I've used GoPure in the past a few times, they're seen as an extremely trustworthy and professional vendor and almost never have issues.

My recent order went missing in the postal network in Germany, however when I spoke to GoPure they instantaneously reassured me that it was under control and, as assurance, they re-shipped the order with a different courier for NDD. And they didn't charge me for upgrading shipment. This is a solid sign of a business who care about their customers.

The other reason I'd like to give 5* to GoPure comes down to trustworthiness of their product descriptions. A lot of vendors of Kratom & CBD make unfounded claims using buzzwords for a quick sale whereas I find GoPure are a lot more transparent and their CS staff are very approachable.

Absolutely terrible, after my parcel was returned twice by DPD they refused to give me my money back, they still haven't despite me asking over 4 times. The customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful and their website is misleading. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely do not reccomend this company. I have reached out a number of occasions to their Customer Services a number of times with no reply. My order is stuck in the Netherlands for the last 3 days with no further update. These guys most definitely write their reviews themselves.

They messed up the shipping option (UPS Standard instead of UPS Express as it was supposed to be), and the parcel was seized. Great.

UPS Express is fine, as they use their own in-house customs clearance. Standard does not. Hence it was seized.

So instead of admitting a fault on their side, via email they are intentionally obfuscating or not remembering what we discussed and just kind of making things up. It's quite a bad customer experience unfortunately.

I do not appreciate being gaslighted. I was very hopeful I had found a good supplier.

If my experience improves going forward and GoPure are more reliable then I'm happy to revise this review.

I made the order on 26/4 and paid with bank transfer, their response was quick and on the same date I got an email with my tracking number.

The package is still nowhere to be found and according to the tracking info it's stuck somewhere in Germany. DHL responded that I sould contact the seller as the usual time for a package from NL to Greece is around 4-5 days.

After many emails to Gopure all I got was vague promises of a reship that will be made when they have an answer from DHL. Obviously the reship never happend...

Refund according to their "policy" is not an option and I quote one of their response : "According to our policy, we don't refund orders when the issue is non-dependent on us unfortunately."

Meanwhile their stock on the items I ordered is zero and they also stopped answering to emails.

So in the end all I got was 'polite' and 'cheerfull' emails from their "support" but with absolute zero results...

Product quality (according to reviews) may be good BUT customer support in case of problem : ZERO !!!

I’m very happy with my order. Everything arrived, packaged very well delivery was great, 2 days to the uk. . Good prices and amazing products. The only thing I would say which worried me a little bit in terms of ordering again is that the product packaging states exactly what the product is which could be an issue in some countries.
