Reception was a plus, but a big minus for the bartenders on duty (one lady and three gentlemen) with whom we had contact. Only Mr. Łukasz is suitable, the rest are unwilling and clueless, sitting on their phones and just waiting to go back to their rooms (because if there are no customers, they can relax). The bowling and billiards are only open from 4 pm, old and neglected. The food is very average, the pool is weak, the outdoor jacuzzi with a view of walls and no bubbles, more like a tub... A plus is the proximity to the sea, indeed a three-minute walk.

The staff takes care of the Guests' comfort at every step, they are also very helpful. The spa area is a big plus. The pool also looks very nice. Breakfasts and dinners offer a lot of options for healthy and nutritious meals.

The food is amazing. I don't know if I've eaten tastier anywhere else. There is really a lot to do here - a large pool, a gym, saunas, jacuzzi, and animations for children. The hotel is very close to the beach - just a few minutes' walk. The staff is helpful in everything, very open and polite. It was clean at every step. There is nothing to complain about in this matter. 😉 I sincerely recommend it!! :)

The first time I was in Darłówek and I am pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can reach the sea in exactly five minutes. Nearby there are many attractive places such as the port, drawbridge, and lots of shops. In the hotel itself, there are many attractions. We were there during the winter holidays and there were activities prepared for children with an Animator, there were radio plays in a friendly atmosphere in the salt cave, but the biggest joy was not only for children - the pool, or rather two pools. There was a water slide, jacuzzi with very warm and cold water. You could use the solarium. There were indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as playrooms for children. In the room, there was a fridge, lots of cabinets, and drawers. There was a kettle, and every day the Cleaning Lady brought us fresh mineral water. A spacious bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. It was comfortable to use the pools because bathrobes were provided for everyone, and towels were changed by the Lifeguard. Unfortunately, when using the pools, we encountered a very unpleasant Lifeguard and he was the only rude person among all the hotel staff. The man was so unpleasant that even the grandchildren felt uncomfortable around him. But this was the only unpleasant incident during our stay. As for the cleanliness of the hotel, cleaning was very well taken care of during our stay, the elevators constantly smelled of cleanliness. Unfortunately, in the bathroom in our room, there was too much chlorine, which made our stay a bit unpleasant. But overall, it was very clean. The Cleaning Ladies constantly took care of the order in the hotel. Meals were served twice a day plus soup at noon for children. There was a huge selection of dishes. I think everyone, even the most picky eater, found something good for themselves. There were many treats for children. There was a fruit basket at the exit. Very tasty meals. For hotel guests, there was a gym, a TV room with gaming options, shelves with books, and a ping pong table. There was a possibility to use the Spa, bowling alley, and billiards, but this was at an additional cost. The bars served good coffee and desserts. The chocolate ice cream was excellent! On-site restaurant, and a huge lobby with tables and comfortable armchairs. Overall, we returned from the holidays very satisfied. The only thing my husband and I can complain about is the not very comfortable mattresses in the beds. But the advantage was the opportunity to swim and regenerate. The grandchildren are delighted and want to come back here again. And that is probably the biggest recommendation, wanting to return there. The hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating. We highly recommend it.
