The bed was very comfortable, so you will sleep well on it. The room was modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful! The entire hotel staff was accommodating during our stay. A big plus of the hotel is breakfast and dinner. The food is absolutely excellent! The location is absolutely stunning and the view is simply charming.

We arrived, rooms were mistakenly assigned to us first, we were told that some were already taken, which was not true, later that day it turned out that we had to leave due to the death of a close person, the stay was paid for so in order not to lose too much we said that we would leave the hotel the next day and friends would come on Monday in our place, I made sure several times that everything would be arranged correctly, the lady said that we had to check out and she would register other people, I gave names and surnames, but wait a minute, I said that if I check out, everything might be lost... so I did not agree to it, they can only do it when the people arrive in our place because the stay was already paid for. Friends arrived, there was a big confusion because no one knew anything... so a little mistake in terms of reception organization...

The reception and restaurant staff are very nice. No problem with finding a parking spot, which is very important! Delicious food, tastes even better than it looks! The hotel is in a great location. From Kazalnica hill, you can see the Sokole Mountains and the Jelenia Góra Valley. Very pleasant place, all nooks are perfectly clean.

The rooms look beautiful, they are large and spacious. A large parking lot is a great thing. We had no problem with parking. Peace and quiet - wonderful. Very easy access and wonderful views from the windows.

There is a rope park on the premises. We were here in the summer season, the children were delighted! Delicious breakfasts. Bistro Kazalnica offers really tasty food. Wonderful location in the Karkonosze Mountains. Peace and quiet. We felt very comfortable at Hotel Kazalnica. We didn't lack anything. It's worth taking the option with breakfast, because it's delicious. The rooms still smell new. It's really clean and pleasant. Professionals work here who know their stuff and know how to take care of guests.

Overall, mostly positive. Only 2 negatives for the treadmill in the cardio zone, which was very loud in rooms closer by. This was inconvenient, especially when some athlete started training at 7 in the morning. And the second negative for monotonous food. After 2 days, it was already clear what would be served on the 3rd day for breakfast, and for dinner, there was a lack of some products to make a light sandwich. More like dinners and rather monotonous like breakfasts. But overall, a positive experience despite these 2 negatives.

No, listen, 150 or even more 2, 3, 4-bed rooms and a cafeteria for 50 people. After all, the point is not to wake up at 7 during vacation/holidays to make it in time for breakfast. Lunch-dinner and again a queue and again waiting, and from 99 PLN per person. Will you eat for 99 PLN in a restaurant? Maybe in the best ones you will wait and spend, but here just regular fries and nothing special. The architect was probably drunk when designing.
