Everything we tried was delicious and the breakfasts were always rich and fresh. Nice and efficient service, they listen to their guests very carefully. It's clean and fragrant, I give it the highest rating. An ideal place for mountain lovers.

For me, saunas and swimming pools are a great convenience. Four-star breakfast! Delicious lunch dishes at the Szyszka Smaku restaurant. Large parking lot. There was plenty of space to leave the car. The first impression was very positive due to the nice hotel service and friendly reception at the reception. I really liked that the rooms were cleaned every day. Intimacy above all. Perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet not too far from mountain trails.

A few steps to the ski lift and a few minutes by car to the lift to Kopa or Śnieżka. An ideal hotel for a family, the mountains are wonderful, you can spend time actively. We were there from October 5th to 7th. guest at the Hotel Greno. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The lobby, the guest room, the rooms and also the wellness area were clean and obviously newly renovated, the staff were always friendly, helpful and in a good mood. You never had the feeling that you were annoying in any way, but were always welcome. We were allowed to store our bikes in the existing ski room. The food was lovingly prepared and there was something for everyone.

If you're looking for something to complain about, you're sure to find some small detail. We liked it very much and can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. It's not such a huge hotel complex, but rather small and nice and just right for us.

There are disinfection stations, cleaning is done every day, so I rate it five stars. There was no need to worry about the car, the parking lot was large and the gate was closed at night. During breakfast, the only drawback was that one coffee machine did not work and the other one filled the cup only halfway, which led to long queues to the coffee machine because everyone made "double" coffee. Great location of the hotel, close to hiking trails (to Śnieżka) and ski slopes (Biały Jar, Winterpol). A ski room with access almost to the lower station of the ski lift. The employees of this facility care very much about their guests, are helpful and have a positive attitude. A small swimming pool, but available free of charge and without any restrictions. Showers in the pool area need repairs.

Hotel in a great location, comfortable apartments, delicious breakfasts (although the Jura coffee machine is missing, which has been replaced by another one :)), very good service, an intimate SPA zone and a swimming pool with all the amenities. I highly recommend it.

A good hotel. I spend five nights in a one person bedroom. That room was ok, interiour could use a slightly upgrade. Facilities are good! Nice swimmingpool, welness and massage, I have taken the latter on my last day. In front of the hotel there is a nice terace to sit for drinks or food.

Food: Breakfast excellent! Plenty of choices, delicious and during the days vatiation in the salads and cheese. Dinner: also very good! They serve rather huge portions for low price. For example the salads on starter menu: for some that will already be enough as maindish.

Staff: very friendly, very helpfull.

Location: rather high in the village, not too far from the center of Karpacz. For me more important the hotel is closeby startingpoints for the hikes to Sniezka mountaintop.

Amazing hotel in Karpacz, in a quiet part of town. In the summer, a great starting point for trips to the Giant Mountains. Parking right next to the hotel. Both receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, we agreed without any problems even without knowledge of Polish. The rooms are nice and clean. The wellness area with a pool, whirlpool and sauna is smaller, but quite sufficient, we were almost always there alone in the evening.

Amazingly varied breakfast, every day there was a homemade bun. Everyone really chooses. :-)

Excellent restaurant, large portions at a good price and menu in Czech. The best chicken salad I've ever had, it was just too much to eat. 😊

What to add, if we ever go to Karpacz again, only here, we don't need to try another hotel.

Absolutely amazing place. A short distance from the slopes, not far from the center. Beautiful clean rooms - daily cleaning, very quiet place. Clean smaller SPA-pool (you can swim against the current), jacuzzi, saunas available all day. The massage was pleasant, in a beautiful quiet environment. The best thing about the whole hotel is the restaurant - we have never eaten such great food at such an excellent price, very pleasant service, impeccable rich breakfast, good coffee. Parking right next to the hotel is included in the price, a very pleasant lady at the reception, the hotel's garden is beautiful. There was really nothing to complain about, you can get by with Czech, more complicated things are fine in English.

A few steps to the Winterpol ski lift and a few minutes by car or on foot to the Kopa/Śnieżka ski lift. I like and choose hotels where I can take my dog. Nice welcome, friendly service at the facility. The great advantage of the hotel is cleanliness in the room and throughout the facility. The breakfasts were fantastic and what a lot of choice? You can also order à la carte meals in the restaurant.

I highly recommend! The hotel is located in an ideal place when it comes to tourism, after a pleasant and long walk, it provides regeneration while using the saunas, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Delicious dinner, amazing tartare, dumplings with meat that are hard to forget!

Nice, clean, cozy, well-sounded, well-lit, pleasant hotel. With nice, nice, professional staff. Winter in the bathroom. The hotel has a dry, wet, infrared sauna (but I didn't understand it), a swimming pool, a jacuzzi. Customers are different. Most of them, after the sauna, do not go to the shower, but to the jacuzzi or the pool, polluting them. :( Delicious coffee in the lobby. The markup on alcohol is not big compared to Kyiv. Delicious breakfasts (buffet table). About 3 minutes to the lift.

Why 4 stars and not 5 for the room.

1. It's winter in the bathroom.

2. When you left the room and took the card that opens the door, all the lights and sockets turn off. You won't burn the number - that's good, but charging some device while you're gone somewhere won't work.

The water zone is quite poor. There are only two jets working in the jacuzzi. The rest of the hotel looks very luxurious.

First visit to this hotel and I don't understand why only 3 stars should be more. Location practically on the slope, already dressed and with skis we go down the street directly to the slope, rooms large, clean, cleaned every day, large swimming pool, spa, delicious food, nice service, I heartily recommend 😊

An extremely charming place to spend a family holiday in the mountains. A wonderful, intimate hotel located in the center of Karpacz, yet in a secluded place. Nice and friendly staff, hotel, restaurant and massage area. Clean rooms, a swimming pool and a Spa zone where everyone will find something for themselves. Varied breakfasts for everyone, small and large. The restaurant serves delicious dinners, so we ate only on the spot. Also worth recommending are massages performed professionally by a very nice lady. It was definitely not the last visit to this hotel, I will be happy to return there with the whole family.

Great location, cleanliness on "5", a very big plus is the possibility of arriving with a cat. Most hotels only accept dogs. The swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi are an added advantage. Varied and tasty breakfasts. An exceptionally spent weekend. Reception, breakfast and restaurant (bar) service excellent.

P.S. No need to look for a restaurant outside the hotel. It always seems that in a hotel restaurant it will be expensive, little and not very interesting. Nothing more wrong. The "Szszka Smaku" restaurant serves very tasty dishes, large portions, at affordable prices and smiling service. I recommend the baked pasta and the ribs which were finger licking.

This is not the first time we have visited Greno and we have not been disappointed yet. They take great care of the cleanliness of the hotel. Service very nice and helpful. The hotel has a great location right next to the slope, if there is snow, you can ski from the hotel to the ski lift ;) Breakfasts are very tasty and varied. We will definitely come back. Good location of the hotel near the cable car to Sněžka (but it is further to the center). Convenient parking. The downside is that the staff we met don't speak English, only Polish and German, but that's manageable. We would love to come back again.

Standard room, clean, very polite receptionists, breakfast buffet - varied and delicious 😄 location of the shot at "10", 15 minutes on foot and we are at the "Zbyszek" lift which will take us to Kopa, from where a walk to the Silesian House and then already a more demanding route to Śnieżka. Parking included. SPA zone, swimming pool, jacuzzi, for adults, not for small children, you have to go to the Aquapark. Overall, we recommend !!! 🤗
