give up on using the area because of the crowd present. I feel like I completely missed out on the main attraction of the hotel, which seems to be the wellness area. Another issue that led to my negative opinion is the behavior of the waitress with black hair, who has been mentioned several times in Google reviews. She allowed herself to laugh out loud when we placed our order and did not want soup, only the main course. Later, she also clearly showed her displeasure with our presence, which led us to skip lunches at Cicha Woda in the following days. The third issue, the least important, is the poor equipment in the rooms, lacking smart TVs, a wine opener, bottles, a dustpan, and other small items that make the stay easier. I could list more minor details (e.g., depleted batteries in the remote control), which, however, combined, make me feel irritated instead of relaxed. In such a place, I would like to feel that everything is well thought out and refined. There is still much to improve here.

This is a truly fairy-tale located facility with a great neighborhood (Henryk's palace and water) but for complete happiness, maintaining the standard of service quality is essential; glasses, bottles, or cups from the pool are only cleaned when the lady bartender passes by (we noticed over 3 days that she was the only engaged service employee outside the hotel) to the restaurant, which causes them to accumulate for hours by the jacuzzi; the lifeguard is not interested in ensuring that equipment (shower, etc.) is used to drain water after exiting the outdoor sauna, but also lies under his feet with an empty cup; the pool area or bathrooms require regular wiping otherwise the accumulating water is not so much dangerous as simply unpleasant; room cleaning is done at the guest's request which should be clearly communicated during check-in; restaurant service ranges from extremely professional, inviting waiters (Friday evening) to ladies who seem moderately interested in guests, and for example, not wiping down tables at all (Sunday evening).

An additional restaurant for those staying longer is a great option, and the possibility to make sausages on a fire🔥

The view from the hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are well-kept, but it would be nice if the staff informed guests that they need to request towel changes in advance at the reception (why is there a "please change towels" sign to hang on the door handle if you have to request it at the reception, a very strange practice for a hotel). Hotel, rooms, and the entire resort are beautiful and clean. In a great location. The food is also excellent and fresh. Only the service in the main restaurant is unpleasant and acts as if you are not there. There is a lack of drinking water and any refreshments by the pool. You have to go to the main restaurant, where bathrobes are banned and the staff is annoyed that you even show up. There are missing sheets or towels. Dinner only until seven and otherwise you are out of luck.

The hotel is very nice, clean, luxurious. What I would criticize was the bed, which moved with every other movement, and the noise from the street, which was sometimes disturbing at night. The service worked great, just we were disappointed that in this period when the pool bar is not yet operational, there is a drink menu in the wellness zone, but no service, and when you go to order a drink from the restaurant, the staff does not seem too thrilled and for me personally, it was also quite uncomfortable to go get drinks. As for the location, the hotel is located by a large lake with a beautiful view of the mountains. You can enjoy this view directly from the wellness, both from the inside and the outside part. A small disadvantage in terms of location is the hotel's position on the other side next to the main road.

Very nice hotel. Top value for money. Clean spacious rooms and beautiful hotel grounds. Unfortunately, only two saunas. 2 indoor whirlpools and 2 outdoor whirlpools. 1 slightly larger indoor pool and an approximately equally large outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool and the two indoor whirlpools were closed for us. Due to construction work, it was also very loud, making relaxation not really possible. But all in all, a recommendation.

Reporting of construction repairs (and restrictions in the wellness area) the evening before the customer's departure to Lake Hill.!!!! The customer is therefore unable to react in any way!!!!! We have a construction company and we know that these orders are placed at least a month or more before the work is carried out. This behavior is not decent from the management towards the customers!!!! The customer pays the full price for the complete service, which they do not receive.......... Otherwise, the regular staff is willing and helpful.

