There is no hotel service - cleaning and replacement of towels/bed linen, but at the reception you can get fresh towels if you ask, I think also bed linen. The apartments on the south side on the ground floor are a bit dark - a slope and trees directly outside the windows, but it didn't bother us - we left in the morning and returned at dusk. A facility worth recommending.

The room was not cleaned throughout our stay, we had to ask for clean glasses at the reception. "Artisan breakfasts" mean daily scrambled eggs and sausages. Not very diverse, far from unique. No water for breakfast. A big minus was the inability to drink coffee outside breakfast - the bar was closed despite a large number of guests (good thing there is a better hotel around the corner). The swimming pool that is on offer is one kilometer away. To sum up - it wasn't bad, because the room was cozy and comfortable, but it wasn't enough to come here again.
