I've been there for the 3rd time. Breakfasts great! Fantastic location.

A decent place with good cuisine and long open bars.

A very nicely located hotel, right on the shore of the lake. Rooms on level -1 have direct access to an individual terrace by the water. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a nice location, there is plenty of space to walk, but it is also close to the Old Town. Very good breakfast, very clean rooms, and the swimming pool was also very clean. Nice spa area, mini gym with everything you need. A huge plus is the very nice service (from the housekeeping ladies, through the restaurants, spa, reception, everyone is really helpful and cordial). The hotel accepts pets and you feel that they are really welcome.

On the downside:

Soundproofing the rooms, plus things kept breaking down, traffic jams, etc

Teenagers running wild in the corridor right next to the reception until 1 a.m. Thanks to this, half of our floor was awake on the night of November 3. Only after the intervention at 00:40 it was a little quieter, unfortunately no one from the reception responded earlier. The intervention ended with revenge and banging on the door at 1:30.

Total chaos in the playroom, children aged 11-15 are making a mess there, so younger children have no chance to play.

Dinners could definitely be better. The dishes are dry, over-salted, no rice, groats or even bread. Only potatoes to choose from. There are no options for vegans or vegetarians. Salads are not replenished, only one appetizer to choose from. Only the soups were really tasty. And what was probably the worst was the constant lack of food, I attach photos.

To sum up, we will definitely come back, but we will choose rooms much further away, and probably without half board ;-)

A hotel where you can really relax! Very nice staff, beautiful surroundings, Lake Ukiel is wonderfully developed for walking and recreation - piers, piers, beaches, walking and cycling paths. The hotel itself is clean, modern and hospitable. Breakfast has everything :) and you can also come for breakfast several times, e.g. when you want to drink coffee or have something to eat. Swimming pool - warm water, huge jacuzzi, paddling pool, great sauna. There are beds in the rooms - you can get a great night's sleep, there are children's bathrobes. In addition, there is a fully open playroom, a new playground and games room, and a beach covered with white sand. The kids didn't want to leave.

We booked room for weekend. Place has everything you need for good time, specially if you are with kids. Kids room like new, also they hade program of entertainment for kids ( movie with popcorn).

Nice pool area, they have accessories for kids to swim.

Breakfast is amazing- big choice and very good quality of products.

Area outside also is very nice with white sand like from some islands.

A very well-prepared center to handle large groups. There is the possibility of a master class with the chef, and eat here it is delicious.

This is a hotel with a capital H.

Hotel by the lake with a private beach, terrace, and comfortable rooms. A great place to relax, with a pool and sauna included in the price. For an additional fee, it's worth trying the SPA and professional massages. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food and drinks. I especially enjoyed the marinated and then baked salmon. It melted in my mouth. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here with my family for several years, a dozen times in total. The hotel maintains its standard. Everything here is at 5: service, location, breakfasts, spa area. There is a nice playroom, paddling pool and beach for children. I prefer the food in the Przystań restaurant, but the hotel one is also ok. I am always happy to recommend this hotel.

Awesome place! We stayed for a weekend with children and we sincerely recommend this hotel for a family trip. The children were not bored ;) there were always attractions, so the elderly could rest for a while.

The swimming pool, the beach with toys, the playroom, the games room which turned into a cinema room in the evening, even the mini square next to the hotel - everything was perfect.

Food - delicious and varied (we had breakfast and dinner), delicious Padthai and Proseco 🥂 on Saturday evening with live music was something we needed 😁

Service... - I have never experienced better! Everyone is nice, smiling, helpful, and at the same time super agile and fast 😅

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. Beautiful setting, right on the lake. We stayed in a room with lake views and terrace. Used the facilities of hiring a boat to go around the lake, stunning! You can also walk around the lake and there are a good number of locations to stop for lunch with a view!

Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, very good food, big + for tableware for children during breakfast.

In general, the hotel is very friendly to families with children, but the playroom is quite small and there is no pool with balls as in the photo in the offer.

The biggest minus were the parties in the restaurant... we were there for the weekend and there were parties on both Fri and Sat, but the rooms are not very quiet. This is probably the biggest minus of the entire stay.