With my friends, we went to this hotel for the weekend. We had booked an apartment since there were 4 of us. With an apartment, one expects that the room will have at least two rooms, won't sleep on an extra bed, and will just be more spacious... none of that was met by the "apartment". We were all 4 in a small room, two of us had to sleep on a fold-out and not exactly comfortable couch, which we of course had to make up ourselves. For four people, there was one mini closet available, and the small kitchen didn't even have wine glasses. Due to the small room, we wanted to turn on the air conditioning, but it didn't work. The technician, who was sent to our room, told us that the whole building is set the same and it's not possible to use cooling in this period, we could only heat. We didn't have robes available in the room, so we went to the reception to ask for them. We were told that they are only for hotel guests. We said that we would happily pay for them, that it didn't bother us, but even that wasn't possible.. In the outdoor area, it was not possible to use the outdoor pool or sauna, outside there were only two mini hot tubs, which were permanently full. The indoor spa was also not much. Since nobody closes the doors to the saunas, you are constantly disturbed by noise from the pool and you are in the sauna as if on display, the same when you go to shower, everyone from the sauna watches you through the glass wall. Moreover, Poles do not know how to sauna at all..everyone goes into the sauna in swimsuits, so it's simply uncomfortable to undress and relax in peace. The peak of their sauna use, however, is that they do not shower after the sauna, but several people we saw headed straight to the indoor pool sweaty... something terrible! No one got us into the pool anymore. The price at the outdoor bar by the lake was exorbitant-for a strawberry Aperol spritz in a plastic cup they charged the equivalent of 270 CZK and for a Corona beer 120 CZK. The only positive points this hotel has are for the view of the Giant Mountains, the lake, and for the rich breakfast. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked by chance, and extremely positively surprised. Great value for money, very beautiful facility, magnificent view, spacious rooms, and everything clean. The service was first-class, there was a German-speaking employee who really took perfect care of us. We felt very comfortable. The beds were also perfect, not too soft and not too hard. Only the breakfast we unfortunately overslept. The pizzeria has excellent food, here the service was not perfect though. How can one constantly walk past a table on which empty glasses stand. . . Even when ordering new drinks, the empty glasses were left standing ;-)

In short, would love to come back anytime!!!

Every corner perfectly cleaned - clean and fragrant. A great place for a trip with kids. The views are really impressive. It's beautiful here. I'm surprised by the large selection at the buffet. Delicious breakfasts. The service is medal-worthy - very professional and cares about maintaining a calm, intimate atmosphere of this place. A large terrace where you can spend whole days 😉 Gym and pool are big advantages of Lake Hill.

The area is beautiful, a perfect place for walking. A wonderful place to rest, a wonderful SPA zone. There is a beautiful scent in both the common areas and the room. Very nice service, paying attention to the needs of Guests. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was very tasty. The breakfast buffet is really plentiful. We highly recommend this charming and peaceful place, friendly for children and pets. Peace and quiet, immersion in nature, nothing remains but to rest and relax.

It is clear that this is a new facility. It is very clean and tidy. The hotel has beautiful views. Perfect location! Delicious food. It's worth paying extra for dinner. The pool is of a considerable size. It's nice that there is also a pool for children. Great service, you can tell that people working here are passionate.

Everything at the highest level.

A great hotel with a very beautiful location. The pools in the spa area were a bit too cold for our taste and the gym is great, however, some equipment needs to be repaired.

There was a huge selection at breakfast, also for vegetarians and vegans. Unfortunately, the veggie version was somewhat missing from the dinner menu.

When we were there, it was so stormy that the electricity and eventually the hot water went out for a long time. Unfortunately, there was no compensation in any way, which I find very unfortunate and brings minus points in the service area.

The room was beautifully furnished, with a beautiful view! Despite some minus points, we felt comfortable.

Large selection of food for breakfast. They have a wide bar offer and a considerable selection of wine. The location makes a big impression. The views from the window are breathtaking. A wonderful place to relax. A balcony with a view of the mountains brings total chill. Clean, neat, and pleasant.❤️
