The cuisine in a restaurant is simply a state of mind, the dishes are real compositions of taste and colors on the plates. I am very pleased that the employees are so obliging and helpful. This is a huge advantage of this hotel. After an active day, you can relax in the intimate SPA. In the evening we could use the sauna to relax after a hard day. We chose this facility also because they accept pets. I highly recommend this hotel because it has a wonderful location, 6 stars. Bright and clean rooms, I recommend. The cleaning team was very efficient and thorough.

Sehr schönes Zimmer (leichte Gebrauchsspuren bspw. Waschbecken haben uns nicht gestört) mit tollem Ausblick (Fenster gehen allerdings nicht zu öffnen - sicher zum Schutz). Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt - wir mussten nur ein paar Minuten warten bis es einen freien Tisch gab, das Personal war sehr bemüht. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist top!

Cleanliness, silence and pleasant decor in the room encourage you to relax. There is a very large selection of dishes on the restaurant menu. Apart from that, everything is perfectly prepared. There was always a smile on my face :-) The option of breakfast and the Panorama restaurant is very practical. Everything was delicious. We had no problems with the hotel parking lot, there was always a place for us. Perfect location in Wrocław. The view of the river was fantastic (from the 3rd floor). The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. The cathedral is also about 15 minutes away. I really liked that the rooms were cleaned every day.

I give the highest rating for the level of cuisine. Everything was fantastically composed. I can only praise it, it was really clean and comfortable. I really like this location, right in the center, close to the most interesting places and monuments in Wrocław. You can make coffee or tea in the room. There are shoe shine facilities in the corridors. All service employees are well-coordinated and professional people.

A charming place with a beautiful view of the islands. Perfect for visiting beautiful Wrocław. Paid parking, you can leave your car without any problems. Cleanliness, nice staff and very comfortable rooms. The cleaning staff visited the room every day, but they did everything so quickly and efficiently that you couldn't even see them. Nice, centrally located hotel. Despite the proximity to the center of Wrocław (a few minutes' walk), the hotel and the surrounding area are quiet. The standard room has a TV, a desk, a wardrobe, a table, chairs and a mirror - the same as in standard hotel rooms. The bathroom has the previously mentioned shower/bathtub, hairdryer, huge mirror, hand and shower lotion. Meals at a very high, even masterful level! Dinner portions with wonderful garnishes for the greatest connoisseur and glutton. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

-Overall this hotel is very nice and the location on the Oder with a view of the park.

-Rooms very clean, only one tiny drawback is that you can't open the windows. Probably due to technical reasons, but you can still survive because of air conditioning.

- very animal friendly, our cat felt comfortable and was very relaxed. You can look for where there is a hotel in Germany. Except just for dogs, D is not up to date. For that, a big PLUS to this hotel.

The most important thing that you should to improve is the attitude of the employees towards the guests, starting with the reception. A good knowledge of English language would be a benefit. A transfer to and from the airport would add value to your hotel.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and fragrant. We are very pleased, especially with the location of this hotel, the view was delightful. Due to the type of construction, it is not possible to open the windows in the rooms, but this is not an obstacle.

I was at the RW and the delicious Jerusalem artichoke cream is impossible to imitate (unfortunately). Delicious duck and very tasty dessert 🥰

I recommend it and I would go there again for this cream 🤤🤤🤤. The staff didn't tell us much about what we were eating and that's a minus - I'm sorry 🙏

I see that's the problem with this one

restaurant for years after reading other reviews. There are a lot of better places in Wrocław where you can go for good desserts, here you can see that the confectioners are mediocre or have no knowledge or no talent, whatever it is, such communism-style food, we will add cream and it will be ok, which is a pity because they spoil the opinion of the entire restaurant and the hard work of the chefs. .

Overall rating: 3, I advise the hotel to either remove desserts from the menu altogether or hire someone who knows them, because after 5 good dishes and wine, one is disappointed with desserts which, as the last course, stay in the memory for the longest time and ruined the whole impression - the first time was for me I regret the money spent. Unfortunately, we will not come back here again because we have already given this place two chances and NOTHING has changed for the better, there will be no third attempt.

Regardless of the time of day, there is always a parking space. The rooms are sufficient, but not modern, but the cleanliness is impeccable.

We visited restaurants as part of the RW. The starter and main course were correct, but without fireworks. However, the dessert was average to weak, the middle part was the best, but the bottom was tasteless and the consistency was messy, the top, i.e. the jelly, was not my cup of tea. As for dessert, I see that it's not just my opinion. The restaurant has a slightly outdated interior, and the lack of any other guests (apart from the second couple at dinner with RW) does not speak to the restaurant's advantage.

Very clean hotel, very professional breakfast team including good food. On our arrival we didn’t have a great and positive impression. The man at the reception counter was quite sharp to us and we noticed not only with us but with also other guests. I underlined on the booking the reason of our trip that was my husband’s birthday. Very kindly we did receive a nice bottle of wine. However the bottle of wine was opened and full to the brim and it looked they were 2 bottles of wine added together. We were worried that were tampered with. We were worried to drink it. However we met a lovely lady on our check in. Overall a lovely hotel with an amazing room view, great location and great stay.

Very nice and professional service. The food was good BUT the desserts were a big misunderstanding and hence 1 star less. Compared to the food served, they are terribly poor, they look very poor, the taste also leaves much to be desired, it is a bit strange that the standard of food is high, and the desserts are completely out of the ordinary and do not fit a 4-star hotel. It's a pity because overall it's a very nice place with quite good food, but the quality between the starter, main course and terrible desserts is quite visible. I recommend the first two, but I advise against ordering the desserts.

Two tram stops from the market square, a dozen or so minutes' walk. Location right next to the river and Słodowa Island. Clean, well-equipped rooms. Breakfasts are great and varied (from scrambled eggs, ham and sausages, to pancakes, fruit, cakes and desserts).