Generally speaking, I still recommend it ;)

The food was really good, the service was quick and with a smile. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Pool and spaThe only minus is the price! Unfortunately, luxury costs money. After all, it's better to spend a weekend in luxury than a week in average standard. You have to try it at least once.

I love this hotel! Clean, atmospheric, quiet - perfect for a weekend :) The swimming pool is not very large, but because it is glass, it makes a great impression.

Great service, quite a large facility that deserves its stars and reputation. Good dinner and breakfast buffets, large selection of fresh dishes. Rooms are clean, minimalist, modern. Beautiful view of the lake. The private beach is small, but neat, clean and a pleasant place to spend time. The children's playroom has various activities for children, there is an animator, which is also a plus. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

Hotel in a very good location. The rooms are modern, although the pillows are too small for me and the fact that the double beds, except in the apartments, consist of two single beds.

The food at the Przystań restaurant is phenomenal, soups, dumplings, meat dishes - delicious taste.

This is the place where I feel at home. We've been there a dozen times. Always perfect food, peace and quiet, opportunities for walks. You can really relax here. Quite large, pleasing to the eye, interestingly and creatively designed and furnished.

An interior with an idea and "a lot going on", although the devil is in the details...

From the very entrance, right at the reception you can smell odors (of chlorine?) from the swimming pool area. When sitting in a restaurant (unfortunately) you can smell the smells coming from the kitchen.

The room was large and adequately equipped, but the bathroom was not completely clean - dirt in the corners of the shower, the toilet flush not working properly, a damaged waste bin, an "open" shower, a damaged cabinet under the desk - for a mini fridge.

Unfortunately, the rooms facing the tracks are not very soundproofed, and the passing trains (fortunately not very often) effectively drown out everything that can be heard. In addition, there are deliveries right outside the windows.

There is also a lot going on in the hotel restaurant. The swimming pool is large enough, but there is no jacuzzi. Cleanliness - acceptable.

Terrace on the lake side - very pleasant and large enough. The "beach" of a microscopic size, view of the marina - ok for me.

A big minus for the wasps around the terrace - in a facility of this class and boasting so many stars, I think you can expect the problem to be "resolved".

Breakfasts have a large selection, tasty, and availability until 11.00 is a plus.

A nice observation deck, although a bit forgotten and poorly lit.

In fact, what saves everything is the service - smiling, committed, helpful.

To sum up - quite good, although some things could be improved. Nevertheless, I recommend it.

Our first stay, but not the last. Great service at the reception, Port restaurant, but also in the house keeping service. Everyone was nice and smiling. Lots of things for children - a playground, a playroom with animators (greetings to Mr. Gosia and Ola), a sandy beach fenced with a net, a paddling pool with heated water... Very close to the Olsztyn City Beach. Breakfast - a large selection of items, also vegan and vegetarian stations. Everything is delicious and fresh. Dishes and fish dishes - poetry... The restaurant also serves delicious lunch dishes. I recommend.

Great hotel located right on the water. All standard rooms have the same decor and similar area. Some rooms have a view of the water. Equipment compliant with the 4* standard. Professional service. There is no problem with leaving things in the storage room in case of early arrival (before check-in time) or after check-out.

Everything is great, the pool, sauna are wet and dry, the breakfasts are very varied, the view from the pool is fabulously magical, but there is no beach or access to the lake to fully swim and relax

Przystan Spa could be a nice place if children were only allowed from, for example, 12 years old. Anyone who wants to read a book or have a normal breakfast in the morning will be harassed by screaming brats. This applies to the restaurant, the spa area and the lobby. Otherwise the hotel is great… potential with the service staff in the restaurant. Cleaning staff is very friendly.

A visit to the Przystań Restaurant, I recommend it. Wonderful zander with mushrooms and salmon tartare. Sushi very tasty and beautifully presented. A unique place and perfect for special events.

Przystań, a name like many in Poland. And the hotel was a big surprise. 4 stars is not just a symbol but an actual high standard. An additional advantage of this place is its picturesque location. Perfect for a stay with company, delicious food, you can relax, also actively.

