The hotel and everything else was wonderful, but with a small exception. I was there for a weekend with my children. Unfortunately, in the jacuzzi located outside, there were naked men bathing. Exactly!!!!!! I was sitting in the jacuzzi with my children and naked men joined us. I have nothing against it, but there should be information somewhere that it is a place for nudists, but unfortunately, there was none. The situation repeated itself throughout the whole weekend, so I don't know if it is a hotel for children?

Nice service. I was not disappointed in them when I needed help. Clean and well-equipped room. The sea is literally a minute away from the hotel. There is a road through the forest to the beach. The room was very well soundproofed. Big plus for that. A very wide selection of dishes for dinner meant that everyone found something for themselves. With such long distances to the parking lot, constant help with luggage seems necessary, especially for the elderly.👍️🚀💯❤️

I believe that part of the service (staff) is below the standard / aspirations of the hotel, examples:

- poorly oriented and poorly organized reception - not paying attention to clients, lack of queue management (e.g., separating short simple matters from complaints, payments, explanations), "not noticing customers"

- complete lack of care for regular customers (except for some individuals)

- the hotel could gain a lot, for example, by calling customers who do not check in on time on the day of arrival (some problems on the way).... leaving one pizza from dinner would cost the hotel nothing, and the impression would be colossal.

Wonderful staff, very helpful reception service. The bathroom is large and clean. The equipment was lacking nothing. Tasty and healthy. A large amount of vegetables and fruits at breakfast makes the meals not too heavy. Plenty of attractions on-site - swimming pool, saunas, beach bar, and great Spa.

The hotel's location near the beach, right in the forest. The SPA part is very cool, especially the outdoor jacuzzi, and the possibility of sauna sessions with an instructor. Excellent cuisine, tuna prepared on a dry grill pan is superb. Rooms in the new 5-star part are very spacious, beds very comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The bartenders know their stuff. What more do you need to rest well and take a break from everyday matters?

Despite daily reports, both apartments were terribly cleaned. In ours, the trash was literally thrown out and water was added, although the dishes were not always washed at all, the towels were not changed, there was a lack of toilet paper, not to mention the bed was not made properly, rather sloppily thrown together. Once we reported it at the reception, a boy came instead of the manager (unfortunately he did not come) and the boy said they have too much work and can't keep up, so it's not really their fault. He added water and coffee capsules, brought a roll of paper and left. That was the last roll we received, I will add that it was on the second day and we stayed for 5 nights. Shocking! We rented 2 apartments and have never experienced such a lack of respect for guests anywhere. Three stars only because the kitchen, bar, and reception were as good as always. Unfortunately, the cleaning was terrible. It's a shame that the hotel saves on this, both we and the other couple decided it was our last time. I will add that when we went down to the bar in the evenings, there were even anecdotes about the terrible room service. If it wasn't for the holiday season, we would most likely have ended our stay, unfortunately, we were with invited family so we endured it unnecessarily.

Overall, if someone is traveling with children, I really recommend choosing a hotel where the lobby bar and children's play area are next to each other, then everyone is happy. The hotel is really big, and without leaving it, you can really get your steps in :) I have positive memories of the trip, but I won't return. I recommend it.

The greenery around the hotel is well-maintained and pleasant to look at. We have been there several times, both in the summer when there are more people and in the winter, and we have never been disappointed. I don't know what it is... but there is some kind of "soul" in this hotel that doesn't allow us to give up on the idea of spending a few days there every quarter. It's just a shame that we live so far away...

Rooms with a sea view are beautiful, the food and selection are amazing. Family friends with four legs are welcome. Our 6-year-old's opinion: cool swimming teachers, cool lifeguards, cool bowling and playroom, there is a place where they make omelets and pizzas and there are always two types of soups :-)

Nice, clean and cozy rooms. The apartment was cleaned - a very pleasant place to relax. It's beautiful here! The hotel is almost on the beach, but away from crowded access points. It looks amazing. The staff takes care of guests' comfort. A big plus for that. The cuisine is not inferior at all, as it is really at a good level! Very pleasant spa, nice saunas and pool.

Varied breakfast, very high quality. Fruits and vegetables are included in the meals. A healthy diet at your fingertips. Brilliant location, there is where to take a walk and you can really relax.

I was delighted by the variety of dishes on the Swedish table. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere created by great people.

Regarding gastronomy - everything is delicious and fresh. The venue is very large, but due to the layout, you don't feel the number of guests. Great thing. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very professional. 😉 Beautiful place, picturesquely located and literally right by the Baltic Sea. It was really clean.
