I want to share my extremely unpleasant experience with the site gimez.bg. Let's start from the fact that I placed an order on 13.12.2022. My order consisted of two wallets - women's for BGN 67.15 and men's for BGN 84.55, and their total value is BGN 151.70, and for orders over BGN 140 they offer free delivery. My order was processed on 12/19/2022, apart from that their website states a delivery time frame of 5-6 working days from the time of order. (needless to say, I did not receive my order on time). When I received absolutely no information regarding my shipment, I began calling repeatedly (by repeatedly I mean a dozen calls to their "hot" number listed for customer service, each time waiting for about 5-6 to 7 minutes, as I was unable to contact them), I also sent an email, and after the third email they sent me an automated reply saying that a gomez.bg employee would contact me. After a few days on another site I found a shared opinion about the site gomez.bg and that they have a Facebook profile and you can also correspond with them there. I wrote to them in messenger a week after I placed the order, asking a bunch of questions, to which I was succinctly answered that my shipment was in the warehouse of a courier company and was on its way to Bulgaria. I continued with questions about the time frame for delivery of the shipment, and in their words, and I quote, "By the end of this week, the shipment will probably arrive." and "I think Friday at the latest" did not definitively answer my questions. On 22.12.2022, they wrote to me that my shipment is in Romania, and they will be delivered the next day or up to two days - I did not receive any shipments. The search on my part continued, as today on 29.12.2022. I received an SMS from the courier company econt, and the amount I owe is BGN 67.15. This puzzled me quite a bit and I once again asked a question in messenger about the cash on delivery that I kept seeing in the tracking of the shipment. I did not receive an answer. There was no delivery review, I paid cash on delivery and picked it up. When I opened it, I saw only one of the products that I had ordered on 13.12.2022 - I only received a women's purse for BGN 67.15. I wrote to them again, extremely indignant, I quote: "Why was only one of the two wallets sent? Will anyone at all take responsibility and answer all the questions I have, what kind of service do you have?” to consider not using abusive language or threats. My message remained "seen", as a response, to be honest, I do not expect. I would be satisfied if there was an adequate correspondence and a direct answer to the question of whether I will receive my shipment on time or not and I would show understanding, but in this case-no, I don't even think I can expect the rest of my order-the men's wallet. As a long-time online buyer, this is the first time I have come across such service, lack of interest and a display of carelessness from the employees of gomez.bg towards the client-me. From my personal experience with the site gomez.bg, I do not recommend it.
