-Overall this hotel is very nice and the location on the Oder with a view of the park.

-Rooms very clean, only one tiny drawback is that you can't open the windows. Probably due to technical reasons, but you can still survive because of air conditioning.

- very animal friendly, our cat felt comfortable and was very relaxed. You can look for where there is a hotel in Germany. Except just for dogs, D is not up to date. For that, a big PLUS to this hotel.

- Food in the a la cart restaurant in the hotel was very good, the service was also very nice and there was no long wait for the food, very good.

- a very good and rich buffet for breakfast.

- within easy walking distance of the center and the Christmas market.

I think it wasn't just the first time, but there will definitely be a second time to this hotel, great.

The beautiful outdoor area for breakfast is disturbed by a strong smell.

The young waitresses at breakfast are helpful but cannot be friendly and smile. One has the feeling that they are being forced to work.

In just one week, the country has left me full with negative energy. People are not nice at all, they are very racist and starting strangely. This is the worst European country I’ve ever visit, and i will never do it again! And please remember, that even if a place is a paradise, mean citizens make it the worst.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a beautiful view of the University and the Duomo, which are lit up in the evening. There are tram and bus stops right in front of the hotel, which allow you to get to the city center - Rynek - in a few minutes.

The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The hotel kitchen is highly recommended, in contrast to some restaurants in the center. We have always been very satisfied with the service.

There is a small disadvantage: You can only receive 2 German TV programs in the room: Sat 1 and Pro Sieben, which are not informative. But we also noticed this problem in other hotels in Poland.

Great room, very friendly staff, only the breakfast didn't match this wonderful hotel

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Cathedral Island as well as downtown. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the Oder and the University. Furniture and bathroom is a bit old, but in order. The ongoing cleaning was unfortunately not so good. Some of the floors weren't cleaned, and the beds were made sloppily.

The breakfast is excellent. Nothing was missing.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would book this hotel again at any time. You definitely have my praise and my appreciation.

A good hotel with very friendly employees! The location is also great and the view from the room is beautiful looking towards the Oder and the University. Only with our air conditioning there were small problems. But the staff did their best to fix it.
