Apartment 39 on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, despite the apartment being nice inside, the location in the building meant that we were woken up by builders starting heavy work every morning around 6:30-7am and deliveries to the Zabka supermarket next door as early as 5:30am. The street noise from people walking by was loud. The man at the checkout apologized for the noise, but maybe we should have been given a higher apartment. We had breakfast once at Bistro Mlyn - the food was okay, but the service was abrupt and unfriendly (there are better options nearby, such as Chleb i Wino).

The apartment had almost everything we needed, except for a pizza slicer and a toaster.

The wifi was mostly poor and intermittent.

There were no blackout blinds.

The pillows were not the best, and the mattress was hard.

Using the pool was nice, although it was crowded at times (with a small changing room). It was a very short walk around the side of the building to re-enter and use the pool (5pln per towel if renting).

The location was perfect for walking around the city. There were many great eateries nearby.

The apartment was a decent size for a family of 4 staying for several nights - there was no cleaning or free towel/linen replacement, but we managed fine with what was provided.

Overall, if we could have a higher apartment with more stable wifi and blackout blinds, we would consider returning.

For me, the rooms were too dark (poor lighting). The sofa had seen better days.

There should be blankets available on request for the room. Unfortunately, the pool is very crowded, lots of children, definitely not for relaxation. In the room, there is a very loud and strong ventilation near the bed with a fan that cannot be turned off. Plus for heaters in the rooms, unfortunately, the electric valve does not work well with the wall control. It either heats to the maximum at 28 degrees or does not heat at all at 24 degrees. Plus for cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, design, and especially reception service. Very friendly and helpful people. Car charging available in the garage.

Very unfriendly service at the reception. The room, which was reserved a month in advance, was supposed to have a balcony, but upon arrival, it turned out that there was none. The lady said that it's a lottery which rooms people get. Besides that, it may be okay, but for a hotel standard, I expected more. The bathrobes for the spa were wrinkled and looked unappealing, as if they were not fresh. Not every treatment was available.

The hotel is perfectly located, 3 minutes from the old town. The rooms are clean, and there are no complaints about the pool and sauna, great opening hours from 7 am to 10 pm, so everyone can use them calmly. A big plus is the ban on children entering after 8 pm (this is written by a mother who wanted to relax from her children for the weekend 😉).

The only downside is that the ladies from the spa/pool area are quite impolite, especially towards foreigners, of which there are quite a few in the hotel, there's no hiding that.