We had the opportunity to taste two main courses and desserts. We were happy with the options we chose. We will come back again

Honestly? I have never had so much rest in one day! This is a shock.

My husband's birthday was a success - delicious chocolates and Prosecco were waiting in the room. The food was delicious, the room was spacious (Aqua), the view was amazing, the service was great. It's also great if you go with kids! Great fenced entrance to the lake and nice sand. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Breakfast for different tastes, there are 2 restaurants near the hotel, everything that was ordered was very tasty. The spa area is super, with saunas, a jacuzzi, a pool with a view of the lake. Rest for the soul and body.

A beautiful hotel in an atmospheric place. Lots of amenities for guests, delicious food. The only comment I have is about the spa, the ladies give the impression that the customer who shows money and who leaves money there is more appreciated 😌.

For 6 days of our stay, we could not ask for repairs to the electrical installation, namely: when the air conditioning was turned on, the electricity was reset from time to time, the light was switched on and everything was reset (the panel on the wall for settings). Children running and screaming after 10 p.m. are standard, and parties also happen. The room was large and spacious, the soap in the bathroom was too far from the sink. Paying extra for a room with a lake view meant a view of the bar and deckchairs, only when standing in front of the window you could see some water, and on the other hand, the proximity of the railway tracks. Generally, very poor soundproofing. Good for people who can sleep without earplugs anytime, anywhere.

I had the extraordinary pleasure of spending the night during a business trip. In short, the rooms, the kitchen, the swimming pool, the restaurant or the pier are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

The hotel has everything to collect your thoughts, rest, relax and return to your daily duties refreshed. The business trip was extremely successful, and I will return soon with my children, because the playroom will absorb even the most demanding children for a long time. I recommend! 😄❤️

I definitely do not recommend ordering dinner: Dishes like from a bad school canteen: over-salted soup, hard, tasteless fish, over-salted meat, trace amounts of salads. I ordered for a 5-day stay and it was not possible to cancel, only to change to the "short menu", which was very short: curry, curry, the only salad with meat. Meat very over salted. Rice and fish fillets from the previous days were also added to the curry. No options for vegans. Very poor for vegetarians: pasta, pasta, 1 fish. Breakfast was varied and very good. The room was rather neglected, there was no overhead lighting and it was dark: mini lamps by the bed and a lamp on the desk. Half the lights in the corridors are off and it's dark. The carpet in the hall has large stains. The mini beach is actually only for children, you can only enter the water up to your ankles. The room with a terrace advertised as having direct access to the lake is located next to the lake, but you can't go down to the lake because it is opposite the pier where motorboats sail, there are stones and seaweed in the water. There is a completely dried out thuja on the terrace.

I visited this hotel recently and I have mixed feelings about it. One of the greatest advantages of this place is its location on Lake Ukiel - absolutely beautiful views and the opportunity to relax on the water's edge are undoubtedly its advantages.

The advantage is that the hotel allows you to stay with a dog. This is a great solution for animal lovers who would like to take their pet on vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot hide the fact that my room left much to be desired. We were accommodated in the pet wing because we could often hear other dogs howling or barking. The room was not in the best condition and clearly needed updating.

I rate the breakfasts at the hotel very positively - they were tasty and varied, you could choose something different every day.

The bike rental option is a great idea. If someone likes active recreation, they will definitely appreciate this opportunity.

The proximity of the railway tracks did not cause any discomfort. The sound of passing trains was well muffled, which was a plus. However, one of the biggest problems was the large number of children during the holiday season and the lack of appropriate involvement on the part of some parents. This slightly disturbed the atmosphere of peace and relaxation.

The last thing that disappointed me a bit was the quite small parking lot for such a large facility.

To sum up, the location of the hotel on Lake Ukiel is really beautiful, and the option to stay with a dog is a big plus. Remote control in the room and tasty breakfasts also contribute to a positive experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and its equipment left something to be desired. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel offers a number of attractions that are worth taking advantage of during your stay at Lake Ukiel.
