The room is warm and cozy. The Belvedere Hotel has a good location, there are many attractions in Zakopane. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. Plus for a large selection of salads. The children were delighted with the time spent on the playground, and I could relax with a cup of coffee.

I understand the need to pay if someone actually takes it out, but leaving with a cake previously put on the plate and not eaten is no reason to pay attention. And why can't you buy mulled beer in any bar?

A great hotel for families with children - a large and well-equipped playroom and a swimming pool area for children of all ages. For a hotel pool, it surprised me with the variety of possibilities. Close to the routes to the mountains, delicious restaurant "Pod Aniołem" and breakfast offer. The hotel is old, but it is well-maintained and clean.

On the downside, the lack of air conditioning or mosquito nets in the windows - in the heat of summer it can be difficult. The pool is also a bit too cold, both the temperature in the room and the water could be a few degrees higher.

Catering at WOW. Excellent dining with a lot of variety during breakfast. Dinner was great, although the dishes from the children's menu were too salty or too sweet. Despite this, the variety of dishes available in the dining room is impressive and the children's menu is virtually unnecessary.

Swimming pool - water too cold on rainy days. Strong chlorine smell.

Children's playroom - terrible lighting and a view of the parking lot. Dirty, old toys. On rainy days, it is gloomy in the playroom, and outside on the playground it is wet. But a big minus.

Carpets - the hotel smells of age. Without open windows, the smell at night is unbearable. The stay was tiring because of this.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and also smells of age. Back pain in the morning unavoidable.

There are 3 restaurants in the Hotel, and one of them has a large wooden terrace with a view of the Tatra Mountains. Mega! I met with friendly service. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was very tasty. The breakfast buffet is really plentiful. The location is great for those who are looking for peace surrounded by mountain nature. The rooms are clean and fragrant, as well as the entire hotel.

The minor downside is for the attractions (billiards, bowling, table football, etc.), which all come with an additional charge and it's not cheap. In other hotels, even those with fewer stars, this is usually free. The breakfasts are very varied and tasty. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
