Very slow shipping. Poor communication. After waiting a over 2 moths for my order they finally agreed to reship it. They said it would take a few more weeks to arrive. I told them that wasn't good enough so they sent the order with 3 day shipping but artificially inflated the value on the customs label so I had to pay more in tax than the value of the product. I can only assume they did that to punish me.
