The ideal location of the Hp Park Plaza hotel. A wonderful view from the window of the river and the Old Town. All the attractions of Wrocław are within walking distance. I really liked the fact that the rooms were cleaned every day. Above-ground and underground parking are subject to an additional fee, but this is standard in hotels in the center of Wrocław. After an intense day, you can relax in the hotel's pleasant SPA. The option of breakfast and the Panorama restaurant is very practical. Everything was delicious. Staff nice, friendly and always helpful. You can see that it's a good team.

Two tram stops from the market square, a dozen or so minutes' walk. Location right next to the river and Słodowa Island. Clean, well-equipped rooms. Breakfasts are great and varied (from scrambled eggs, ham and sausages, to pancakes, fruit, cakes and desserts). The food in the restaurant is great, I recommend salmon and tenderloin in boletus sauce - great!

Despite a request to the staff about the lack of shower gel for two days, the gel container was not refilled. During the previous stay, the invoice was issued incorrectly and it was not possible to issue a correction immediately.

The HP Park Plaza hotel (Wroclaw) is an outstanding property sited on the banks of the beautiful Oder River. Its professional staff are well-trained and exceptionally customer service oriented. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. Dining facilities and other amenities are top notch and on a par with better known global brands. Since 2020, I have been a guest at this venue no fewer than 6 - 8 times and counting.

I don't believe 3 stars is negative, but compared to other hotels my experience was not a 5 star experience, if this happens to be the goal of the hotel. Only body wash and hand soap were provided in the room, and a request for a ironing board and iron was needed twice before I received one.

Carpets in modern hotels feel dated, and unhygienic. Overall room amenities were below average finishes compared to other hotels.

The reception was friendly and attentive. Easy check in and access to my room, and the hotel was respectfully quite in the later hours. The hotel was also well located making exploring the city, and attending conferences very easy.

This is a nice hotel in many ways and the lunch we had was really tasty. However 3 stars given because of the room. We paid 100plz (@ £20) to access early when it was clearly ready as the key was already on the reception! Also once inside there were 3 skylights in the ceiling above the window and bed that, in the morning were a blinding bright light about 645am and, in very hot weather, already very warm despite the air con. We only stayed two nights for husband’s birthday (not acknowledged despite telling beforehand)so wasn’t worth trying to change but any longer would have been very uncomfortable. Did discuss when leaving but told it was ‘the design of the hotel.’ Chose this hitel for nice birthday experience so bit disappointing really. Would recommend asking about skylights if booking as really is hot and bright under them!
